"✨ As a loyal Atour fan, I still prefer choosing your brand whenever I travel! Their bedding is always comfortable and clean, and breakfast is consistently great. This time, I stayed at your Guiyang branch, and here are my impressions:
🏨 Hotel Impression:
The facade and lobby were a bit smaller than I expected (the photos on Trip.com might have been slightly exaggerated 🤫), but the room facilities were quite good! Modern and minimalist, and the bathroom was clean too. Natural light was decent during the day 📸. There are many restaurants on the street right outside the hotel, making dining quite convenient.
⚠️ Heads-up on Potential Issues:
The rooms facing the street can indeed be a bit noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs! This definitely earns a bonus point 🌟.

• Free drop-off in the morning ✔️
• Free pick-up in the afternoon ✔️
(Remember to book pick-up 1 hour in advance and drop-off 0.5 hours in advance! Don't assume you can use both services; it depends on your train schedule.)
I personally experienced the pick-up service, and it was super smooth. Unfortunately, since I was taking an afternoon train, there was no drop-off service for me 😭.

It says 15 minutes to the North Station... but! You know how mountainous Guiyang's 8D terrain is 😵. Dragging luggage uphill and through underpasses was brutal! Why aren't there elevators?! 💢

Despite the minor drawbacks, overall it still lives up to Atour's usual high standards. It's especially suitable for those traveling by high-speed rail!"

The room size was just right, the cleanliness was impeccable, and all the basic amenities were available. The location was excellent, making commuting easy. The bedding was comfortable, and the breakfast included special local noodles. I had a very satisfying stay!"

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

I highly recommend the Xunmei Qixi B&B! It's nestled right inside the Shilihetan Wetland Park, so you step out straight into streams and lush greenery. The environment is serene and the air is incredibly fresh – a natural oxygen bar that's truly rejuvenating. In the B&B's courtyard, there are gentle and adorable cats and dogs; these little ones are so affectionate and well-behaved, you could spend all day petting and playing with them. The vibe is absolutely perfect. The rooms are clean and tidy, with elegant soft furnishings, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer direct views of the mountains and forest, making for fantastic natural light. The owner's service is thoughtful and attentive, and breakfast is delicious. Plus, there's a book bar and lounge area, making it suitable for family trips, gatherings with friends, or even as a top choice for pet-friendly travel. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Huaxi!

The location is superb, right outside the accessible elevator of Exit A of Zizhu'an Metro Station. There's a shopping mall nearby, and Xinhua Bookstore is just across the street. Qianling Mountain, Minsheng Road, and Pen Shui Chi (Fountain Pool) are all within walking distance. Brunch is served until 12 PM, which is great for late risers. The hotel is newly renovated and highly standardized. The laundry room and dryer work very well.

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location offered convenient access to various attractions like Wenchang Pavilion, Jiaxiu Tower, Pen Shui Chi, Qingyun Market, and Qianling Mountain Park. The hotel staff were professional, incredibly warm, and courteous. Upon arrival, they upgraded us to a family room. When we checked out, we were rushing for our flight and accidentally left my glasses in the room. Luckily, the hotel staff promptly contacted us and even couriered the glasses to us that very afternoon, allowing us to use them without delay. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🙏🙏

I’m a solo English speaking traveler, didn’t make any friends here but you always can! We all seemed comfortable and chill it was not awkward.
Staff was helpful and friendly. Yummy coffee, on e of the better ones I’ve gotten, better than some expensive one, strong but sweet.
For resting the bed was great, not a light sleeper so I was fine with it but I was button but my head was next to the door and can hear people coming in and also outside the door. I can sleep through it and I slept well. They have a nice fluffy duvet blanket. I did ask up hot the 2 days I stayed there not, maybe it was the ac maybe the blanket, I think it’s the ac?
Location is perfect and has many local food stalls, restaurants, and even bar just out side

This stay at the Holiday Inn Qingyan Ancient Town truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, within walking distance of Qingyan Ancient Town, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The rooms are spacious and bright, impeccably clean, fully equipped, and the bedding is soft and comfortable—I slept soundly until morning. The receptionists, Xiao Tao, Sharon, and Wang Qixin, were kind and attentive, providing meticulous and thoughtful service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including local specialties. Overall, a perfect experience! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Qingyan!

💖 Service exceeded expectations! A dedicated butler contacted us in advance, arranged pick-up and drop-off, and was on hand for luggage storage and any other needs we had.
🏠 The room amenities were incredibly thoughtful. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area and a standalone bathtub – perfect for relaxing after a long day of travel. They also provided a Marshall speaker, premium toiletries, and a Dyson hairdryer, making for a truly high-quality stay.
Breakfast can be delivered to your room, so you can enjoy high-altitude city views with your morning tea right from your bed. The American-style cafe downstairs is super photogenic, and there are complimentary welcome fruits, coffee, and drinks. Plus, laundry and drying services are available. It's truly ideal for couples!

What a hidden gem of a hotel! I was so impressed when I arrived; the scenery is absolutely stunning. You can even see the ancient town during the day. The room was fantastic, and the front desk service was amazing – they even upgraded our room type. Everything was super, and all the amenities in the room were top-notch quality. It made for a perfect day! The tea around the stove was also excellent, with a great variety. I truly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!!

Guest UserThe Xinsu Qingdingge Homestay is the best B&B hotel we came across on our journey in Southern China. That is due to many factors: the place is just fantastic - a cosy and well kept guesthouse just along a river in a small village full of little water canals. Like a Guizhou version of Little Venice, but in a green county side setting. We, a family from Germany with two children, came by public transport. Owner Wang was so kind to pick us up from the Guiyang train station very late at night. He also showed us around, accompanied us to a local minority village and the Nanjing Grand Canyon. And organised us transport to our next destination. Wang, his family and staff made us fell home at once and we are very grateful for having had the opportunity to stay at this very beautiful place. The food & tea served was also really delicious. We hope that one day we can come back to this hidden perl in Guizhou.

Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it.

整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
