We booked this hotel as a last-minute Chistmas Eve getaway. At a total cost of 840 rmb, it was a bit of a splurge. It was totally worth it.
Let's start with the bathtub. I am 6'4” (193 cm), 150kg, and I love a good bath. This bathtub is a small pool. You can see in the photo that I was stretched out with room to spare.
Then there is the view, I love Guiyang at night, and it looked so cool with the fog and the lights. The sitting area by the windows was so pleasant with a couple glasses of wine (provided with the room) .
Honestly, you can find the rest of the room amenities in other hotels, but you are hard pressed to find a view or a tub like this anywhere.
I also found the service to be extremely helpful. My Chinese is poor, so the hostess who checked us in created a wechat group so that I could translate things and make any requests of the front desk staff. They were very responsive and helpful.
Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I will most likely book this room every couple of months as a mini vacation for the wife and I.

The check-in experience was very nice and satisfactory. It is a hotel with ethnic style and full of book fragrance. The guest rooms are very clean. The service of the lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It is very close to the high-speed rail station and the airport. There are many snacks downstairs, which makes travel convenient. The hotel is quite satisfactory, with the atmosphere of an apartment hotel of about 200 yuan. It is mixed with many other similar hotels. Ctrip's score is too high. There are a few bad experiences, and I hope to improve them: 1. The deposit cannot be refunded immediately on the spot after check-out. It can only be refunded after 12 o'clock. Although it is only 100 yuan, the experience is very bad. 2. There are two holes in the bed sheet. I took a photo and sent it to the front desk as soon as I entered the door, fearing that there would be misunderstandings when checking out. 3. There is no Internet. The waiter came to see it but couldn't solve it. He asked the technician to fix it tomorrow. I don't know if other customers have heard this. 4. This is one of the good Holiday Inn express that I had experienced staying in. Reception was warm and very welcoming especially with one particular officer that I need to mentioned that made my stay there even more pleasant. 曾杰 is always smiling and going about greeting guests and tending to their needs. I’ll give a 5 Star rating for his great service. Location of hotel is quiet, not far from local street foods (walking distance) with a bus stop at front of hotel and also the hotel provides route slips at guest disposal. I’ll come back again for sure!

The room is in a good location, beside the Nanming River and next to Jiaxiu Building. But the room facilities are relatively old. The shower room is so small that women can't even turn around. The hair dryer is very small. The old-fashioned one has low wind power. It automatically cuts off the power within 1 minute of blowing. You have to wait for a few minutes before blowing. The air conditioner is not very effective and makes a lot of noise. , the room is not soundproofed, and the shower next door is very noisy! No breakfast. It's either a hotel or a B&B, and it doesn't have a front desk and a restaurant at the same entrance.

GGuest UserI went to play rafting and booked a temporary homestay. I arrived in the middle of the night. The boss was very enthusiastic and helped. I was afraid that we would not be used to their breakfast in the field, so I got up early in the morning to help cook porridge.
The environment is quiet and especially relaxing.

GGuest UserOur 5-day, 4-night trip to Guiyang, the first two nights were in the city, and the last two nights were Anantara micro-vacation. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that it was the usual architectural style of Anantara, very calm and classy, but the price-performance ratio was the highest!
Service: Great praise, called one day in advance to inquire about our arrival time, and then the hotel's private butler contacted me, (here I want to praise the butler DaliaY!!) The butler helped us arrange a super convenient room, which was very close to various places. The most important thing is!! We prepared a surprise for us, and the photos taken at the White House in Guiyang the day before were washed out and framed for us! I was particularly touched~ The welcome fruit and the red bean paste dessert in the evening were also great!
Environment: We were in December and there was actually nothing fun, but we came to rest so we were very satisfied, and we also took travel photos. The hotel's follow-up photos were also very good, and finally selected more than a dozen photos
Facilities: The hotel has various activities every day. We went to participate in foil painting and bonfire parties, which were all very good. The most satisfying thing is the hotel's spa. I had a full spa treatment and it was very comfortable. I fell into a deep sleep.

LLiliyadanWenfan Hotel is near the north gate of Qingyan Ancient Town. It is very convenient to enter and exit the ancient town with a room card. The hotel has a nice view. The guest rooms are distributed in small courtyards. The signs for directions are not clear enough and are not very friendly to people who are not familiar with the road. The room facilities are complete, but it is relatively small and a bit dark, which may be related to the overall style. The welcome fruit basket has a variety of fruits and is of good quality.
On the day of check-in, there seemed to be some kind of meeting in the hotel. People were taking pictures everywhere. There were also many people in the teahouse, which was noisy. When we saw us go over, it was closed, and the experience was not very good.
In addition, the package I bought had a 100 yuan threshold-free dining voucher, but when I went to the restaurant that night, I was told that I could not use it because there was only a buffet that night. However, there was no such statement in the purchase details. The hotel is in the scenic area, and there are many places to eat around. In fact, you don’t have to eat in the hotel, but the hotel’s practice makes people very uncomfortable.

SScarletTheWanderer🏨 Situated 30 mins from the airport this is a little gem located right in the heart of Huaxi Shilihe Beach National Urban Wetland Park. 马娟 the manager was so nice and went out of her way to make me feel welcome.
I was upgraded to a suite which was spacious, had a lovely bath and the bed and sheets were luxurious. Unfortunately, the air conditioner wasn’t working so it was very hot in my room but the manager found me a fan right away which was perfect and I had a nice nights sleep. The hotel lobby and stairway could be a little more clean but the views were nice from the common balcony area.
🤩 马娟 showed me where I could rent a bike to explore the wetland park and made delicious recommendations on where I could get the local noodles that were soooo tasty I went back twice! 🥘 The restaurants nearby serve a lot of BBQ and many other places have KTV but it didn’t go on throughout the night. There is a little construction across the valley during the day as it seems someone is building a big resort but inside the room it was very quiet. It’s a 3 mins walk from the river and if you walk about 5 mins away from the little town it’s quiet and peaceful by the river.
❤️ I would recommend staying here if you want to explore a gorgeous wetland park in the city or if you want a little taste of nature before flying from Guiyang. It’s also very close to the Huaxi park (about 20mins walk) and Tianhetan park is around a 25-40 mins taxi depending on traffic and time and costs about 40-50rmb.

MMalaysia BCThis hotel is great, very clean n services n facilities are great too. The 2 ladies at the check in counter were courteous and helpful., great ambassadors for d hotel. For an independent traveller who relies on public transport, I can't ask for more.
The only negative is the distance from the metro station which takes about 15-20minutes walk from the hotel.

MMoonKore9SThe room was quite large for the reasonable price. The bed was soft and comfy, not hard like the floor with other Chinese hotels/inns. So I slept like a baby. While the hotel is on a busy street, it's still fairly quiet and peaceful, giving a sense of serenity and calm. There's a mold spot near the bathtub but I deduced that to just Guizhou in general being humid and not having the AC running to keep it at bay. Otherwise, the rest of the room looks and smells clean too. The staff working here were generous as well. I'm happy with my stay and will choose here again whenever I come back to Guizhou.
