Overall, the hotel is quite good. The service is excellent, parking is convenient, and the location is very accessible. It's only a 5-minute walk to Terminal 3 of the airport, and also a 5-minute walk to the Hi-Car and Shenzhou Car Rental branches. There's a small supermarket and dining options right next to the hotel. The hotel breakfast is outstanding, and the service is great. On my last day, I had an early flight, and the front desk prepared a sandwich breakfast for me in advance, which was absolutely delicious. I booked a room with breakfast for two, and it cost a little over 500 RMB per night. Personally, I think the price is a bit high; it would be perfect if it were around 400 RMB!

Choosing the twin room at Manxuan Inn for our family trip to Qingyan Ancient Town was such a wise decision! The room had its own small living room, making it comfortable for both adults and children. The lake view of the inn truly lived up to its name; strolling along the lake and letting the kids run wild in the garden was even more pleasant than visiting tourist attractions. The complimentary ethnic costume selfie experience and afternoon tea were a delightful surprise; my wife took many beautiful photos in Miao clothing! The service was exceptionally thoughtful, making our family trip particularly enjoyable.

The room was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The front desk staff were wonderful, and the hotel offers amenities like a laundry room and gym. The breakfast had a great variety, and the air conditioning worked perfectly for both heating and cooling. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and it was quiet at night, so I got excellent rest. The instructions for the parking space were also very clear. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This is my second time staying at Manhui Sujia Hotel, and I'm not disappointed. The hotel not only provides free coffee, juice, milk tea, facial masks and eye masks, but also free use of washing machines and dryers. The lounge area at the front desk is also very thoughtful. The hotel also has a homemade guide for reference. It is really friendly for foreign tourists. The sanitation is super clean and tidy, even the dead corners are cleaned very well. The service of the lady at the front desk is super good and super enthusiastic. After sending us to the room, she also introduced us how to use the facilities in the room. It's so thoughtful. I highly recommend it, highly recommend it, and I say it three times because it's important. I will bring my friends with me next time.

My stay here was excellent! Great value for money, it really exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were so kind and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotless and tidy, and the bed was incredibly soft – it was instant relief from travel fatigue. The soundproofing was also very good, the internal environment was peaceful, and the facilities were complete. The location is super convenient for getting around. This place has definitely made it onto my favorites list, highly recommended!!!

First: this place is not a Carlton Hotel chain hotel. It is a rip off name. Secondly: it is located on the 8th floor of a commercial tower. As a 3 star rated hotel in china, it's on the high end of the scale inside. as a solo traveller, i am mainly looking at convenience and hygiene. I booked this place for it's proximity to the train station for my early morning flight. Arriving at the station, it took me 40 minutes to find my way to walk over to the hotel, and would have appreciated more information. How to get there: Exit the station at the west plaza, on your right somewhere, you will find a path which leads to an underpass to cross the highway. Walk straight into the basement of the commercial building, turn left and then go up the escalators. Then the hotel's lifts are on the left as you enter the building. The current state of the elevator lobby and the lift is dire. See photos. Cigarette butts, and renovation mess. In the reception, there was a lady in front of me that was haggling the prices of her room. Just so that you get an idea of the place. Once I got into the room, it was fine. Quite a nice area. But there was no Aircon control, it was all centralised, but at least it was cool in Guiyang that night. There was a wet mark on the sofa, see photo. I inspected the room for hygiene, and it was ok, clean towels, clean toilet, clean sheets, pillows didn't smell. The toilet flushes well, and shower room was clean. In fact, apart from the sofa mark and the rug condition, everything was good. I marked down the hygiene mainly from a suspicious wet mark and the state of the lobby/lift. I used the self checkout in the morning to catch my train, since the reception was sleeping under the counter. It takes 10-15 min today walk to the station with luggage, with no rain shelter. Be aware. It is probably better to just book a hotel in a slightly better area and take a cab.

My overall stay was very pleasant; the hotel environment was clean and refreshing. The bed had just the right firmness, which was great for relieving travel fatigue. The bathroom had good water pressure, and the facilities were in excellent condition. The staff were polite, and the location was convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. The staff were amazing from the breakfast team Peter Mary jacob and all the other staff that made us so welcome. The head man in the restaurant the girls on the tables and Susan the cleaner . Not to forget the man who walked us round the fascinating animal garden . We truly had the best time ever . We did not want to leave .

I was told that the other two 5-star hotels in Guiyang city center didn't have underground parking, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one does and parking is very convenient. The hotel is also within walking distance to Jiaxiu Tower, the Architectural Square, and the Guizhou National Museum. The hotel lobby is elegant and artistic, the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. The front desk staff are friendly and enthusiastic. When checking in, I had this indescribable feeling, like, ”This place is great, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Guiyang.”

Self-driving to Guiyang, brought children to eat food, visit Qianlingshan Park, see Jiaxiu Building, the overall experience is very good! The hotel is close to all check-in points, it is more convenient to go anywhere!
