It is even more convenient to order takeout supper at night. These two points are simply incomparable to other hot springs in the province. It is suitable for lazy people to go out and relax. The service is also very good. It was cold these two days. The housekeeper Xiaowen asked about the check-in time in advance. When I entered the room, the air conditioner had been turned on for a long time. This is really the service standard of star hotels and resort hotels. The welcome fruit and mini bar are good and generous The hygiene is good, the bedding is very comfortable, and children's bathrobes, slippers and toothbrushes are prepared for children It is worth mentioning the breakfast. Other hot spring breakfasts in Guizhou Province are really perfunctory. This one is very attentive. The total number is not large, but the categories are basically covered, and the taste is also very good, especially the glutinous rice. I really want to secretly take a bag to pack it up! ! ! The restaurant is clean and neat, which refreshed my impression of hot spring hotels in the province. It can really be a benchmark, even better than some star-rated hotels The private hot spring water is also very comfortable. I didn’t take too many photos because I was enjoying it all the time~ It has been listed as a place for relaxation on weekends by our family. It is close and good. I really recommend it! ! ! !

It is really good to go back to the hotel not far from the subway after a day of shopping. The customer service ladies were very gentle and unexpectedly upgraded the room. The room was large, large projection, and the health was good. The key bed was wider and suitable for parents or families. The room is very quiet near the residential area and the living is very comfortable. I went to Qianling Mountain in the morning of the day of departure. Because there were too many people in the summer vacation, I delayed the check-out time. The customer service lady was warm and comforted and didn't worry about helping to check out at 1 o'clock. Although the breakfast is small, the taste is quite good, and the soup powder is delicious. Interestingly, there is a small second-hand market on the roadside at night, and the different aspects of the city are seen in more three-dimensional terms. The overall experience is very good. During the summer vacation, the central area has a serious premium price. This location is very cost-effective.

A cleaning lady provided detailed answers to all your questions (her name is ”Yang Jie” in the last picture), which deserves praise. This room type includes one free entry to the public hot spring bath, which is staffed on a rotating basis. They proactively offer ginger tea/water, providing excellent service. The only downside is the lack of nearby attractions, only a small supermarket and some foot massage shops. If you arrive by high-speed rail, this hotel is ideal for a one-night stay. It's only a 15-minute taxi ride from Guiyang East Station, making it a highly recommended choice.

The hygiene was good, and the surrounding environment was also very nice, quiet, and suitable for relaxation. The two private hot springs were also good; the water temperature reached 50 degrees Celsius when filled with hot water. The public swimming pool wasn't far either, just down a slope. If you're driving, it's a short drive to the room. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. I'd definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time. The only downside was that there was a window next to the room door, and it was easy to bump your head while going up the stairs with it open, which hurt quite a bit.

Self-driving to Guiyang, brought children to eat food, visit Qianlingshan Park, see Jiaxiu Building, the overall experience is very good! The hotel is close to all check-in points, it is more convenient to go anywhere!

Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
