Guiyang Hotels with Wifi

The hotel room is clean and nice just like the other Novotel hotels around the world. The buffet breakfast spread at The Square is reasonably good. The housekeeping staff did perform well in maintaining the room clean. There are many restaurants nearby the hotel, particularly the ‘underground’ (technically below the road junction) restaurants. The West Zhongshan Metro line 1 (Exit E) is about 7 minutes walk and then use Entrance D and Exit C of the underpass stairs/elevator to proceed to the Hotel passing Uniqlo and the restaurant with the hanging Panda. Will stay again at this hotel if visit Guiyang in future.

We recently stayed at Kepinski Hotel Guiyang for two nights.We enjoyed our family themed room layout, nice and clean, with children themed design and a play tent, slide, etc. They provided a nice breakfast, which is a diverse buffet, Chinese and western mix. Staff are super warm and friendly. The greatest provision from the hotel is service; they always ask you if you need anything and then they provide what you require. There is a restaurant I have to highly recommend because the food is tasty, presented like art, and staffs serve you like a VIP. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not available due to renovation at the time we stayed.

Very spacious hotel. The elevators were top end. Wonderful views, very nice rooms. Wonderful room service. I liked the easy to use safe in my room. Very good location. attached to the hotel is a shopping center with restaurants and fast-food restaurants. Behind the shopping center is a very long food-street. Under the road to the nearby railway station and subway station is a vegetable market. A 10km. taxi ride to the west-railway station was about 35 yuan.

Facilities: The room is big. The facilities are great, the whole house is smart, and the projection is also high-definition Hygiene: It is very clean without any strange smell. There's no hair on the bed. Environment: Right in the Huaguoyuan area. The area is very lively and there are many things to eat and do. It is very convenient Service: The service is very good. Even at night, the front desk lady is still very enthusiastic.

We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

The experience of staying at Hyatt Regency Guiyang completely overturned my perception of traditional hotel services! As a loyal fan of David Tao, I came to Guiyang to watch the concert. I didn't expect the hotel to prepare a ”fan-exclusive ceremony” full of surprises for me. The moment I opened the door, the room was carefully decorated with David Tao's theme. Every detail touched me. What surprised me even more was that the hotel also took the initiative to provide free pick-up and drop-off services. Not only was the airport worry-free, but the hotel also thoughtfully arranged vehicles to go directly to the concert site, completely solving the traffic concerns. Behind all this, it is inseparable from the dedication and professionalism of the guest manager Stacey. From proactive communication after booking to detailed inquiries about my itinerary and preferences, she really ”puts the needs before the guests”. For example, two days before my trip, she specially wrote a travel guide for Guiyang for me. Her smile and sincerity made me feel the care of family, rather than a formulaic service. The ”human touch” brought by the Stacey team of Hyatt Regency Guiyang is the real reason why I can't forget it. This kind of service beyond the standard stems from the respect for the personalized needs of guests and also reflects the extremely high level of hotel management. If I come to Guiyang again in the future, Hyatt will definitely be my only choice, and I will recommend it to all my friends - especially those who chase stars, because it can fulfill your ”dream of being a fan”! During the National Day holiday, I suddenly changed hotels and booked the VIP building. I was infected by the staff's thoughtfulness and responsibility from the moment I checked in. I stayed for a total of three days and two nights. If I hadn't been in a hurry to return to Hangzhou, I would have stayed a few more days! I read a lot of guides and they all said that there are no good hotels in Guiyang. Who said there are none? Come and see here, the VIP building is it! ! I specifically asked the names of four staff members! Three front desk staff: Wang Ziyi, Huang Zhiyue, Xiong Mingkun! And one from the housekeeping department: Tao Yang! The three front desk staff are very active in solving problems. The two young ladies are gentle and neat, and the young brother is also not panicking when encountering things. Leaders, please look over here! ! Please cherish these three! ! The housekeeping department also actively responds to needs! And everyone is polite and considerate! It's really lucky to be able to live in such a hotel that suits my heart during the National Day holiday! ! The hotel's restaurants are also treasures. The steak house, the landscape house, and the Chinese restaurant are where we have been looking for food these days. The taste is very good. The price is definitely more expensive than outside, but it's worth it~~ I hope the VIP building can always be maintained! ! We will come again! ! !

Certainly lives up to its name as a hotel supporting the Guiyang North Station. Very easy to Didi to and from the station, taking less than 5 minutes either way. There is also a drop-off service provided. The hotel designated driver was a very helpful and polite young man. Walking to the hotel from the station is also possible, but can be slightly more complicated. (1) you will need to exit the station at the far end and go up to the open platform area (2) walk towards an underpass, there are some silver railings (3) enter the underpass and walk all the way through, there are hotel directional signs from here. (4) up the escalator and you have reached.

Working table no power point , crazy. Hot water shower turn knob opposite direction, incomply with international standard. No TV using projector direct on the wall. You need to turn off all lights only can see the image clearly. The screen projection on the wall was disturb by the power points in the middle of the wall.

Room is cozy decorated with natural oak finish covering all around. It is very appealing and One will be instantly charmed by it. Hotel's receptionists were very polite and helpful. Convenience stores, food outlets are nearby besides the hotel. Breakfast varieties are mainly for Chinese, a small portions for Westerners. An expensive tea set for tea drinkers is provided on a seating platform by the window.
