主幹道上去一條小路邊上的精品酒店，入口處不顯眼，大堂光線有點暗，房間算大，衞生巾與寢室玻璃僅有窗簾遮擋，親子出行，不方便。附近餐廳較少，配套不方便。早餐值得推薦，精緻，服務好。前台服務熱情。適合小年輕帶小BB出行。

房間乾淨整潔，工作人員非常友好！在大堂裏有咖啡機，每天都有不同的小點心水果準備着。
早飯選擇足夠味道也非常好！
下次來杭州還是會選擇住在這裏的。離天目裏不遠，可以去那裡吃飯。
小建議房間有保險箱就更好了，燈光的設定可以更過選擇也會更好，衞生間區域稍微暗了點，對老年人來説有點吃力。

酒店位置很好，去景區很便，地鐵三號線就在酒店後面，出行很便利，酒店門口的桂花樹，開滿了桂花，一到酒店門口，撲鼻而來桂花香，很舒服，房間床品舒服，衞生乾淨，酒店還有下午茶，下午茶很用心，服務也很貼心，下次來杭州還會選擇的酒店

園景房間很安靜，該有的設施都很齊全，離各個景區的位置都很近，還有自行車可以租來騎到景區，前台女孩很熱情，很友好，讓人賓至如歸。酒店的早餐非常好，比大多數的五星酒店都好多了。非常值得來住的酒店。

服務員非常親切有禮，房間很大很舒服
我們一共租了三個房間，其中兩間都可以看到山景，很療愈！
還有早餐和下午茶，真的很不錯，而且很靠近旅遊景點，大概10分鐘車程就是宮宴，推薦大家來住！
