作為一個不經常和喜歡寫評價的人，這個酒店卻值得我專門來寫一篇評價。入住兩個晚上，酒店帶給了我極致舒適的體驗，首先是服務態度，親切而不距離過近。這一點讓我印象深刻，而且體驗感很好。再而是房間面積大，床品舒服不硬也不太軟，窗外景色很好，有鬱鬱葱葱的樹，靠近街道卻不吵鬧。最後早餐味道不錯，品類多樣，中西式都有，每天下午供應下午茶，還有書吧。去靈隱寺西湖，國美等打車很快都能到達。家人也讚不絕口，説下次遊西湖還要來訂這家酒店！

設施：雖然不是大型的酒店，但是酒店設施十分齊全，自助洗衣房，餐廳，健身房，親子室應有盡有👍🏻
衞生：房間乾淨衞生，在梅雨季入住酒店內部和房間都沒有一點點黴味，而是很高級舒適的香氛氛圍，房間內部和酒店公共區域都是整潔清爽😍
環境：氛圍感滿滿，一樓大廳有很多書可以隨意閲讀。入住期間恰逢大雨，無法出行，在大廳讀讀書，配合酒店的精緻下午茶點，也成為了難忘又温馨的回憶😊
服務：前台接待熱情親切，入住前主動聯繫，提供停車和各種訊息，考慮非常周到，還在入住前提前放置了除濕機給房間祛濕，還有特色的服務，提供不同種類的枕頭及小物件保證睡眠質量😉
是一次非常滿意非常棒的體驗，而且酒店位置十分方便，不論是去景點還是逛街，出行都很近，同時又不會過於嘈雜。下次去杭州或者朋友出行都會做為第一選擇☝🏻☝🏻☝🏻
