酒店早餐非常捧，在酒店20層頂樓旋轉廳，360度看西湖與杭州城市美景。

酒店位置很優越，出門就是商業街去哪都很方便…離西湖也不遠。房間給做了升級…可以看見西湖，很贊👍酒店早餐在20層的旋轉餐廳…視野非常開闊，還可以看見西湖。早餐也很豐富，味道也不錯。下次住店還選這家。

衞生：乾淨衞生，打掃很及時。
環境：周邊環境便利，步行可達西湖景區，距龍翔公交總站很近，坐公交去林隱寺景區也很便利，周邊有大型商圈，吃飯購物也非常方便。
服務：熱情周到，有求必應。
餐食：早餐品種豐富，中西日結合，有當地特色，補餐很快，早餐在20層旋轉餐廳，可邊欣賞杭州美景，邊享用美食。

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff handled check-in quickly and efficiently. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well maintained hotel, regardless if is the room or lobby. The staffs are very helpful from helping to take our luggages, checking in, and receiving our parcels. Their breakfast is sumptuous and with a wonderful revolving view. Their room also provided a lot of amenities and their toiletries are good quality! I enjoyed my stay here and it is beyond my expectations. Most importantly, it is valued for money!

1. The hotel is near Westlake & in77 & walking distance.
2. Our room was upgraded & 2 days of complimentary breakfast provided.
3. Special thanks to the front office staff Ms YY who can communicate in English in assisting us during our 4 nights in Hangzhou. The staff are always with a smile & courteous.
4. The breakfast restaurant is located on the top floor revolving with a good view of the Westlake. The variety of breakfast is considered good.
5. Plenty of shops & restaurants surrounded the hotel.
6. The metro is just 200m opposite the hotel.
7.Bus stops are near the hotel as well. We were taking buses to go around & the fare was 2 yuan per trip. Save a lot of walking compared to the metro. With the bus, there are more scenes to see along the way & bring us to the visited places almost right in the front. Not to forget, the buses are clean.
7. Daily room cleaning was good. Thanks to the cleaning team.
