I booked a business big bed room with breakfast for four nights and really enjoyed my stay. I tried to change my booking a couple of days before arrival to remove the two breakfasts since I was travelling solo, but they didn’t allow it. It turned out fine though, as the breakfast was actually really nice — lots of tasty Chinese options and good quality overall.
The service was great even with the language barrier. None of the staff speak English, but everyone was super friendly and helpful. From the receptionists to the cleaners, they all smiled and made me feel welcome.
The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless and comfortable. Although it’s a non-smoking hotel, some guests do smoke, but the staff do a good job keeping the smell under control.
The location is good — in a quieter area near the lake and about a 15-minute walk to the metro station.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re travelling solo — you’ll feel welcome and safe. It’s also a great option for couples and families.

來杭州出差，一共五晚住了不同的酒店，這家絕對是性價比top。（凱悦嘉軒、白金漢爵、香格里拉、+某差評酒店，就不點名了）。
首先是區位非常**，定這家酒店的目的就是為了離開杭州前追西湖日出，四點半出門小跑到西湖斷橋觀景位置最多20分鐘，非常方便逛西湖。（當天凌晨四點半酒店出發，CITYWALK了一個外西湖後回到原點洗漱）
其次是工作人員真是太太太太好了，當晚八點半盲選該酒店，周邊房源緊張還顧慮分到不好的房間，結果酒店直接幫我升房成帶窗家庭房（雖然一個人住，但是升成了家庭房，真是總裁從她的三米三大通鋪裏醒來了），然後提示九點開始就有宵夜!太讚了!當晚詢問可不可以續到兩點也是爽快答應，離店後還送了我當天在浙博沒有買到的紀念品😭。整個酒店從管家前台姐姐，到保潔姨姨和保安叔叔，全部都是主動問好+主動詢問需要or引導的，實在是太親切了!!
最後，就是酒店的條件，非常新沒有異味，毛巾很新很乾凈，衞生情況對標五星級酒店水準不輸，⚠️潔癖看到這行訂這個酒店就可以了，因為我就是潔癖⚠️。裝修也很**，不是那種毫無審美的批發ins風，周圍都是木質調的東方香，很穩妥且不俗氣的選香。房間內配了茶具和小茶几，一樓還有茶葉可以自己選，廣東人就地拿金銀花陳皮泡了個涼茶美美吃燒烤去了。
單開一行誇空調!我覺得這是我住過的酒店裡麪最牛的空調!!!一般的空調如果要靜音必然會熱，如果要製冷的話就會噪音很大。但是這個空調選最低風速仍然可以製冷到18°左右!忒牛了!
下次還來昂!下次帶家人來!住一週!不換店了!
