週末約了三個家庭一起入住了這家民宿，週五當天晚上抵達，管家很貼心等了我們很晚，但是車是進不去的，管家一家一家接進去，這個讓人很匪夷所思，到了第二天才知道，這個小區不是全部民宿，還有原住居民，所以每次外賣進出都是不送的，很麻煩，另外，陌生車輛也不能隨意進出。第一次有位管家很貼心，第二次來接時候，是另外一位，非常冷漠，連個媽媽帶着4個孩子，站在太陽底下，卸貨，也不知道幫忙，這服務，呵呵沒辦法滿分了！
説説房間吧…説説四衞，當初是看中了有四個衞生間（帶洗澡）沒想到，四衞的意思、是洗手間，衹有三個洗澡的地方，較真一點，還真的不太滿意。
網絡很差，二樓幾乎沒有。
總之…一般般吧，不會再訂第二次了！

入住舒適，環境優美，安靜。到水上森林景區也很近。晚上可以走到青山湖湖邊散散步。不足的是，小區管理比較嚴格，外來車輛不讓進，不過商家會開車到路邊來接，也是不錯

優點：小區入住率不高，很安靜，居住環境很好。
南門到青山區步行十分鐘以內，很方便。
健身房開到十二點。
有我最愛的鞦韆！
老闆人不錯，有求必應，就住在隔壁，響應速度及時。
衞生間裝修不錯。
點外賣都會送到樓上，挺方便的，早餐可以在房間吃。
投影儀很好，度假看電影挺舒適的，最喜歡客廳那個躺椅，可以躺着看電影，很想找老闆要連結哈哈哈～
不足：床墊太硬了，有點影響睡眠質量。但每個人喜好不同，我個人主觀覺得太硬了，有改善空間，三房可以準備一些軟墊之類的，覺得硬的客人可以墊一下。
衞生間梳子質感不太好，很軟，且沒有肥皂一類的。洗髮水太乾了，少了護髮素🤣。後來老闆給我送來的，細節可以再加強下～
結語：
位置挺好的，性價比總體挺高的。民宿相對比較自由，適合家庭旅行。青山湖沒開，衹在門口看到了梅花鹿，由於前些日子的大暴雨。很遺憾沒有玩到最想玩的景點，衹去了臨安博物館，希望下次再見！！
