對該酒店的前台服務印象非常好，服務很用心，也很貼心。客房業務能力不行，房間沒有查好就讓入住，不知道有沒有這裏客房主管和經理查房環節。馬桶都還有糞便污漬以及未拆掉的馬桶墊，這裏要感謝前台的小姑娘，晚上還要來給我刷馬桶，本來這裏衞生我想給差評的，知道評分對前台很重要，還是給了5星

Stayed in the famiiy room that accommodates five. Location is great, near to a lot eateries. Easy to get breakfast as hotel does not provide breakfast. One particular lady staff was extremely helpful. Readily willing to help to get a Didi with her phone for us. Too bad did not get her name. She was the one not wearing the specs. Am sure the management would know who. She should get a raise. Would recommend this place.

Exit Chengzhan station, walk towards the eye hospital direction, take the few flight of stairs up, exit and turn to the left. You'll see Luckin coffee on the ground floor. Go up straight to Level 26. Very easy to reach even when you have large luggage, that's the main reason for me to book this hotel. Friendly receptionist too.

來看演唱會而訂的酒店，性價比很高，酒店臨近地鐵，出行方便，前台態度挺好的，房間衞生也不錯，裝修看着挺新，花灑頭出水量大，廁所沒有異味，房間一進去很涼快，而且香香的，不知道是不是因為我備註了要無煙處理。

衞生壞境挺好 ，走時拍的照片哦。浴室水壓很沖，我們12點半左右來的，就能入住了，不用等到2點，棒棒噠。樓下有咖啡店，離地鐵口1號線5號線很近，不到50米，樓下離火車站也不遠，位置是相當OK。它家和好幾家酒店共用一個樓,不太確定它家佔幾層，就是周邊吃飯的地方不多，家庭房外面有個掛機很吵，好像是旁邊醫院的掛機，總體很好，小姐姐人也很好
