湘湖是個喜歡慢生活人遊玩的地方，選擇了這個比較新的酒店，入住的感受很好，服務人員從前台到餐廳乃至保潔、保安都會熱情打招呼，前台的文靜小美女服務更周到，把湘湖遊玩攻略、定位都發給我，讓我更好的領略到了湘湖的美景，住保億開元名都建議自駕遊比較方便。

非常好的一家酒店。首先無論前台還是客房服務都太好了。入住登記後服務員小姑娘幫我們提行李，並一直送我們到電梯裏。特別是工作人員任小姐，在我們入住前就提前給我們打電話，問我們對房間和服務有什麼需求，後來又幾次對我們噓寒問暖，讓我們很感動。我就得這是酒店培訓工作做的出色，才有了這麼一批很好的服務人員，才讓貴酒店能夠獲得入住客人的稱讚。

這次出差入住體驗太棒了！前台小任辦入住很快，還幫忙免費升級房型。房間椅舒服，燈光亮度也合適。高速Wi-Fi超穩定，必須好評。入住有歡迎水果，還能延遲退房超貼心。房間安靜沒噪音，床品軟硬適中，房間安靜舒服衞生乾淨，早餐品種豐富性價比高，退房小任還幫忙開了發票，下次再來。
最後也要點名一下，小任經理服務特別熱情！很多需求還沒提出來就主動詢問是否需要幫忙！
