"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. We originally booked for just one night but ended up staying for three because we enjoyed our stay so much. The rooms are amazing — spacious, beautifully maintained and extremely comfortable, making it a very relaxing place to stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful, friendly and responsive, particularly via WeChat, which made communication very easy throughout our stay. The facilities are excellent, including the SPA. The SPA is very good quality and, especially considering the standard of the facilities and service, is very reasonably priced. The restaurant is also very good, with delicious food at very reasonable prices for dinner. The views from the restaurant are amazing and make for a particularly enjoyable evening. Overall, we were extremely impressed with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"My first visit to Guilin. The view 真的是名不虛傳。 Took a train from Guangzhou. Once at the station the driver from hotel promptly pick us up and the car journey is about 15 mins. The traffic at Guilin is just chaotic, think it’s the same at all big city in China. The space of my room is big and the view is just splendid, over looking the bridge, especially nice to witness the transition of lights up in the evening. Beddings are comfortable and water pressure is good, they also have a reclining chair and an antique sofa and top. The bathtub was big for Asian and enough space to put the toiletries. The toilet are separate which is good. I just wish they have more hanging spaces for towels. Location is good. Crossed the road is the river with nice pathement and trees. Day time you will see people swimming and at night it transformed into a lively and vibrant place, many buskers performing just within meters from each other. The horns from traffic and loud singing karaoke from the buskers, It certainly left an impression. Just need to be careful when crossing the road as there are simply no traffic rules in China. Most of the time there will be a traffic warden there to help stopped the cars. There are few restaurants nearby but we chose to have the buffet dinner at Sheraton hotel for a reasonably good price. Just 10 mins walk away, very worth it. The famous象鼻山 is also a 10 mins walk away, just follow the river path. It was too crowded I end up not visiting. The swimming pool on top of the hotel is really small, meant more for kids, and the view is exactly the same from my room so I wasn’t really missing anything. Overall it’s a good location and comfy one night stay."
