Also met a helpful staff member, Xiao Yuri, during breakfast, in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is located in the tourist heart of Guilin just next to the Elephant Trunk Scenic lake. If you are a coffee addict, LuckIn is just next door. The area is alive and we walked 18 mins to Zhengyang Pedestrian Street market which was interesting."

"During the Dragon Boat Festival, we brought our child to Guilin and it rained continuously, making it very inconvenient to go out. Luckily, we chose this Qixing Holiday Hotel. The family room was spacious, with separate areas for play and rest, equipped with a small tent and play mat. Since we couldn't go out to play due to the rain, our child had a great time playing in the room. The hotel also has an indoor children's playground, which was perfect for letting the kids burn off energy on a rainy day without having to brave the outdoors. The breakfast offered a wide variety of mild options, suitable for children. The hotel environment was quiet and serene, not noisy at all. It was only about a ten-minute drive to city attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area, and parking was convenient. For a family trip during the rainy season, staying here was stress-free and effortless. We would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Guilin."

"The hotel staff provided excellent service. They gave us a free upgrade to a 2.4 tatami room. Around 11 PM, I went out to hang laundry and planned to take the stairs to the top floor. I ran into a friendly front desk staff member who kindly pressed the elevator button for the seventh floor for me. Before we left, they gave us a souvenir. Halfway home, I realized my child's sun protection jacket was left behind, and they immediately arranged for SF Express to mail it to us. Thumbs up! The service is great, and everything else is pretty good too. It's close to the scenic spots. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Guilin!"

"The perfect cozy place to stay in Guilin. We had a wonderful & lovely stay there. The owner (Michelle) and the staff were amazing! Speaks fluent English and very very helpful in all ways. To point a few, made our local sight seeings more convenient by getting us cruise tickets for Li river cruise and cab for a day to Longji terrace. And to add more, Michelle helped us to transfer money in Alipay which was big relief for us as cash are hardly accepted in china. We will definitely come next time with my family and will recommend to my travellers friends as well! 😊"

Popular attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill, East and West Alleys, and Sun and Moon Pagodas are all within walking distance. The hotel is also surrounded by bustling pedestrian streets and food districts, so there's no need to travel far for sightseeing or dining, saving a lot of travel time. A special shout-out goes to Yuri at the front desk. She handled my check-in quickly and efficiently, was consistently gentle and friendly, and proactively and thoughtfully explained local sightseeing routes and hotel amenities. She patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, providing truly attentive and warm service. My room was spotless and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The five-star facilities are comprehensive and complemented by thoughtful, human-centric service. Combining beautiful natural scenery with excellent service, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Guilin."
