I encountered a few unexpected situations during my stay and needed to borrow some items from the front desk; the staff were all incredibly proactive and helpful."

The boss saw us bringing our children and upgraded us to a parent-child room for free. The only drawback is that the breakfast has less variety, but there are not many tenants. "Traveling to Guilin by car, the butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They contacted us in advance with parking directions and a detailed travel itinerary. On check-in day, the front desk attendant was super responsible and carried all the luggage for both our families up to the rooms – we were a bit embarrassed by his kindness! Any issues we had on the day of check-in were resolved very quickly and promptly. When we left, it was raining in Guilin, and the same attendant personally held an umbrella for each of us all the way to the car. 👍 Seriously, highly recommend this place!"

"I was so satisfied with this trip! The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the decor is simple yet grand. The view from the window is great, and the room is clean, spacious, and bright. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and there's also an intelligent voice assistant. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation, very close to the scenic area – you can walk there. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and provided excellent service. Overall, it was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Heshe Lakeside Resort. The location is great if you want peace and quiet as it’s not near the city center, but the lake view from our room was lovely. Super close to Ludi Cave, which ended up being a highlight of our trip. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, always ready to help. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options. Perfect for families who don’t mind being a bit outside the main area. Would definitely stay here again for the cave and the calm atmosphere."

"This hotel is right next to a department store and there are plenty of shared electric scooters nearby, making it super convenient to walk or ride to scenic spots and night markets. The hotel is also next to a residential area with all sorts of small shops, so there are tons of options for food, shopping, and takeout. I was pleasantly surprised to find that besides hot water and tea, they even have an ice machine on the first floor! The bed was big and comfortable, so I slept really well. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Five stars, highly recommend to everyone!"

Location is within the Zhenyang pedestrian street, extremely convenient, not noisy at all. 3 minutes walk to the river side where pagodas are. Room is comfortable, breakfast is great. Staff are polite & welcoming. Given a nice gift pack which consists of a mini portable fan, which is great in such scorching weather. Highly recommended. Will stay again in our next visit."
