This stay was beyond my expectations! The design of the entire hotel, inspired by the Guilin landscape, suits my taste. It is located opposite the Guilin MixC and is very convenient for travel. The lobby also thoughtfully prepares self-service snacks and drinks. The rooms are all smart home controlled and very convenient. I especially want to praise the front desk lady Jenny for her enthusiasm and patience throughout the whole process. The service is impeccable. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Guilin.

So far the best hotel we’ve stayed in China. It’s located in MIXC shopping center and has a lot of restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is on the 5th floor of the bloc on the right side. As you enter turn right to the elevators. We got upgraded as the room was not ready for our early check-in. The staff tried their best to accommodate us and ensure we had comfortable stay. Fresh fruits everyday, more water bottles if requested. Free laundry on the 5th floor. No smoking odor in the room and corridors. Just one thing is that it’s mysteriously cold in the room even in 30 degrees outside. We even had to turn on the air conditioner on heating. But I think it rather serves as a proof that the air ventilation works just right. Can recommend with 100%!
