What a wonderful experience for us all as a family. When we saw the room, we instantly felt comfortable. Their warm welcome made us feel like home. We can't wait to come back again and will surely recommend to friends and family. Their fresh breakfast was so enjoyable, made from fresh ingredients and also allowing us tourist to enjoy local foods and they were all delicious! We received cute keychains as gifts for my boys and they loved ut. So thoughtful of them. Thank you so much for giving us a beautiful experience.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel.
It is a great location - conveniently located near the lake, away from the bustling city noise and within walking distance to numerous scenic spots.
We have booked the family room with the children fun slide bed. It was a fairly big room and we loved the separation of the room between the king bed the double bed which creates a nice nook for kid. Courtyard space is nice and little details in the room with the light and hot water dispenser is amazing.
Highlight was also with the complimentary tribal costume photo shooting. We had much fun!
Special thanks also to helpful front desk staff Xiao Qin and Xiao Hui for their warm assistance to all our queries.
We will definitely recommend Lijiang Moon Hotel to anyone who are visiting Guilin!

It's a nice clean hotel right on a busy street. We stayed on the 7th floor in a room with a city view but it wasn't noisy at all. The hotel provided free eye masks and honey stick, which was nice. Breakfast was mainly Chinese foods, a good variety, though. Free laundry service was nice. However, I would recommend putting some instructions in English.
Overall, it's a nice hotel, I would highly recommend it!

Here are some highlights:
1. Helpful staff
We got room upgrades upon check in. They also helped us book the LiRiver cruise plus the transportation to the cruise port. They also have delicious sweet soup delivered to our room at night.
2. Comfortable room and beds
The room was equipped with a table and big chairs, and the bed and pillows were very comfy.
3. Stunning views
We had dinner at the Cloud restaurant at the hotel. Even though the food at the dinner didn’t amaze us, the view from the restaurant was amazing.
4. Tasty breakfast
There are a lot of selections at the breakfast buffet. We really like all the local specialties, i.e. RedBeanRiceCakes, TofuNoodles, GuilinRiceNoodles. We all feel it tasted a lot better than the dinner.
Overall, we had a great experience at Li River hotel. I would rate it 5 out of 5 of every things.

Very nice place. Hotel was clean no issues. Very nice view from my hotel room and also nearby the Reed Flute Cave so you can just go to the place whenever. It should only take you like an hour to explore the cave. I personally took 2 hours since I spent a lot of time taking pictures.
More importantly, the receptionist is very hospitable. I had nothing booked and planned and she helped me out with booking everything needed.

Beyond my expectation. Service is at tip top. Walkable to many places of interest within 400m. The receptionists were so helpful giving directions as where to go and assist to call for cab anytime i needed the service. Remarkable housekeeper aunty, asking me need not wait for my laundry as she will make sure it is all done and will deliver to my room, she even drop me a note after sending the laundry on my bed. Got a upgraded family room which was spacious and on the high floor. The hotel 7th floor has a small pool and nice view of the Jingjang Wangfu background and the ancient city. They do served tea at 3pm with some nice cookies and desserts, breakfast was awesome with order to make famous Guilin Noodle soup. Highly recommend this hotel for personalize service and a comfort room. Would rate it 5/5.

Stayed for 3 nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. I would recommend to friends and family.
If there was one thing to improve, I think smoking and non smoking rooms should be completely separated - the hallways were filled with the smell of cigarettes and it also filled my room but otherwise, I would stay here again.

My family checked in on Oct 24. We stayed for 3 nights. We were happy with our stay in this hotel and would recommend friends to stay in. We also had our rooms upgraded to larger units.
Prior to that, we had a warm reception by Xiao Wan and he even personally helped to bring our luggage to our rooms. He also recommended places to eat and visit.
There were welcome fruit and sweet snacks and even brewed desert of white fungus for each of us which we never had before on our trips..
The views from the restaurant on the 7th floor were fantastic. We wished we had stayed longer.
We will definitely stay in this hotel when we visit Guilin again.

This is certainly one of the best hotels you can book in Guilin !!
We loved our stay here so much that we can't wait to come back and stay again for our next trip to China.
Here are the highlights of our stay:
1) The hotel staff were all very friendly, especially the receptionist who checked us in when we arrived late at night.
2) The hotel building and our room are very clean and modern, with well maintained facilities and utilities
3) The view is simply amazing. Especially from our 270 Degrees View Suite on the 12th floor.
4) The spacious gym and pool (which is only for children) are also a nice addition
5) There is also a very useful washing machine and dryer
7) The rooftop area has some of the best views in Guilin
8) The location is fantastic and right what we needed, with quick access to local shopping centres and to parks/temples
The things we recommend for improving:
1) There is not a lot of privacy from the toilet area which can be uncomfortable
2) The bed mattress is a bit more firm than what we prefer
3) The complimentary water provided by the hotel doesn't taste very nice (but this is a very minor inconvenience)
Overall we can 100% recommend staying here and paying a little extra to book one of their amazing suites!

After we got off at Guilin Station, we took a taxi on Gaode to the B&B (8 yuan). Road ******* don’t have to worry about finding the way. The route given by the landlord was very clear. When we arrived at the gate of the community, we followed the instructions and entered in a few minutes. In the house. As soon as the door opened, a few of us cheered in unison (we have been playing in various places in the past few days, and we were very tired and could not find a good place to stay. Guilin was our last stop. Everyone was already exhausted. See We felt like our cheers were shaking when we came to this house, and we were full of energy when we went sightseeing the next day). The whole environment is great, clean and tidy, with all kinds of furniture, without any Odor. There are also all kinds of lights to take photos, and the girls like us didn’t go out much that night and kept taking photos inside the house (the attached picture is the original iPhone camera). If you go with a few friends or family, it is highly recommended, and it is very quiet at night! ! ! There are a lot of delicious food nearby, and taking a taxi is also very convenient! ! !

KKemuerkaolebaciThe check-in experience was very good. The room was very spacious and very good in every aspect. There was no messy noise at night. I slept well. The boss was very enthusiastic. Moreover, this place is very close to the North Station, which is very convenient.
Note: When checking in, first tell the aunt at the front desk at the entrance of the first floor the name of the hotel you booked, and then she will take you to the elevator and swipe your card for you.

MMooMooooWhat can I say.... AMAZING!! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights!! From when we first check in, the lady who checked us in, helped us with our suitcase and they are big one too! (note there is no elevator). To the lady that work at night and cook our yummy breakfast in the morning, thank you! We are both vegetarian, so she was always checking to make sure we can eat it. She was super friendly, talk to us and tell us what is nice to explore/play, and make sure we have enough food to eat! On the last day when we have to check out early as we have to catch the Li River Cruise, she make sure we have food to eat and that we can bring on the boat to eat as well. She was very thoughtful!
The location is over the bridge about a 10 mins walk to ZhengYang Pedestrian Street. I prefer here as it more quieter rather than on the main street. Furthermore, it not that far, with only a 10 mins walk along the river and you will reach most places.
I also loved the decor in the hotel as well, it has everything you need. They provided free snack, and we did try some too!! Good to try local snacks which we did end up buying when we saw it lol. You could also go up to the roof top, which will provide a 360 view, especially the view looking out to the Li River on a nice fine day is so worth it!
Lastly, my mum left some of her belonging in the hotel and forgot to pack when we check out. They courier this to our next hotel in Yangshou, which is very thoughtful of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here.

RRiham MohyeldinThe staff were really nice, they were helpful and welling to assist with issues. The apartment wasn't as I have expected it. The photos showed the apartment was new and in good condition, however it wasn't like that when I got there. The walls were a bit too old and some parts of the wallpaper is cracked, the furniture looked old and dirty. The cleaning service wasn't quite good. I wish it was better, especially under the bed mattress. It was full of hair and disgusting.
Overall, it was okay to stay there, however I wouldn't say I will ever book it again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean. The entrance is a bit small, but there are uncles and aunts at the door to greet people, help with luggage, and guide parking (there are free parking spaces, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel).
The price is very affordable, the room is large, in addition to the double bed + 2 single beds on the details page, there is also a folding sofa bed.
It is very convenient for a family to live together. The only disadvantage is that the toilet is a bit narrow, the air conditioner is right between the two bedrooms, and the air conditioner is a bit noisy (but this suite has two bathrooms, and multiple people in one room will not fight for the toilet. If the weather is suitable and the air conditioner is not turned on, the noise problem is basically gone).
The hotel service is also very good. If you have any questions, ask the housekeeper sister and she will reply in time. The uncles and aunts at the front desk are also very enthusiastic.
I don’t remember taking pictures of the room (the actual situation is basically the same as the photos on the details page), but the environment is really good, very clean and comfortable. This price is really very cost-effective, praise 👍

GGuest UserVery happy stay experience! The location is close to Guilin North Station, not far from the passenger station and bus station. There are also two big fresh supermarkets nearby, which are very convenient for buying and eating.
The hotel room is spacious, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine and other facilities can be really complete. The room is quiet and the health is good. Living with a feeling of home, thank you for your attentive service! I have the opportunity to come to Guilin in the future and will stay here!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is really cost-effective. It is not located in West Street, but around West Street. However, it is not far away. It takes two or three minutes to ride an electric car. It is very quiet to sleep at night without worrying about being disturbed. The lady at the front desk also recommended scenic spots for us to visit. The tickets we booked are more favorable. We also checked other platforms ourselves, and this one is more favorable. Overall, we are very satisfied with this stay. The rented electric car can run 85 kilometers, which is really great. I will come again next time!
