I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. The location was also perfect—close to major attractions and convenient for exploring the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful and spacious new rooms. Hotel was also centrally located and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was sumptious and of a wide variety, and was served on top floor with a wonderful view of lake! On top of that, service was great and they offered hot desserts in our room due to the cold weather. Cannot ask for a better hotel to stay in.

The rooms are clean, have enough space and amenities. Towels , water, fridge, AC, a spacious bed. The shower is standout: spacious and with lots of water pressure. The only downside is that the AC system sometimes seemed to be unable to attain the target temperature. Always below 22°C though, so it was ok. The hotel is located centrally enough, though the neighborhood is nothing special. When arriving we took a short taxi ride (9 min) to see the sun and moon pagodas and eat something. The views from the hotel are really great. We had a nice view of the city, the Li river and a temple built on a mountaintop (in the middle of the city) from our room. Check-in and breakfast are at the top floor, which has a great 360° view of everything. The breakfast itself was good, with options both western and chinese. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The 24/7 concierge service (you need a WeChat account, which is a necessity when traveling in China anyway and is easy to create) helped us book a Li river cruise to take the next day, and made sure we knew the details. All in all, I would recommend the hotel for a short stay in Guilin.

The room was super spacious with fabulous views and everything was very clean, with daily room cleaning. The breakfast was extensive and decent quality. Only slight letdown would be the gym/fitness centre which was a box room with two treadmills with AC that didn’t really work. But the infinity plunge pool outside helped to cool down after a workout. The main highlights were: 1. The location - super convenient for the main sights but still quiet at nighttime. 2. The staff - so friendly and helpful, helped us book a Li River tour for a good price and were just generally very welcoming and supportive throughout the stay

Great location right in front of Elephant Trunk Hill.  We reserved a car pick up at the train station and when arrived, received an upgrade to VIP floor with a room that has direct view of Elephant Trunk Hill.  We enjoyed the welcoming afternoon tea, and was delighted to see the welcome treats, free minibar, and took advantage of the VIP Lounge.  The room was beautiful and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub, and upscale amenities. The staff were all welcoming and proficient in English. We definitely would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Tasteful design a with fantastic view on Li River. Our room is spacious room with plenty of benches for putting things. Excellent sound proof. Free snacks and drinks with refills. Breakfasts were very good. Staff at reception and breakfast restaurant were friendly and efficient. Location is a short taxi ride from shopping and fooding in the center, which we preferred…less chaotic and more relaxed. Good value for money.

Located in the outskirts of the city, this hotel presents a great value for money option in Guilin. Overall, the hotel deserves strong mention for the price point and having full facilities expected for a 5 star hotel. The room is large and clean, the hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly. The only downside is being away from the city center, which during super peak season might be a bother waiting for didi. The breakfast is not great but since the hotel gave it for free, it's an added plus.

Pros: Hotel with nice views, nice and friendly staffs. decent breakfast, vey comfy bathrobe Walking distance to many tourist spots Room is well equip Cons: I went to try the spa (aromatherapy package), was expecting a relaxing massage but I think the masseur lacks the skills. She use brute force and continously rub on the same spot over and over. I had red bruises all over my back. Had to keep reminding her to be more gentle, I had more aches instead of feeling relaxed.

Overall, the stay experience was far beyond expectations! I came to Guilin during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday. I chose to stay in the city on the first day and go to Yangshuo on the second day. I chose the Waterfall Hotel on Ctrip. I thought it would be an ordinary hotel, but I didn't expect it to give me a brand new experience of Guilin. Location: Excellent location. You can overlook the Li River, Elephant Trunk Hill, and Twin Pagoda Park from the rooftop. The uploaded pictures are all unfiltered views of the surrounding scenery of the hotel. Going out is the pedestrian street, and you can walk directly to the East and West Lanes. There are many young bands singing in the opposite Jiangbin Park at night, which is very pleasant. Hardware: It is said that it is part of the Waterfall Hotel next to it. It was renovated and became independent. The room decoration is very suitable for people's aesthetics nowadays. It is simple and advanced, and the facilities are also very high-quality. Dyson hair dryers, JBL lyrics speakers, brand fragrance supplies (friends like this smell very much), and slippers are also rare online. Service: Finally, the service is a big surprise: The front desk check-in speed is fast, the attitude is good, and the staff of different shifts are very friendly.
