JJaney123This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. You feel relaxed as soon as you step into your room. On top of that the staff are absolutely delightful. On the last couple days, I fell very sick and had to be sent to the hospital. The staff were so kind, in particular 罗师傅 and 小何。both of them came inside with me and made sure I was seen and helped to translate and pick up medicine as I am not familiar with the process here in China. It would have been an even more stressful experience without their help there. 小何 had to pick up extra medicine for me and refused to take money back from me. I don't know how to repay their kindness. When we got back to the hotel from the hospital, 小何 made sure to send some congee up to my room. At breakfast the next day, 小容 promptly greeted me and asked if I was feeling better. As I could only stomach plain congee, she packed some small snacks that are easy on the stomach so I could take and snack on throughout the day so I wouldn't get hungry. Thank you so much to all the staff here. I will visit yangshuo again and will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are beautiful with the smallest details well thought out for your convenience. The lobby, restaurant, and outside area are also beautiful and decorated with taste. The view is magnificent. It's so tranquil at this resort. It's a small hotel so there are not a lot of people, which is why I think the hotel staff is able to pay attention to every single detail. The service is even better. There was one person who spoke English and she was very helpful. We were able to communicate with everyone else through WeChat group. They have both local and Western breakfast options, which are made for you within 5 minutes of ordering, so it's fresh. The midnight snacks are delicious. But the staff goes even further. I thought it was very cute for them to notice little things. For example, first day we left out chili peppers from our lunch, so the next day, they excluded them from the meal without asking or leaving a cleaning cloth next to my reading glasses. The staff really pays attention and makes your stay even better. This is more than a 5 star hotel.

The staff offer top-notched impeccable service, going beyond the extra mile. The hotel room is remarkably clean, luxurious & cosy, with magic touch of a ribbon 🎀 toilet paper (so ingenious). There also a patio area with a stunning looking tea set 🍵 for us to watch the time go. Self laundry service available with dedicated 5 ⭐️ bulter service. Gorgeous looking photography service offered transforming you into Cinderella 👑 instantly. Best experience of a lifetime indeed. Fantastic hotel, highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

First off, I have to commend the butler service. They helped with our luggage, introduced us to the hotel and its facilities, and were incredibly responsive to all our requests – truly exceptional!
Secondly, the hotel environment is simply stunning. It's so pleasant to be here; every moment felt like a treat. The hotel boasts a swimming pool, a tea house, a 'day coffee, night wine' bar, a restaurant, and even a small camping area – I absolutely loved it.
Also, the hotel's afternoon tea was incredibly delicious. It didn't taste pre-made at all, and the ingredients were top-notch, so you could enjoy it without any worries. Dinner featured authentic local Yangshuo specialties, with a wild and rustic flavor that I personally found quite light. Breakfast offered a rich variety of options, a mix of Chinese and Western, and beyond the buffet, there were made-to-order dishes that were very tasty.
Finally, the mountain view room I stayed in had an exceptional view. The room was very spacious, featuring a walk-in closet, a sofa, a balcony, a minibar, and a small fridge. They also provided snacks and welcome fruits. Plus, there's a bathtub 🛁 – soaking in the tub with some music at night was pure bliss.
What's more, over 100 celebrities and public figures have stayed at this hotel, so we got to experience what the stars do! I highly recommend everyone to stay here; it will bring you unexpected delightful surprises.

We loved our warming wechat messages, the activities and the general kindess of all staff towards myself and my kids. We also had food poisoning whilst there and the care taken by the hotel was amazing. From taking us to hospital to then looking after us for the next couple of days. We cannot thank you enough!
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Outside the window, you get a panoramic view of mountains and the infinity pool, with stunning mountain-water scenery stretching to the horizon. 🤩 The infinity pool, Sky Mirror, lawn boardwalk, cherry blossom trees, and other photo spots are all fantastic for pictures! 📷

GGuest UserLoved, loved, loved this hotel. Stayed in a family room whilst travelling with my parents and there was plenty of room for 3 adults with the most comfortable beds.
The hotel and staff were wonderful and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was excellent and the atmosphere tranquil.
Would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through the Yangshuo region.

Hygiene: We stayed for two nights, and the room was meticulously cleaned each day. Toiletries were replenished daily, which was very thoughtful.
Environment: The environment is very fresh and elegant. Taking photos at the 'Sky Mirror' was fantastic, and my whole family loved it, haha.
Service: The front desk lady was very polite, and all the hotel staff provided excellent and attentive service.
Deluxe Couple's Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea quality was on par with a Western restaurant; the pastries were exquisite.
Welcome Snacks & Drinks: They provided plenty of snacks, treats, and beverages, which was great.

MM514964****First off, the service was excellent. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. My family member developed a fever and vomited during the night, and despite the rain, Ms. Li Duoduo drove us to the hospital. She even thoughtfully bought noodles for us, worried we might be hungry—a huge thank you to her! The next day after check-out, the road was blocked by a fallen tree, but the staff found a way to take us out on an electric scooter. We were very satisfied with the staff's service.
The hotel's environment is also lovely. After the rain cleared, the lotus flowers by the entrance bloomed beautifully. Strolling along the boardwalk and quietly admiring them was very pleasant. The floral arrangements inside the hotel also used fresh lotus flowers, which felt very thoughtful and full of Zen. The Zen photography experience was also very comfortable.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Guilin. It has a beautiful garden with a small zoo as well. The room is clean and customer service is good. Special thanks to Lily Wan, she is a very nice and friendly person, she takes care of animals in the zoo at the hotel. We will definitely come back again.
