"Booked a five night stay at this hotel residence. I opted for this hotel since it has complete amenities. I was really glad when we checked in because it looked exactly as how it was in the photos. All of their hotel staff are nice and friendly, hotel corridors smelling nice with fragrance and the room is really spacious. I recommend working in this hotel specially for a long stay, because it has everything that you will need you have fridge washing machine, stove top, oven and microwave . Very convenient indeed. Location wise, it is less than 15 minute walk from Mansoura Metro Station. There is also a big 24 hour grocery walking distance (Al Meera). The surrounding of the hotel is nice and quiet, but from the walk from the metro to the hotel, you can find shops and restaurants around. Would definitely book again next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. During my stay, I noticed that the room was not properly stocked. There were no towels in the bathroom, and there was not enough shampoo or shower gel provided. When we asked for shower towels, they provided us with small towels stating that they had no stock available. This made my stay uncomfortable, as these are basic amenities that guests should expect to have ready upon arrival. Also on the day of checkout we were called 10 minutes earlier prior to checkout time as a reminder to check out. In fact. we were quite surprised that this hotel is rated 5 stars, as the quality of service and facilities did not meet that standard. the overall experience felt below the level expected from a five-star property."

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a comfortable stay throughout. The room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering a great blend of comfort and functionality. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail — from the high-speed Wi-Fi to the well-stocked minibar and spacious bathroom with quality amenities. One of the highlights was the dining experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. The service at the restaurant was impeccable, with staff always on hand to assist and ensure guests were well taken care of. The hotel’s location is also ideal — centrally located in Jeddah, it provides easy access to major shopping areas, business districts, and cultural attractions. Despite its prime location, the hotel maintains a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Facilities such as the fitness center and pool were clean and well-maintained, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. Overall, I highly recommend City Centre Rotana Jeddah for both business and leisure travelers. The combination of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service truly made my stay memorable."
