We had a truly wonderful stay at The Westin! The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and offers excellent service. We would especially like to mention Batuhan and Maryam – their warm hospitality, attention to detail, and kindness made our stay truly unforgettable.

This is a truly luxurious hotel. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, every corner is spotless, and every staff member greets you with a smile. The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service! The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, especially the front desk team. We arrived at 12:00 PM, well before the standard 3:00 PM check-in, and were still able to get our room immediately. This hotel is my absolute favorite in Doha! The breakfast is excellent, and the beach staff are extremely friendly and, what's particularly important to me, very respectful. You feel completely welcome here, and I will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent. From the airport, take the Red Line metro, then transfer to the Gold Line and get off at Waqif station. Take Exit 2, but instead of going through the glass door into Souq Waqif, head towards the elevator for Souq Al Najada. The hotel's main entrance is right outside this elevator. Perhaps because the main entrance isn't easy for parking, Google Maps tends to direct you to the road at the back entrance. The hotel lobby and restaurant look quite grand. The rooms feel a bit dated but are still spacious and clean. It's very quiet at night, and the breakfast is good. There are plenty of restaurants in Souq Waqif itself. Housekeeping took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Obada and Khalid for cleaning our room. Overall, it offers great value for money.

The neighborhood around the hotel feels very upscale and modern. There's a free miniature train downstairs in the community area. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and offers a great sense of occasion, though the breakfast selection is a bit limited. The room itself is also quite nice, and the bathroom even has a TV. Our room had a view of the Museum of Islamic Art. Overall, it's pretty good and worth recommending.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

The indoor pool provides a calm and private environment, ideal for a relaxing swim, while the outdoor pool offers a refreshing and open setting perfect for unwinding and soaking up the atmosphere. Both areas are beautifully maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort. Another standout amenity is the fully equipped 24-hour gym. This is especially convenient for travelers with busy schedules or those adjusting to different time zones. The gym features a wide range of modern equipment suitable for cardio training, strength workouts, and general fitness routines. The space is well organized, clean, and spacious, making it easy to enjoy a productive workout at any hour of the day or night. Beyond the facilities, what truly sets Millennium Place Doha apart is the consistency of its service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, approachable, and eager to assist, which made the stay feel seamless and stress-free. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by the exquisite decor and a delightful aroma, and the staff greeted me so warmly it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The restaurant offered a rich breakfast with freshly brewed coffee filling the air. What's even more impressive is the meticulous attention to detail everywhere – the turndown service was thoughtful, and bottled water was always replenished. When checking out, the front desk smiled and offered warm water; it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely visit again next time to experience this impeccable and perfect service.

This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira. My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room.

We are very satisfied with our stay here in this hotel. Walking distance from Msherieb Metro Station. We had a comfortable stay and in very affordable price. ❤️ Looking forward to book again for our next staycation.
