DDr. Saleh Alkawariamazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

GGuest UserRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

GGuest UserIt is high-end and luxurious, very grand, with hygienic environment and excellent service. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. I highly recommend it and will come back in the future. The sound insulation effect of the room is also very good. All the products are the best. I slept very comfortably. I stayed here for many nights.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a resort style and unique decoration style. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff has a good service attitude and strong service ability. The breakfast is rich and the environment is beautiful. The hotel has a beach and is next to the 974 Stadium. It is about a 15-minute walk to the National Museum.

Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view – everything was top-notch. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. I would also like to highlight the front desk team – always helpful and professional.
Our vacation was truly perfect – relaxing atmosphere, convenient location, beach and pool, everything thoughtfully arranged.
I highly recommend Hilton Doha to anyone planning a trip to Qatar! We will definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserExceeded my expectation. High standard hotel. Service and location is top class.Beside the beach abd fantastic view. Checking in was smooth and easy.
More variety for breakfast (some fresh meat and fresh seafood, not factory processed meat eg sliced ham/chicken sausages/chicken nuggets) will be an extra plus, but current selection, nevertheless, is sufficient.
I had even extended my stay by 5 nights. Well done Hotel Retaj Al Rayyan.

SSULINGIt's full of Christmas spirit. I really like the impactful color contrast in picture 2. Does picture 3 feel like you are really on vacation? This is the best time to feel in Doha. Figure four. Figure 5. Figure 6 is the lobby. I feel that the lobby is still very big. Figure 7 and Figure 8 are pictures of the room I took. Figure 9 Mustard for breakfast [cover face][cover face][cover face]. After eating a few slices of salmon, the young lady brought me a bowl of mustard like this 😂😂😂. The breakfast is really rich. It is worth recommending (I like Adidas now. I don’t even want to buy a Messi jersey [cover face][cover face][cover face]) Suddenly I feel that Adidas can’t climb up [embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing][embarrassing] ]-Grand hyatt doha hotel & villas

(📍) Location: Get off the red line subway ”Msheireb” station, come out from Exit 3, and walk 100 meters to the hotel in 2 minutes. This station is the interchange point for three subway lines, which is very convenient.
(🛀) Facilities: Fully equipped, free bottled water, coffee, tea, kettle, refrigerator, tableware, washing machine, microwave, toaster, and the furniture is not new.
(👱♀️) Service: The front desk is very enthusiastic and patient, and can store luggage. The little sister also printed ticket orders and hotel orders.
(🍽) Catering: Breakfast costs 35 rials (approximately 70 yuan) per person per day, and it is delivered to the room, which is not bad.
(💰) Price: The current price on November 13, 2023 is 320 yuan including tax, (excluding breakfast)
(🎊) Value for money: Even in Doha, it is very cost-effective.
(🇳🇱) Evaluation: 📶The wifi signal is very fast, there is a small restaurant and a small supermarket downstairs; there is only one bedside socket with a square hole and a triangle, you can add one! The bath water is not hot enough! Hope to improve!
