"It was quite a coincidence – our Doha trip, originally planned for a few days of sightseeing, turned into an extended stay due to the Middle East conflict. This hotel is pretty much your typical business express hotel. The lobby is on the smaller side, but the location is excellent. One side faces the sea, and many rooms offer views of the Doha Cruise Terminal, which is genuinely lovely. The hotel restaurant is fairly standard, only serving traditional Islamic cuisine, which of course, also had to do with it being Ramadan in March. The hotel is very close to the National Museum of Qatar, which has a metro station, making it super convenient to get to various attractions. It's about a 15-minute drive from the city center's Qatar Central Mall."
