DDr. Saleh Alkawariamazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

TTee__I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chedi Katara in Doha, Qatar, and I can wholeheartedly say that this resort is a gem of refined luxury and warm hospitality. The relaxed atmosphere instantly put me at ease, and every aspect of my visit—from the immaculate surroundings to the attentive service—exceeded my expectations.
Our celebration was memorable. we had initially booked a beach access room and a double room, but thanks to the thoughtful gestures of the staff, we were upgraded to a stunning villa. I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Amel and Abdusalem at reception for their exceptional service and for making our special occasion even more remarkable.
Additionally, I must commend Azmal for the fantastic house tour, which showcased the exquisite design and thoughtful details of the property. A warm thank you is also due to Dennis and King, who greeted us with their ever-present smiles and friendly demeanour at the door. I also appreciate the efforts of the two staff members on the club cars, whose names I unfortunately cannot recall, and to Richard for his attentive assistance throughout our stay and wonderful conversation and hospitality + tour around Katara village.
The culinary experience was equally impressive. I had the opportunity to enjoy an Iftar during Ramadan that featured a seemingly endless array of delicious dishes, and the breakfast spread was equally sumptuous with plenty of choices to suit every palate. The beach house exuded great vibes and added to the overall charm of the resort.
In summary, I cannot express enough gratitude to the entire team at The Chedi Katara. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a memorable stay marked by exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and a truly relaxing ambience.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Mandarin Oriental Doha in our recent family trip during Chinese New Year holidays. The room is spacious for my family of four with 2 young children. All the staff are friendly, especially the servers in Mosaic who could address me by name in the second morning without telling them my room number. We also ordered room service once and the staff Faroh is extremely helpful.

But if you are a family with kids, as I am, things you need to know before booking this hotel; hotel located at the business center, which means hotel is business oriented as well. Not many facilities for kids, but if you are a couple or solo traveler this is the best place you could ever stay.
Rooms are spacious with cozy beds, breakfast was super delicious with asian cuisines station(cant live without soup iykyk) , fancy pastry station, salad bar and list goes on! spa services with their pool is just a dream come true.
And they have multiple restaurants in one building for anyone’s taste. Just major love to WA, and i would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

HHMTravellingThe hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Upon arriving the check in was prompt and we received a free welcome drink along with 2 drink vouchers to use within the lounge at the hotel.
The room was very spacious, clean and included a variety of amenities.
We used the gym on site and it was great, has everything that you will/would want in a gym!
We had breakfast upon checkout and it was great, there was a wide variety of choices, very well laid out and tasted great. They even provided me with a yogurt bowl to takeout as we didn’t have much time before our flight. Amazing customer service.
Would stay here again and highly recommend.

SSBA JohnWe traveled to this hotel as a family for four days at first, then it was so good that we extended it for another five days so we stayed a little less than 10 days in total. We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms and common areas are extremely clean. The facilities are new and of good quality. The decoration of the hotel is spectacular, even if you are not staying there, you should visit it, if only for the decoration. The staff is very attentive, they even offered us muffins and cookies when we extended. The hotel has several restaurants and a bar and a nightclub as well as a spa and a swimming pool which is absolutely beautiful. The hotel breakfast is delicious. You will find different cuisines, such as Indian, local and American and French.
The hotel is next to a shopping center. So it is ideal if you need to buy the basic necessities. In terms of location, the hotel is very well located, it is about ten minutes from attractions like Katara village, the Pearl, Katara towers. The rest of the tourist attractions like Souq Waqif, Mina district and museums are 20 minutes away by car. We are delighted to have stayed at the Mondrian and we will definitely come back.

JJonathan WallerVery nice stay in this hotel. It's actually a series of.different hotels in the same souk waqif area and between them they have pretty much everything. Location is superb, certainly for a first time in Doha. Near the Metro too so it's easy to get around.
The staff were extra helpful and eager to please. Any issues we had were resolved quickly.
Possibly the most comfortable bed ever, even better than marriott.
It's a 5 star with a few teething problems, but the friendly staff more than make up for any short comings. Recommended.
