"The hotel is very close to the subway station, making transportation convenient, and it's right opposite the National Museum of Qatar, so the location is excellent. The front desk service was great, and the hotel facilities are relatively new. However, the bath towels and hand towels are too old and should be replaced; there was even hair on one of the towels. Also, the hotel name on Trip.com doesn't match its current actual name and needs to be updated."

The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect throughout my visit. My room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. "Booked this for a layover at Doha Airport. It's actually 7km from the airport, a bit far, but I didn't seem to spot any other hotels along the way. It's quite close to the National Museum of Qatar, within walking distance. The cleanliness was excellent. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was very palatable for Chinese tastes, plus the prices were cheaper than in Shanghai. While not luxurious, it's on par with a domestic Ji Hotel or Atour Hotel, just with a smaller lobby. Recommended. The airport shuttle frequency is low, so we took Uber to the airport instead. An early morning pickup cost 36 QAR, while a daytime drop-off was only 18 QAR."

"I contacted the hotel in advance to request a twin room, but there was a slight mix-up. When I arrived, only king rooms were available. The front desk kindly added a rollaway bed, which is acceptable. I have an early flight tomorrow morning, so I'll make do for one night."

"This was my first business trip to Qatar, and I only stayed for a day. The hotel facilities were excellent, the bedding was top-notch, and the internet speed was very good. The breakfast was also fantastic and very varied. The only minor downside was that toothpaste wasn't provided, but fortunately, I always carry my own. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and it's also conveniently close to the airport."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The only downside was that the dawn-side pool was quite small, and the breakfast buffet had a limited selection. Apart from that, everything was clean and comfortable — a pleasant stay overall!"

"What a wonderful experience! The location was even better than we expected—right across the street from the metro station and just a short walk to the Souq, truly one of Doha's must-sees. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us warmly and offering assistance whenever we needed it. We were fortunate to be given a corner room with stunning views of the main attractions. I wish I’d known earlier that the skyline and Corniche could be admired right from my balcony—talk about hitting the jackpot! The room’s layout and spaciousness were a steal for the price we paid. A delightful surprise awaited us with chocolates and fruits in our room upon arrival. I can't recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back for round two!"

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."
