"As a solo traveler, I enjoyed the room that they have provided me. Though the room was located at the back part of the hotel, i can say that the room is clean and well arranged. I loved the fact that they have a bath tub. I enjoyed myself being alone. ❤️ It is near also to metro station and at the front of national museum. So convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel. ❤️"

"The hotel is new and clean. It's almost oceanfront and within walking distance to the City Center Mall. The pool was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained at a comfortable temperature, which was great. However, the locker room was basic, with no showers and no locks on the lockers. There were also no Jacuzzi or sauna facilities. Breakfast was average. The staff were all very kind, and I didn't experience any of the service or operational issues that other reviews had mentioned. The toilets have bidets, and the shower room has a chair, making it comfortable. The air conditioning also allows for precise control of temperature and fan speed. The Andaz Lounge on the first floor is accessible to all guests, offering self-service coffee, tea, and cookies."

"A good, clean hotel for a transit overnight stay, not far from the airport. Perfect for a shower and a good night's sleep. We had a non-smoking room. The beds were very comfortable. The room had everything we needed, including bathrobes. The location is excellent, with many late-night supermarkets nearby. They have a 24-hour front desk and wonderful, friendly staff."

"We stayed here for just one day during a layover and everything was super. The staff is very attentive and friendly, they checked us in quickly without any hassle. The dinner buffet was great, with a good selection and everything was really tasty. We also dropped by the bar, which is a cool place to sit and relax after the flight. And the pol with the jacuzzi is a great feature, it helped perfectly to take off the travel fatigue. The impressions are very positive. If we are passing through Doha again, we will gladly choose this hotel. Highly recommended!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and I appreciated the smooth check-in process and the comfortable atmosphere throughout my stay. The only drawback for me was the location, which was slightly inconvenient for accessing some major spots in the city. However, aside from that, everything else was nearly perfect and I genuinely enjoyed my time at the hotel."

"The hotel and rooms are clean and luxurious in every aspect, with internal panoramic views. The breakfast is varied, and the rooms are very spacious and elegant. The bed is very comfortable. "It was very beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and very kind. I booked it as birthday trip and they heard me talking about it and gave me a bouquet of roses, Adil the cleaner was very kind and helpful. The food at the buffet wasn’t that great especially breakfast felt like there were not much options, the spices are limited to cater to non ethnic people ( which I understand). But it wasn’t bad food. All inclusive but no soft drinks included or fruit juices! Only provide fruit juices at breakfast."

"I’m honestly lost for words when it comes to the service provided by the staff at DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. They went above and beyond anything I expected and as tourists travelling for our honeymoon, they truly left a lasting impression on our experience. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and genuinely kind. The way they approached and spoke to guests made us feel valued and at home. They may not realise it but those small interactions make such a big difference to someone’s stay and create memories that last long after the trip is over. I’d also like to give a special mention to the gentleman at reception who checked us in. Unfortunately, I can’t remember his name but he was incredibly kind and welcoming. We mentioned that we were visiting Doha for our honeymoon, and the following day, when we returned to our room, we found it beautifully decorated. It was such a thoughtful and heartfelt surprise, and that small gesture meant so much to us. Because of the exceptional hospitality we received, whenever we return to Doha, there’s no question about where we’ll stay. It will always be DoubleTree by Hilton Doha Old Town. Thank you to the entire team for making our honeymoon even more special and unforgettable.🤍"

"I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit. PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel. CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Doha. The room was beautiful and always perfectly cleaned. Breakfast was delicious – the staff even prepared fresh gluten-free bread and pancakes for us and made cappuccino with oat milk. Everyone was extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. The service was truly outstanding, and we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for your warm hospitality!"
