Exquisite. I love this hotel. I seriously love this hotel. First of all, it is EXTREMELY clean, trust me, I dare you to find a speck of dirt. Secondly, the room is gorgeous! Well lit, amazing view, great amenities. The bathroom is incredible, spacious shower and a humongous bathtub. Location wise, it is centrally located, so you’re close enough to most places using the metro station. I would say the best thing about this hotel though, is that I felt safe, especially as a solo traveler, especially as a woman. Each and every staff member made me feel safe, comfortable and at peace. *Side bar- this hotel receives my award for the most comfortable bed I’ve ever laid on! 5 🌟

Beautiful hotel and good stay overall. I really liked staying at Hyatt Regency Oryx Doha. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. One thing though: I was charged extra for checking in early (I arrived at 6am) but since I checked out the same evening at 9:30pm, I feel they could have been more flexible with the early check-in fee. Still, the staff were polite, and the experience was pleasant.

Nice hotel in a down town close location. Unfortunately I first got assigned to a room with heavy cigarette smoke. But the kind and caring personnel did the utmost best to relocate me to a new room. The new room was nice. I booked a room with city view, but the new room just had a wall in front with doves nesting there. I just stayed for 20 hrs and booked a transit tour so I refrained from asking for yet another room. Very friendly stuff and great in room dining options, the Korean/japanese restaurant was great and authentic. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location: not too busy, but close to a shopping center, metro, and beach. The hotel itself is very modern, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, and a well-equipped gym. The staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated the clothesline for drying swimsuits in the bathroom. The only things I would suggest improving are installing a soft-closing toilet seat and fixing the ventilation system in the bathroom. We also couldn't figure out how to adjust the air conditioning, and the tap at the vanity is the wrong size. However, these are minor issues that may not bother everyone.

amazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.

We the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience. The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs. The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat. It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day. Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant! So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE. Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.

Great hotel but somehow some of the hotel workers are rude and unprofessional especially the one in the restaurant area. Made an upfront payment for breakfast during check in but upon breakfast, they mentioned that I dont have access for breakfast. After few checking, they mentioned that i can proceed to get my breakfast. When Im taking my breakfast the staff simply took away my plate and humiliated me by saying that I don’t have access to breakfast in front of everyone. They asked me to step out from the restaurant and do the checking again and i asked them to verify either the front desk and only confirmed that I have paid for breakfast. What make thing worse is they never say sorry after that.

Large rooms and nice bathroom, plenty of storage. The lobby is a little small but overall a decent hotel for the price.

The hotel was great, staff were very friendly. Upon arriving the check in was prompt and we received a free welcome drink along with 2 drink vouchers to use within the lounge at the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and included a variety of amenities. We used the gym on site and it was great, has everything that you will/would want in a gym! We had breakfast upon checkout and it was great, there was a wide variety of choices, very well laid out and tasted great. They even provided me with a yogurt bowl to takeout as we didn’t have much time before our flight. Amazing customer service. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great hotel. Abit tight during breakfast time and lots of waiting around for the fresh egg. For a big hotel they need a bigger restaurant area. Was told we would get American and continental breakfast upon check in but was given basic. Table wasn’t taken for days. For a 5 star hotel its cleanliness is good but service could be better. Feel like they know they going to get customers as it’s a chain hotel. Best bit was the heated toilet seat 😂
