"I arrived at the hotel a bit late, and the security guard kindly directed me to parking. Seeing I had a lot of luggage, he even helped me carry it. The front desk offered me water and told me to hydrate first. They also thoughtfully provided a children's toothbrush and slippers for my little one. I was very pleased with the room's medium-firm mattress. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the shower had excellent water pressure. There's a laundry room and a well-equipped gym. For breakfast, they prepared kid-friendly utensils and a high chair for my baby. The breakfast itself was also delicious."

There's both underground and above-ground parking, which was very convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, a great mix of Chinese and Western options with lots of variety. For dinner, we ordered à la carte at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious – really good."

Any requests are promptly addressed, making for a very comfortable overall experience. You can't go wrong staying here when visiting Chengde!"

"The duvet was visibly moldy. After I reported the issue to the hotel staff, they immediately started making excuses, insisting there was no problem. They then offered to send a fruit platter, which I explicitly declined. Subsequently, only a housekeeping staff member came to remove the duvet. No hotel management proactively contacted me until I checked out the next day. It was only when I brought up the issue again that someone claiming to be a manager reached out. The 'solution' they offered was a complimentary room upgrade on my next visit. Furthermore, my booking on Trip.com stated that welcome snacks were included, but there were none at all. I absolutely do not recommend this place; it was a truly terrible experience. I was in a rush to catch my high-speed train, so I didn't have time to press the issue further with the hotel staff. I just had to leave it at that."

"It is really a blessing to be able to stay in a hotel that I am satisfied with. The hotel environment is very good and the service staff have very good attitudes. The room is very comfortable because it is a newly opened hotel and the overall equipment is very complete. It's very new. You can swipe your card in the elevator to go upstairs, which makes you feel very safe when you stay. Especially the service is very good [strong] [strong] recommended!"

"There is hair on the bed. The supervisor said it might have been caused by a child. My child pulled my hair out. And they specifically choose short ones. Give your supervisor good reviews The house was extremely dry, so I asked for two humidifiers, but they stopped automatically in the middle of the night. It’s like not taking it Breakfast is very sparse. It's not as good as a hotel that costs more than 200 per night. A breakfast of 98 yuan is really hard to justify. You'll know once you live there"

The staff were friendly and helpful, even though all communication had to take place via translation apps. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want a luxurious stay and plan on visiting the Mountain Resort or Jinshanling Great Wall from Chengde."

The vending machine by the elevator entrance offered reasonably priced drinks, which was a welcome touch."

"The room's facilities were a bit dated, but the bedding was clean. Booking a room here grants complimentary access for two to the adjacent bathhouse, and the bathing facilities themselves were decent. However, I strongly advise against the body scrub service. It costs 29 yuan, and even the scrubbing mitt is an additional charge. What's more, the moment I requested just a 'standard' scrub, the attendant's attitude turned quite sour. For 29 yuan, in Northeast China, you'd expect a much more thorough scrub, typically 15 minutes per side with two passes. This attendant, however, rushed through the entire service in a mere five minutes."
