I took my parents to Jinshanling for a three-day, two-night off-peak getaway. **Environment:** The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you'll find restaurants and a bakery, and just a short walk away is a large lawn. The interior environment is simple and quiet. **Service:** What's truly commendable is that I added Si Han from the front desk on WeChat during check-in. She was very gentle and polite in person, and always resolved all our issues promptly. Because I was with my parents, she often anticipated our needs. The next time I go to Jinshanling, I'll definitely look for her again. **Private Hot Spring Experience (2 hours):** We used the private hot spring for two consecutive days. It's indeed much smaller than the one at Wulingshan, and the tea and snacks provided weren't as refined. However, the excellent service made up for it.

Very good and quiet. The environment of the small courtyard is also very good, the mountain wind blows, very comfortable. The food is delicious, especially the firewood chicken and iron pot carp are delicious, the dishes are large and can't be eaten.

I went to Saihanba on November 1 and booked a loft room in this hotel in Weichang Town. Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~ The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other. The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup. The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies. Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

The room is quite big and relatively new, but the maintenance is average, the hygiene is not meticulous, and the carpet is dirty. The room was fully booked on the day of check-in, and there were two weddings the next day, so the service was not up to par. There was really nothing to eat for breakfast, and the taste was not good. Children over one meter tall were charged.

We drove from Beijing to Qijiajia Hot Springs, and this stay was truly perfect! I contacted the hotel in advance before we left, and even though rooms were tight, they thoughtfully upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise. I must especially commend the front desk staff – their service was incredibly warm, attentive, and flexible, making communication throughout our stay very comfortable. The hotel's accommodation environment is comfortable and quiet, the room conditions are excellent, and the hot spring experience is superb, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The hotel's food was also delicious and really suited our tastes. We stayed for two nights in total, and overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely come back if we get the chance in the future, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

1. The ID card was left in another car. After repeated negotiations, I was still allowed to check in. It felt cold. 2. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 o'clock. I go to have breakfast at 7:10. I need someone to turn on the lights and serve the dishes. 3. The most bizarre thing is that the air conditioner panel is like a light. It lights up when the air conditioner is on. You have to turn off the power switch to keep it on. In other words, you have to turn off the air conditioner to keep it on.

The soundproofing in the rooms is really bad; most people bring children, and the children's noise is very clear. 4. The hot tub water in the room is okay, but safety measures need to be improved, especially the anti-slip features.

First of all, the room is very spacious, with a separate bathroom, toilet, dry and wet separation; secondly, the bed is very comfortable, the indoor temperature is just right, there is a floor-to-ceiling mirror, I like it very much; the most important thing is the scenery outside the window, especially the night view, very beautiful! recommend!

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment and fresh air, and both the facilities and cleanliness are impeccable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. Overall, the service was satisfactory. However, I have to complain about a front desk staff member who answered the phone between 7 and 10 PM on the 31st. The first time I reported the washing machine wasn't working, she actually told me it was leaking and advised me not to use it. I ended up fixing and using it myself. The second time I called about the shower water not getting hot, her response was even more ridiculous: she told me to just keep running the water until it got hot. I wasted nearly half an hour, and the water never got warm. In the end, a housekeeping staff member came and simply inserted the gas card, which solved the problem. What's worse is her terrible attitude; she was argumentative and refused to admit her incompetence in handling issues, acting as if she knew everything. She definitely deserves a bad review! On another note, the hotel is very close to Jinshanling Great Wall, which is absolutely worth a visit!

Shuntianhe accommodation experience is simply impeccable! The Mountain Resort is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also bustling shopping malls and snack streets nearby, making it very convenient for shopping, eating and playing. The most surprising thing about the hotel is that it provides free bathing and steaming services, which can help you relax and dispel your fatigue instantly when you come back from playing. The parking lot is spacious and free, making self-driving travel stress-free. The room facilities are complete and the soundproofing is excellent. The hygiene is even more meticulous, with clean bedding and no dead corners in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you have. The price/performance ratio is very high, highly recommended, and definitely worthy of five-star praise!
