Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

A great weekend away from Beijing. Amazing little boutique hotel situated in the mountains of Chengde, and with a great rooftop pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and with some delicious food onsite, there isn't any need to leave the hotel! Just relax by the pool, read a book, enjoy some noodles for lunch and a bbq for dinner. Only 20-30 min drive from the high speed rail station and sites of Chengde.

Shuntianhe accommodation experience is simply impeccable! The Mountain Resort is only a 5-minute walk away. There are also bustling shopping malls and snack streets nearby, making it very convenient for shopping, eating and playing. The most surprising thing about the hotel is that it provides free bathing and steaming services, which can help you relax and dispel your fatigue instantly when you come back from playing. The parking lot is spacious and free, making self-driving travel stress-free. The room facilities are complete and the soundproofing is excellent. The hygiene is even more meticulous, with clean bedding and no dead corners in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful and will answer any questions you have. The price/performance ratio is very high, highly recommended, and definitely worthy of five-star praise!

1. The room is spacious, and I especially like the large floor-to-ceiling windows. The green mountain scenery outside the window is pleasing to the eye. The night view is also very beautiful.
2. The service was very considerate. The front desk took the initiative to call us before we checked in and arranged an adjacent room for us and our parents near the elevator, which was very considerate.
3. Although breakfast is a buffet, the waiters are very diligent and take the initiative to help guests get food and tableware. They are not idle for a moment. Special thanks to the waiter Sun Lijing for taking very good care of my parents.

The facilities are very new and look like a high-end hotel. The hotel beds are on the hard side, the pillows and quilts are good, and the hygiene is good.
Swimming pool: The swimming pool facilities on the 22nd floor are good. The water has no smell, but it is not particularly clean. The water temperature is low and the depth is 1.2-1.5. Bring your own swimming ring or buy one. The children have a great time.
Breakfast: It's pretty average. It's not as good as the reviews, but it's not too bad either. If you don't have high hopes, you won't be disappointed. It is recommended to add local specialties.
Environment: Children can feed the fish in the Chinese-style courtyard over there, and the colorful lights at the door are nice.
Spa: The hotel provides spa tickets, and everything there is free of charge. The price of drinks is good, less than 8 yuan, and the price of meals is okay, but a bit salty. The service is good and enthusiastic, and the equipment is new and clean. The children had a lot of fun soaking in the pool. There is a naughty castle and a sand pool for children, and they need to buy socks. The waiter will help look after the children.
Disadvantages: The elevator door does not sense and may be pinched. There is no need to give a bottle of water as a souvenir.

This stay was great! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the attentiveness: the front desk staff Xu Wenjing is enthusiastic and patient, quickly checks you in and recommends nearby food; the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and all smart devices are available. The breakfast has a rich variety, a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is great. The location is super convenient. GGuest UserGoing to Xinglong Mountain and Honghe rafting around the convenient and cost-effective hotel, the boss family is very enthusiastic, coincides with the Mid-Autumn Festival, sent moon cakes, fruits, chestnuts, when checking in, the boss told the surrounding tourism which is worth a visit, which scenic spots are closed, and it is very wrong to go less. The small courtyard and the room are very clean, and you can watch movies, barbecue, and KTV in the courtyard at night. The dishes for dinner are rich and the price is reasonable. Catch up with the unified style decoration of the town paving and street shops, looking forward to coming again next time.

GGuest UserI went to Saihanba on November 1 and booked a loft room in this hotel in Weichang Town. Because we had to return to Beijing early the next morning, we stayed here at night after visiting Saihanba. It was very close to the highway. This is simply a surprise in this trip囍囍囍囍~
The hotel as a whole is very new, and the decoration is as luxurious as a palace. It really made us feel like we were treated like a royal aristocrat. LOFT is children's favorite. It is on the top ten floors of the hotel. It is clean and tidy, with complete settings, spacious space and comfortable layout. The decoration style is similar to that of a palace, with flowers and birds soft furnishings complementing each other.
The fourth-floor corridor can directly lead to the VIP building for dining. The corridor with carved beams and painted buildings is beautiful. It’s a little cold on November, but outdoor dining is also possible. Most of them are private rooms, which are very suitable for family gatherings. The prices of various dishes are moderate, the taste is very good, and the dishes are large! There was still a lot left after three people had three dishes and one soup.
The hot spring ticket was given as a gift. The children's play area is small and suitable for babies.
Overall, it's a pretty good place. The food is good and the accommodation is good. I hope to come back next year for a summer vacation!

GGuest UserThe newly opened B&B has a great environment. After comparing several, I finally chose this one. Xanadu, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, give restless heart a vacation. The room is at the foot of Jiguan Mountain. It takes only ten minutes to walk there. It is very pleasant to take a stroll after dinner. He also has mountain off-road vehicles and real CS. From the top of the mountain, you can overlook the high-tech zone. He can also camp here, and there are many interesting places in the camping area. The room is also very clean. The store manager is super nice. I look forward to staying there next time.

AAnonymous UserI would like to highlight three things in which I felt were very pleasant during my stay at the lodging.
First, I was pleasantly surprised at the service they offered. When my family and I were staying at lodging, the workers were extremely heartwarming and kind. They were willing to answer any questions we had about the attractions nearby and even drove us to the Jinshan Ling Great Wall of china Nearby.
Second, I would like to highlight the amenities and activities offered at the lodging. Although we only scratched the surface of the activities they offered. The lodging provided us with countless options. From having a mini movie theatre as well as pool & billiards room, they also offered a wide range of outdoor adventures such as kayaking and fishing which will surely enrich your stay there. Furthermore, the amenities themselves at the room we were staying in were exceptional. The lodging was spacious and provided us with separate rooms to stay in, making our stay an extremely pleasant one.
Lastly, I would like to highlight the food at the lodging itself. At every lodging one books I’m sure one would look forward to having delectable food right within a stone’s throw away. Needless to say, the food offered by the lodging from breakfast to dinner was both delicious and affordable.
I would highly recommend booking a stay here should you want to visit the attractions in the area but don’t forget to take time to enjoy and experience the adventures offered by the lodging too!

GGuest UserFirst of all, Longhua Jinshuiwan Hot Spring Resort and Chengde Jinshuiwan Resort are actually one, but the two hotel yards are located in the middle of a road. We arrived at 6 o'clock in the evening, it was dark, the navigation drove into the resort courtyard, parked several cars, the lobby was lit, but I shouted for a long time and didn't see a person. According to the online reservation hotel customer service phone call several no one answered! This is very crazy! Later, I called Trip.com customer service to ask for check-out. Trip.com customer service contacted the hotel customer service and said that I needed to check in at the resort hotel with a high location across the road... This process is very dissatisfied! The resort and resort hotel are not in the same building, the price difference is more than 100 points, but the facilities in the resort room are relatively old, there is no paper towel in the room, who can think of the price of nearly 600, put a roll of toilet paper on the bedside table... But each room has a hot spring pool, The service attitude of the waiters is also very good. The hotel hot springs that come with it are also OK, there is a swimming pool in the room, and the sauna room has 3 outdoor hot springs.

This hotel I chose this time was the worst hotel I have encountered in more than 20 days of this trip.
