"承德皇家园林希尔顿欢朋酒店 We stayed for 2 nights. It located from railway station for 15-mins walk. The hotel was new & everywhere was clean & tidy. Hot showering water was ready all the time. The best things were their breakfast where staff Ms 崔& the site officer were very caring & active serve every guest, eg. offer sweeten fungus dessert to help our thorat comfort etc, . The diversity & taste of breakfast was far beyond expectation. Self laundry was good as it did. The worst thing was smoking smell often caught our nose inside lift even prohibition notice posted up! I would come again next time without second thought."

The mutton soup nearby is good, and a large sesame cake is enough for 2 people. It's very fast to get a taxi downstairs. There is a dedicated underground parking space."

The hotel isn't on the main street; it's located in a building a dozen meters away, which is nice and quiet. ① The rooms are spacious and clean. The facilities are also quite new. ② The location is good, only 500 meters away. I dined at the popular Xin Qianlong restaurant nearby both nights. ③ There are also many other restaurants and cafes on the street near the entrance."

"This stay at the Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. Before coming to Chengde, I did a lot of research, and my previous experiences at Holiday Inn Express hotels elsewhere had them feeling quite old. So, I was a bit hesitant when booking this one, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The hotel has been recently renovated, so the facilities are very new, everything is clean, and the service is attentive. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere, and there are all sorts of restaurants, big and small, nearby, so dining is a breeze."

"Great location, and the room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent service, especially from the front desk staff, who were so warm and proactive they made me feel right at home. I was particularly touched when they upgraded my room. There are plenty of great food options nearby, with a night market just downstairs. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the service was attentive and friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the Mountain Resort!"

"I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time! The front desk staff were very polite when I arrived and check-in was super fast. The room was spotless, no dust in any corners, and all the toiletries were well-stocked with plenty of hot water. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I had a completely undisturbed rest at night. Even the cleaning staff would greet me when passing by, which was a really thoughtful touch. The price was great too, making this my top choice for accommodation when traveling!"
