"Booked this hotel for the National Day holiday. The hotel room is very large, very close to the high-speed rail station, and the front desk staff on duty is very considerate. Hot water was provided when it was cold, and they helped to store my luggage after I checked out, but a deposit was required for accommodation."

The facilities are also quite new. ② The location is good, only 500 meters away. I dined at the popular Xin Qianlong restaurant nearby both nights. ③ There are also many other restaurants and cafes on the street near the entrance."

"This stay at the Holiday Inn Express exceeded my expectations. Before coming to Chengde, I did a lot of research, and my previous experiences at Holiday Inn Express hotels elsewhere had them feeling quite old. So, I was a bit hesitant when booking this one, but it turned out to be surprisingly good! The hotel has been recently renovated, so the facilities are very new, everything is clean, and the service is attentive. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere, and there are all sorts of restaurants, big and small, nearby, so dining is a breeze."

Because I arrived late, the security guard was very enthusiastic to direct us to reverse the car and help with the luggage. The room was also upgraded to the suite. But the facilities in the room were a bit incomplete, there was no disposable slippers, but the flaws were not concealed. Overall satisfaction. Next is dissatisfaction! I have made several calls and sold them badly to praise! The essence is that there is a problem with the hotel regulations, right? ! The leader wants OTA evaluation to be good-looking, why don't he do it himself! Just squeeze the staff! ! !"
