Called to book car rental and cross-country activities. The young man in charge, Li Changjiang, was serious and responsible. He responded to early inquiries in a timely manner. He led the team and had a great time on the day of the activity. Room for improvement: 1. Hotel room cleaning needs to be improved, for example, used cups are not replaced with new ones; 2. At night of 12.31, maybe because there were so many people, the hot water was obviously not as hot as the previous day, so it was a bit cold to take a bath; 3. The north is still relatively dry overall, and it is difficult to get angry. It would be better if the room can be equipped with a humidifier.
