LLibraKKKThe environment is pleasant, though the resort area is quite small and pales in comparison to Aranya in Beidaihe. The hotel's interior design is lovely and very Japanese in style. The courtyard features many beautiful hydrangeas. The minibar being constantly restocked is a definite plus. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant, where you can choose one of three à la carte buffet options; the food was decent. While polite, the staff's attitude felt rather cold and indifferent. There were no perks like early check-in, late check-out, or room upgrades, which is fine, as the hotel isn't obligated to provide them.
What really ticked me off was an incident during check-out. The day before, the butler had explicitly told us that two bottles of body lotion would be left at the front desk for us to collect when we checked out. However, when checking out, the front desk didn't mention it at all until I brought it up. Then, the staff acted as if I was trying to swindle them out of a major freebie, going through a ridiculously elaborate verification process, only to eventually hand over just *one* bottle. It made me feel like I was begging for a gift. I almost decided to just drop it, but the more I thought about it, the more annoyed I became. They were the ones who offered it in the first place, yet they made me feel like I was trying to take advantage. So, I insisted on receiving the two body lotions that were initially promised. I've stayed at many hotels that offer complimentary parting gifts upon check-out, and those always cheerfully enhanced my overall satisfaction. This experience, however, left me absolutely furious. They seriously need to train their staff on proper communication protocols.

The room facilities are very good, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the water pressure is very strong! The service staff are very enthusiastic and responsible. A very satisfactory stay experience!

GGuest UserThe room is quite big. I want a double bed room and the bathroom is very big. Get two hot spring tickets. The hot springs are for naked bathing and are separated for men and women. The sauna, children's playground, and swimming pool are common. The children's playground is not big and is only suitable for children under 3 years old. There is no free drinking water in the hot spring, so it is best to bring your own bottle of water. Bringing your own food and drinks is not allowed in the steaming area. The beds in other rooms are also relatively comfortable, and the hygiene is OK. There is a humidifier in the room, and there is direct drinking water next to the kettle. Children's bathrobes and toiletries can be provided. The service attitude is very good.

Fourth, about an hour after leaving the hotel, the hotel front desk called and asked where I put the vertical clothes drying rack at one of the front desks. Does your hotel think I can move the clothes drying rack? ? ? I'm convinced, that's awesome

The breakfast was too varied to finish. It was all freshly cooked noodles and wontons. It was super delicious! Stay here next time you come back!

The staff is warm and friendly, and the problems can be solved in time, and the service attitude is full. The hotel's environment is very quiet, suitable for relaxing and enjoying a quiet time. From check-in to check-out, the room attendant service is particularly good, especially the young lady at the front desk is particularly enthusiastic, the cleaning of the room is particularly meticulous and there is no dust, and the breakfast is great 👍🏻! The bath is also free, there are free fruits to eat in the bath area, and there are two large pools where children can swim in it. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in!
