I was a bit nervous after seeing some negative reviews before my stay, but it turned out to be better than I expected. All the staff I encountered were very friendly, and the environment was decent.

The biggest plus is the convenient location. The Big Ben view is fantastic, and it's quite close to Westminster and Waterloo stations. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The location is great, right by the Thames, and it's a short walk to Big Ben and the London Eye. If you're a runner, you'll love the riverside for your morning jogs.

The nearest tube station isn't very close, so with luggage, we opted for taxis. We ended up taking taxis or walking for our entire three-night stay.

The lobby looks decent, but the bedding in the room is pure polyester, which really doesn't match the room rate. I've stayed in hotels in so many countries, and to find polyester sheets in a £200-£300 a night hotel – and in the UK, no less! – was quite a shock.

The hotel reception offers a complimentary bottle of red or white wine or a few beers if you forgo housekeeping during your three-day stay, though they can still provide cleaning if needed. The only thing I really needed was bottled water.

Cons:
There was a small bloodstain on the bedsheet at the foot of the bed, like a squashed mosquito. The room only provided two bottles of water on the first day, and two biscuits on the teacup on the second day, but nothing else for the remaining days of my four-night stay. The trash can had no liner, which might be for environmental reasons, but it made me hesitant to even put fruit peels in it.

Pros:
The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to Big Ben. There's free iced water and apples at the entrance. It's quite expensive, nearly 2,000 per night, and that doesn't even include breakfast or daily complimentary water. I rated the service as good because when I asked a staff member if complimentary water was provided daily, he said he didn't know but still gave us two bottles for free. Later, when we asked the front desk, they said it wasn't policy, so I really appreciated the staff member's kindness.

The hotel's location is excellent; we could walk to the London Eye, take a Thames river cruise, and visit Westminster Abbey. Using Uber was also very convenient, and there are double-decker buses right outside the hotel, making transportation accessible everywhere. On our first day, we received a welcome fruit platter. The front desk also provided a daily fruit basket near the elevators for guests to help themselves. Additionally, free iced water and lemonade were available, which was great for filling up bottles before heading out. A bespectacled Caucasian lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice, answering all our questions with gentleness and patience. She even gave our child a small gift, which kicked off our London trip wonderfully. The tall, Black gentleman at the concierge had a charming smile and helped us arrange luggage storage, ensuring a perfect end to our journey. The Executive City View room was particularly suitable for families, as the sofa bed was a fantastic 1.5-meter double bed! This meant the room effectively had two 1.5-meter beds, separated by a partition, making it ideal for families. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily, but towels and linens weren't changed every day, which is understandable for environmental reasons. However, it was a bit disappointing when stained sheets weren't replaced. Also, old bathrobes were taken away but not replaced with new ones, and slippers weren't replenished during our 7-day stay; by the last two days, they were practically falling apart. On the day of checkout, December 12th, the male receptionist severely lowered the hotel's service score. He was impatient during our conversation, and even though he knew we weren't proficient in English, he spoke quickly and mumbled. This was a stark contrast to the thoughtful attitude of the Caucasian lady on our first day, who slowed down her speech and emphasized important words for guests. The hotel breakfast was quite good, especially for London, which can be a 'food desert,' but the variety never changed, making it a bit repetitive after seven days. Furthermore, the room's hardware facilities were a bit old, and the bathroom was too small, with the toilet and sink almost touching, making it feel cramped. Overall, it's still a good hotel, and I hope the areas needing improvement will be addressed.

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's very convenient for me because it's close to the Co-op and Park Royal Station. There is also a lovely Greek restaurant nearby. The area is quiet, safe, and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 

This hotel is located in the heart of London, just a 5-minute walk from Victoria Station, making it incredibly convenient for both train and bus travel. The hotel has an upscale feel, comparable to a 4-star-plus hotel in Shanghai. Our family of four opted for a larger room, and the two sofa beds could easily accommodate up to five people. Both the room and bathroom were quite spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The facilities were all relatively new, though the carpet was a bit dirty, which was a minor drawback. We didn't book breakfast since we slept in until 11 AM, and there are plenty of restaurants with various international cuisines, including Chinese, right outside the hotel. I brought my own sheets and duvet covers, so I didn't require daily housekeeping service. I just needed to request fresh bottles of water and have the trash emptied every day.

This is my favorite hotel on this trip. The scenery is unbeatable. I can stay a few more days. I want to come again. There are many trees and the sea view is beautiful. The breakfast is very good and rich. It is a resort hotel and you can drive here.

It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. 

Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby.
Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available.
Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them.
Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. 
Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. 

Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. 

This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.

Everything is unique & comfortable. But service is not up to par. Below average room service as they don’t understand my English instruction & requests

This is a 4-star hotel, but the room didn't even have bottled water, slippers, toothbrushes, cotton pads, or any of those small amenities you might need. We had to ask for slippers, and they brought them.

The sink was clogged, but they fixed it when we asked.

Room cleaning was superficial; one time, they didn't even make the bed, just took out the trash. 

All the dispensers (shampoo, soap) were nearly empty; we had to request refills. The internet in the room was poor, probably because we were on a high floor.

The canal view from the 7th floor was a pleasant surprise – it was definitely worth it.

Among the staff, Kostya was very friendly and helpful. The other ladies were less welcoming.

We particularly enjoyed dining at the Italian restaurant onsite, where we indulged in delicious meals. Additionally, having complimentary water, coffee, and tea in the room added a thoughtful touch to our stay. Overall, our experience at Park Plaza exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return for another visit.”
