the hotel has a comfortable beds  and nice 50 inch tvs in each room .  couches and a desk and bar area with fridge . nice hot water in shower . streaming is available in each room and free coffee. 
staff is nice too .

Breakfast is very rich, you can bring some room back to the coffee, bread, fruit, yogurt, there is a refrigerator in the room, you can also save it.  The service desk has mineral water  Check out is also very convenient  Swimming pool  At night, the iron gate will be locked outside.  On the elevated side  Very close to the Toyota Center  Far from the galleria, to take a taxi, there are also buses.  Very close to the city center, overall good

Good location with restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, and it was impressive how the restaurant staff managed to serve such a large number of guests efficiently. Special thanks to the dining staff for their hard work.

However, the overall experience does not meet 5-star standards. The sea is not clear, and the pools did not feel perfectly clean. There was also a recurring unpleasant sewage smell around the property, which significantly affected the stay.

Basic room amenities were not properly provided, and guests had to repeatedly request simple essentials. These small details should be standard in a 5-star hotel without needing to ask.

The hotel is heavily overcrowded, which impacts comfort and availability of sunbeds. The gym is too small for such a big crowded hotel. 

I have no complaints about the staff doing their daily work — they were doing their best. The main issues are related to management decisions and overall standards.

Overall, not a 5-star or even 4 -star experience.

The villa hotel we booked this time had a fantastic environment! It came with a private front yard and a pool. Although the pool wasn't huge, the water was clean and perfectly fine for both adults and kids to enjoy. The hotel also boasts two larger swimming pools. The breakfast spread was very generous, and they even offered pho, which tasted great and was suitable for Chinese palates. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning leaked on the first day, but the hotel promptly took care of it. Just a five-minute walk from the hotel, there's a night market, perfect for shopping and dining. While communication with the locals in English was quite challenging, they were generally very welcoming. The hotel also has its own beach, and after 5 PM, there are live performances, which are very chill.

Clean hôtel, efficient check-in process. Over all a classic best western experience.

Bed a bit soft for my liking.

I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)
