Environment: The hotel is located in the 16th arrondissement, a safe and affluent neighborhood where I often stay out late at night. I love the retro decor at the hotel reception. The elevator is a miniature one, and because the building is so old, it can't be expanded or extended. Two people with backpacks barely squeezed in. Perhaps because the building is old, the soundproofing is poor and the rooms are small. It's suitable for short stays, just as a place to sleep. It won't make you want to stay in a hotel, but the bathroom is quite large.
Cleanliness: Perhaps due to the cleaning standards of these two hotels, many bathroom countertops were covered in dust, which is rare in all the hotels I've stayed in with my children.
Facilities: The hotel's room card was buggy and often wouldn't open the door, requiring a new one to be made at the front desk. The front desk told me that this would clear the problem if I put the card with my phone, but I was careful and didn't put it with my phone, and the problem still occurred.
Service: It was pretty standard. For the price, it's enough to have a place to stay. The above information is for reference only.

This is a nice hotel. The room is compact but comfortable for 1-2 people, and most importantly, it’s clean and thoughtfully designed. Just be mindful if you have large luggage, and store your stuff immediately to the cupboard provided, otherwise, too hassle. The location is excellent, just steps from the Metro station, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. The photos are a comparison between the order and the actual situation.

Good potential but definitely not a 5 star hotel 

Good things:
+ Location - right on the beach, in a nice a clean part of the island
+ Facility - great spacious area of the hotel itself with gardens, several pools, beach with sunbeds, gym and spa (expensive)
+ Breakfast - great variety of food for all tastes and always fresh

Cons:
- Awful customer service - it’s always a “no” whatever you ask - for example changing the room (we booked two but for same family and wanted the rooms closer to each other but the best they could do is put them on same floor)
- After check out there is nowhere to be - no lounge, no indoor restaurant open (opens at 17:00), no conference room - basically you are left to sit at reception or go to beach in your flight out clothes 
- Shuttle times to airport very random with some of them having huge gaps like 2 hours in between, it was easier to just take a taxi
- Transparent wall to the bathroom in a Twin bed room that was specifically mentioned that the second person is a teenager (had to insist and spent more than 24h to place a tape on the glass for some privacy - as changing the room was not possible for the hotel)
- Staff in general is very slow and has very poor english level in most cases
- Sunbeds are old, not comfortable and Sun umbrellas are very few

The villa is a bit smaller than photos but is clean, 2 rooms upstairs have bathtubs, bathroom only provide tooth brush (you need to ask for others), no disposable slippers, can only have bottles of water per head each day

The hotel has charging piles, making it convenient to charge electric cars like Tesla. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioner is quite noisy, but this is a common issue with independent air conditioners, after all, the compressor is indoors. Fortunately, Calgary isn't hot, so there's no need to use the air conditioner. 😜

Very good, clean hotel. Not brand new, but in excellent condition. Pool and exercise room - EXCELLENT
The restaurant food was a little pricey, with no offer of complimentary breakfast.
BUT excellent value for the prices overall. It was for a funeral, so they helped me save a little - which is hard to do NOWADAYS
