Overall, it was acceptable, but I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They were quite indifferent. We had an argument during check-in because they claimed there were two pillows in the room, but there was only one. When I went down to tell them, they just gave me a blank stare and said, 'Well, go get another one yourself then.' The location isn't bad; you can exit directly from the subway escalator. However, there aren't many convenience stores nearby; you have to cross the street to find a 7-Eleven. The room was tiny and not very clean. If you have a 29-inch suitcase, you'll need a top-opening one to be able to open it. The hotel doesn't provide daily housekeeping; you just have to live with it until the fifth day for cleaning. The only upside is that I booked it for a very cheap price, only 1300 baht per night, so I don't feel too bad about it. But if I had to pay the full price of 3000 baht, I definitely wouldn't stay here. This hotel chain is worse than others I've experienced on this trip. The amenities available for borrowing were decent; they had curling irons and various other items, which was good, and they even had extra pillows for borrowing, which is appropriate since the one in the room was a single, flat pillow. They didn't change the trash, and if you wanted fresh towels, you had to hang them outside your room in a bag. Honestly, for 1300 baht, it's tolerable and worth the price, but that's about it.

This is my second stay here. I chose it again because last time I found it super convenient for airport transfers, with the airport bus nearby, and it's also a short walk to Fushimi subway station. There's a large drugstore right outside, and Nagoya Station is about a 15-minute walk away, or you can catch various bus lines. The hotel rooms are compact but very comfortable. This time, breakfast was included, and it was quite good – noodles, rice, and bread were all available, saving me money on coffee and a lot of time! What truly surprised me this time was that amazing showerhead – I'm seriously obsessed! I wonder if I can install one at home, I really want the same model! All in all, I'll definitely want to visit Nagoya again (I've explored Hida Takayama and Nagashima Spa Land before, and this time I visited Inuyama and Magome-juku, plus many great shopping malls). When I do return, I'll absolutely stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk directly from Nagoya Station via an underground passage without having to go above ground, which is super convenient if you have luggage.

Also, the B1 floor has an underground shopping street with plenty of shops and restaurants, which is very handy.

I didn't realize that the 'Supreme Concept Room' I chose was actually a sponsored room by the Fukusuke sock brand. The welcome gifts included two pairs of socks and a gashapon capsule toy. There was also a Fukusuke logo mask, but honestly, it was a bit creepy, so I left it.

There were a ton of disposable amenities, including skincare products and even face masks and body lotion (the body lotion was quite good!).

While the hotel's breakfast area wasn't huge, there was a good variety of options. I felt very satisfied, and most importantly, the taste was excellent!

One last thing: the room's ceiling was covered in sock patterns that glowed in the dark.

Getting to the hotel from the airport is super easy: just take the Meitetsu Line straight to Nagoya Station, and it's about a 7-8 minute walk from there. Nagoya Station is great for shopping, with department stores like Takashimaya and JR Tower, plus tons of restaurants and shopping streets. You'll find everything from hitsumabushi (grilled eel) to Komeda Coffee and Ichiran Ramen. The 7-Eleven nearby even offers tax refunds.

The front desk staff were really friendly and had excellent English. On the first floor, you can help yourself to various toiletries and tea bags. The room was a bit small but perfectly fine. Breakfast included both Western options like bread and salad, and Japanese dishes. If you want your room cleaned, you need to let the front desk know in the morning. For fresh towels, just put them in the bag provided and hang it on your doorknob. The only downside was that the breakfast menu never changed.

Revisiting Nagoya after 8 years... I booked the same hotel for 4 nights, but the room was much smaller than expected, which was a bit of a struggle. It was hard for two adults to even open their suitcases. The public bath was great, used it every morning and evening, and having a Komeda Coffee on the first floor of the same building was perfect for breakfast. On the last day, with one night remaining of our 4-night stay, there was a power outage, forcing us to quickly move hotels. While I'm sure they did their best to handle it, the response process felt a bit lacking.

This annex, newly opened in 2023, is super convenient! It's just a 5-minute walk from Ise Station, and another 5 minutes to a Family Mart. The train station to Ise Jingu Shrine is right downstairs. There's a mini-bar in the lobby that's open all day. For breakfast, every guest gets one large and two small croissants, and they're delicious! Plus, there's a microwave on every floor. The sheets, bedding, and bathroom – everything is spotless. All the staff are incredibly polite and friendly. I even saw them cleaning rooms, working together like a well-oiled team.

Nice hotel with clean & comfortable room. Hotel staffs are very pleasant, friendly & helpful.  Convenience Store just beside the hotel. Walking distance less than 10 mins walk to train station.
