Perfect location, just a few meters away from Nagoya Station JR and last bus stops/unloading (tours and outside Nagoya trips). Food stores are also available surrounding the hotel and BiC Camera is also located across the street. Entrance to the Underground shopping center can also be found near the hotel entrance. 

The room is relatively clean and the staff are courteous. Only stayed for one night but I will definitely book the hotel again if I return to Nagoya.

If you're traveling for business, this hotel is a perfect choice. Not only is the location excellent, but the overall experience is also much better than the Sanco Inn Nagoya Shinkansen-guchi. The only minor drawback is that the view from the room window is blocked by the neighboring building's wall, allowing only a small gap for ventilation, so there's no outdoor scenery. However, this is actually a plus for those who don't like to close their curtains, as there's no need to worry about privacy.

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location near Fushimi subway station, just one stop from Sakae and Nagoya stations. It's about a 5-6 minute walk from the subway. Osu Kannon Temple is also a convenient 10-minute walk away. Right next to the hotel is the Nagoya Hilton, and across the street, there's a huge drugstore selling everything from medicine and snacks to desserts, ice cream, frozen foods, and various daily cosmetics. It's open until 11 PM, and they even have Chinese-speaking staff. For breakfast, a popular Nagoya cafe is just a 4-5 minute walk away, offering generous portions and delicious food.

Facilities: I believe I booked one of the hotel's larger rooms on the 6th floor. To my delight, it came with a free-to-use massage chair! After a day of walking, a 20-minute full body massage on it put me in an incredibly good mood. The mattress was soft and very comfortable. Next to the room, there's a laundry room with vending machines for drinks, beer, and instant noodles. The soundproofing was decent; aside from an occasional guest speaking in the hallway, I couldn't hear the washing machines. Downstairs, next to the front desk, you can pick up complimentary disposable toothbrushes, bath scrubbers, lotions, and other small amenities, plus there's a self-service coffee machine.

Cleanliness: The room was spotlessly clean and tidy throughout, which I was very pleased with.

Service: The staff, including the young men, young women, and older gentlemen, all wear matching black suits with bow ties and masks. They can communicate in English and were smiling and patient throughout, displaying excellent attitudes.

This hotel was recommended by a colleague. It's great value for money and even has a public bath (though I didn't get to use it). Its location is super convenient, just a ten-minute walk from Nagoya Station. The front desk offers free bath bombs 🛁, bath salts, and basic cosmetics for guests to take, which are all excellent!

Hotel interior and rooms looks brand new. 5 min easy walking distance to metro. Onsen located on the 12 floor. Our booking came with breakfast which located at a restaurant next door. It a simple breakfast drink, bread & salad of your choice.

The staffs at receptions are super helpful, one helping me reserve a restaurant in Matsusaka. Another lady staff also heled me finding new restaurant on the 2nd night as the one i plan to go was fully occupied, i am really thankful for that.💜 The Aircon is not a centralized type, which is really good during the autumn/winter. The hotel has pilow bar where you can lend pillow of your choice without charge. They also provide icebar at the public bath area. Location is the best

The room isn't huge, and the sink area is quite small. However, the location is truly excellent. When you open the curtains, you can see the JR station right across the street. There's a bus terminal directly opposite, which is super convenient for getting around Kyoto, and there's also a shopping district nearby. The yakiniku and ramen restaurants downstairs are both pretty good. The hotel also has a public onsen, which I unfortunately didn't get to experience as the timings didn't work out. They also offer matcha and ice cream. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
