First off, the hotel was impeccably clean, from the in-room amenities to the public areas, the overall hygiene experience was excellent. The facilities were also top-notch, with spacious rooms and great shower facilities. My only minor quibble would be the lack of a proper desk for working; instead, there was just a living room coffee table, which made using a laptop for work a bit inconvenient and could be an issue for business travelers. As for the location, it's right next to Stratford International station, within walking distance of Stratford, offering a wealth of transport options. The Elizabeth Line provides a quick direct connection to the city center and Heathrow. Plus, there's the Westfield shopping center nearby, featuring major UK chains like M&S, Boots, and H&B, making dining incredibly convenient. The service, I must say, was faultless. The room was tidied daily, and used consumables were proactively replaced.

The room was a bit small; my luggage took up the whole pathway once opened. The bathroom counter was also tiny, with no space for toiletries. As a new hotel, the facilities are good, and the staff are very diligent. What puzzled me about this upscale hotel was the lack of bottled water. You had to go out of the room with an empty cup to get purified water from the hallway. It's a shame I missed breakfast due to catching a flight. Given its location, this new hotel really could do better.

The hotel is located in a very safe and convenient area, with easy access to transportation, which is a big plus. However, the service from many staff members was quite disappointing. They did not feel welcoming, especially during breakfast where some staff appeared unfriendly and unapproachable, and service overall was quite limited.

The room experience also did not meet expectations for a 5-star hotel. Housekeeping only changed bed sheets every three days, which feels quite infrequent. The in-room amenities were minimal and not well equipped.

The heating system in the room was also a major issue. The heater was not warm enough, and when I informed the staff, they only provided an extra portable heater, which was not practical in such a small room. The air conditioning could only be adjusted to around 24°C, which made the room too cold at night and too warm during the day, making it very uncomfortable.

Overall, the experience did not feel like a 5-star standard at all, and I would personally prefer to stay elsewhere next time where the comfort and service are much better.

The rooms were nice and the staff were very welcoming, but unfortunately the cleanliness fell short. There were marks on the towels, not stains, which I understand can sometimes be unavoidable, but visible marks nonetheless. There were also marks on one of the pillows and at the bottom of the bed. As this was underneath the sheet you lie on, we decided not to make an issue of it and simply did not use the extra pillow.

In the room near the cafeteria area, it was clear the surfaces had not been properly wiped down. There were ring marks left behind and the surface felt sticky, suggesting it had not been cleaned thoroughly.

The shower also had a strong, musty smell of mould, and there was visible mould present in the shower area, which was quite unpleasant.

In hindsight, we probably should have raised this during our stay. However, as we had been given a complimentary upgrade, we did not want to seem ungrateful or rude at the time.

The hotel's location is good, and the service is excellent. I didn't experience any discrimination. The hotel is a bit old, but the cleanliness seems fine. For London, it offers good value for money.

Arrived early morning, the reception are kind enough to see the luggages are secured. Clean n cosy hotel. Asked for water in the night, it took 2 calls and half hour later to get it. Was given  handicap room, surprised that I was not alerted or given a chance to reject. Otherwise, no complaints.

The hotel is very close to the subway station, and the staff are warm and attentive. The hotel's layout and design are novel and unique. The room is a bit small, fine for one person, but would feel a bit cramped for two.

We were very pleased with our stay in Istanbul. The hotel was both stylish and very comfortable and clean. We felt right at home in the rooms. The breakfasts were also truly wonderful, and all the staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful, always trying to assist with everything. The pool and spa area were also lovely. Furthermore, the surprise gift they prepared for my mother's birthday made us very happy. We would like to thank the entire team for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. This is definitely a hotel we would choose again when we return to Istanbul.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It is new, beautiful, pleasant and very clean. The room was comfortable, and we especially appreciated having a coffee machine — it may seem like a small detail, but even many good hotels in Istanbul do not have one, so this was a great plus.

Unfortunately, however, the service currently falls noticeably short of the level of the hotel itself.

1. When we arrived, there was hardly any welcome at all. We would have appreciated a little more attention from the very beginning — even something as simple as a warm greeting.
2. Water and coffee were brought to our room only after the first night. On the following days, housekeeping did not come to our room at all, although we could hear the staff servicing other rooms on our floor.
3. It was my birthday during our stay, but there was absolutely no attention or even a small birthday greeting from the hotel. For a hotel of this level, I believe this is an important part of being guest-oriented and providing a good experience.
4. Overall, the staff were not particularly welcoming throughout our stay. Almost no one greeted us during our entire time at the hotel. The only time we received any personal attention was around 1 a.m., when we were returning from celebrating my birthday and a member of staff wished us good night. Unfortunately, that was about it.

Before staying at this hotel, we stayed at another hotel in Istanbul, where almost every staff member we came across would greet us. Because of that, the difference in the level of service was especially noticeable.

At check-out, we were offered a postcard and were given a red bracelet with an evil-eye charm. It was a thoughtful gesture in itself, but unfortunately, by that point it did not change our overall impression of the service. Especially since the gift is offered at check-out and guests are then immediately asked to leave a review. I simply don’t think it would be fair to leave a positive review about the staff when there are still such noticeable shortcomings in the level of service and attention to guests.

That said, I would still recommend the hotel itself. It is beautiful, new and has a lot of potential. I sincerely hope the management will pay more attention to the service and the guest experience. It would be a real shame for such a beautiful hotel to lose some of its appeal simply because of a lack of attention to guests.

I hope you will improve the service and maintain the high standard that this beautiful hotel deserves. With better hospitality, the overall guest experience could truly match the level of the property.

The hotel's location is superb, literally right in the scenic area. Famous attractions like the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, and Hippodrome are all within a 5-minute walk. When we got tired, we'd just pop back to the hotel for a rest, or even to use the restroom, haha! 

Check-in was smooth. We arrived at 10 AM, and the front desk staff warmly helped us find a clean room. The hotel is huge, made up of 17 villas, and a bellboy drove us to our room in a golf cart. It was quite a trek, up and down, and our room was at the very back, facing the street with the tram. Surprisingly, the tram noise didn't disturb our sleep at all; we were just too exhausted.

The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but thankfully we were only staying for two nights.

I wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant. The 150-year-old building itself is where breakfast is served, and during the day, tourists love to take photos outside. The vegetable salad was so sour it tasted like straight vinegar, and the steak was tough and overly salty. At 8000 lira, it was a disappointing meal.

I was worried about the late check-in time, but it completed smoothly. The food is fine. I think it is a particularly good location. It is a hotel that I would definitely like to use next time.

Location is close to all the attractions in Scottsdale old town. Clean and modern amenities and facilities.
