I really loved this hotel.

It's a new, cozy hotel. The room was spacious, well-designed, and very clean. They provide all toiletries except toothbrushes, including slippers. They also offer two bottles of water and a kettle.

The front desk staff spoke fluent English and were very friendly and polite.

Free parking is available.

The hotel restaurant's dinner menu didn't have many options, but the food was delicious. Expect to pay over 30 euros per person.

The breakfast was more extensive than other 4-star hotels, and they even had a juicer so you could make your own fresh juice.

There are a few restaurants within walking distance. A short drive will take you to some restaurants on the hilltop with beautiful views. All of this information was patiently provided by the lovely lady at the front desk.

The hotel is a 30-minute bus ride to the Florence Cathedral.

The last picture is a note from the hotel manager recommending four other hotels within their group, suggesting a consistent high standard of management.

The hotel is perfect. Spanning 7 acres, it's both a castle and a manor, with large meadows, hillsides, and a vast olive grove. Breakfast wasn't extensive, but the quality was excellent; they kept replenishing the dishes. The staff were very welcoming. Dinner was even better – the food was superb! The Countess's Room I stayed in was enormous, the bathroom was brand new, and it overlooked the garden. There's a shuttle bus every hour to the Uffizi Gallery bridge or Piazzale Michelangelo, so no worries about ZTL (Zone Number).

This hotel was a very reliable choice for our off-season trip to Florence. I booked it just three days before we left, without much planning, simply searching for 'city center,' and I was thoroughly impressed.

Here's why I recommend it:
1.  **Excellent Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of breads, fruits, hams, and cheeses. I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms – a great way to start the day!
2.  **Great Room**: The room was new, spacious, and very clean. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, and they even provided slippers and heating. It was truly comfortable!
3.  **Wonderful Service**: The front desk staff were not only handsome but also incredibly helpful. There was even someone dedicated to assisting with luggage.
4.  **Fantastic Location for Food**: Right outside the hotel was my absolute favorite restaurant from the trip, called CIRO…. What made it even better was that it was so close and surprisingly free of Korean tourists, which I loved! Plus, there are a few Chinese restaurants on the same street, which is a bonus if you enjoy Chinese food.
5.  **Minor Drawback (but with a silver lining)**: The only slight downside is that it's about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. It's not too far, but with luggage, navigating the uneven cobblestone streets can be a bit challenging. On the flip side, being further from the station means less noise.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!!!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious. The location was great and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to others and would love to come back again！

We have booked it spontaneously.We were very late in the hotel.Unfortunately the poster could neither speak German nor English, but the lady was very friendly, helpful and very nice on the day service.We were very positively surprised when we were the room entrate.Rooms and bathrooms were very well equipped. Bed was also very comfortable. Our rooms were with terrace ,You can smoke on the terrace. Finally we were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything.

This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

The hot spring is very good, that is, there are fewer people in the off-season and fewer service staff.
