The service was great and we have fun with the kids swimming pool. Almost 98% is foreigners not Asian,so the buffet breakfast is more to western likes breads, salad,oatmeal and local fruits. The location wise is need walk 10minutes to Karon beach, the beach have a nice sunsets. For family can spend whole day at hotel or nearby. 
Just the resort location to Phuket town is quite far and if traffic jam took 40mins and the grab car there is more expensive and hard to get grab driver. Please take note resort to airport takes around 90 to 120minutes depends traffic conditions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Waterfront Suites Phuket by Centara. The apartment was spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view, large windows, and a balcony that made the stay even more special.

It was an excellent option for a family vacation because there was so much space — comfortable bedrooms, a big living area, and a dining space where we could relax together. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay, and it truly felt cozy and welcoming.

The location was also a big plus, with the beach nearby and a very relaxing atmosphere around the property. Overall, we had a very positive experience and created wonderful memories here.

Pros: Excellent location, close to the beach, nice hotel environment, with children's entertainment facilities, and a rich breakfast.

Cons: The hardware facilities are a bit old, the lobby is quite low-end and very hot. There were no welcome drinks or towels upon check-in, instead, they had a Starbucks where you had to buy your own. For a family-friendly hotel, it's not very accommodating to children; we were charged an additional 4200 Thai Baht for 4 nights for a child not occupying a bed (whereas many other hotels in Phuket offer free stays for children). Furthermore, the hotel doesn't offer Chinese-speaking service. The check-in time is late and check-out time is early (3 PM check-in, 11 AM check-out), which goes against international norms.

The setting is fantastic, and all rooms are individual villas. The service is impeccable. We were also pleased to find fluent Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk. The bathrooms in the rooms are incredibly spacious. Moreover, the hotel's dedicated app makes it extremely convenient to book shuttle services and spa treatments.

Good location near Kata night market and walking street. There are three swimming pools and hours are reasonable. The room is clean although the facilities are outdated. There are no electrical outlets near any bed side. This is probably the least preferred Centara among all Centaras where we have stayed. The worst experience was breakfast. Not enough food as 50% food containers is empty. We asked the service people to fill them up. First, they responded to us to wait, then 30 minutes later, the containers were still empty. We at least asked three times within 30 minutes, finally, they admitted that they ran out of food, and we have up our breakfast. It would be very difficult for us to return to that particular Centara.

Our family (two adults and a three-year-old child) stayed in a villa, and it was wonderful! It's immediately obvious they recently opened it; the room still smells clean and freshly furnished. Everything is beautiful and spacious, and it's convenient that the parents have their own room.
The service is excellent; all the staff are smiling and helpful. They cleaned the room several times a day and brought delicious complimentary gifts.
They offer à la carte breakfasts in the restaurant for villa residents only, but you can also use the entire hotel's facilities, including breakfasts in the main restaurant. We had the à la carte breakfast, and it was plenty. There's a choice of Thai dishes and standard fare like avocado toast, Benedict, pancakes, omelets, and granola. You can also choose small snacks from the buffet.
From 5:30 PM to 7 PM, villa guests are offered complimentary cocktails with delicious snacks. Unlimited coffee and tea are also available. There's a playroom for kids, a large pool with slides, watering cans, buckets, and a playground. My son was thrilled ☺️
Probably the only downside is that they take a 5,000 baht deposit upon check-in. (No one warned us about this, but that wasn't what bothered us. It was the fact that the deposit is refunded upon check-out. We had an early flight, so we simply wouldn't have had the opportunity to spend that much Thai baht, but they accommodated us and returned the deposit the night before.)
Karon Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there are tons of shops nearby, a 7-11, cafes, massage parlors, and everything else. I didn't want to leave. You're great. I hope you maintain the level of service.

The air conditioning was incredibly powerful – my friend actually caught a cold on the first night! Breakfast was plentiful, and I absolutely loved the Sky Bar on the top floor; the night view was stunning, overlooking Bangkok. It's also very close to the Erawan Shrine, easily within walking distance.

we had quite a short stay here but absolutely loved it. they had the ABSOLUTE BEST breakfast in the whole hotel breakfasts world - both european and asian types were full of choices and i genuinely couldnt decide where to start. the entire hotel left me speechles with the decor it was really beautiful. the gym had such a nice view of the pool and the surrounding garden. it is also very close to the public transport, shopping malls and night markets. if you consider staying here, definitely yes - you will remember it for a very long time.
i cannot wait to come back again

Uon arrival at lobby 1, i was greeted by a friendly porter who welcomed and helped us with our luggages. He suggested i went up to level 9 to check in and he brought my luggages straight to my room. But I could not get his name. 
Check in process was fast and guest service was efficient. I requested for iron and ironing board and it came shortly after. Even when I called to ask about holding my luggage upon checking out as my transport would be later, the guest service personnel, were aware about my request when I apporached them at the reception desk. 
Room was clean and bright and had all the necessities we required.
Upon checking out in late afternoon while waiting for my driver, one of the porter approached me to assist and he was efficient to call up and check if the driver was nearby. When the driver came, all the staff assisted me to load my luggages. 
Overall I am satisfied with the great services the hotel staff had provided. Recommended!

Reserved rooms at the hotel for a business trip as it was near my conference venue. It's is clean and well maintained. The staff are also very responsive to questions. Amenities wise the hotel offers a restaurant that offers breakfast all the way to dinner, a small gym, a pool. Unfortunately the complimentary electric Tuk Tuks can only be used if the reservation of rooms was made directly with the hotel.

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof.  Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly.  Parking guard Gf was the opposite.  Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off.  Upon our distressed   final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building.  Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.

The hotel isn't very close to the beach, but there's a free hourly hotel shuttle running until 8pm. The swimming pool is great with 2 cool areas for kids to play. There's a sandbox and  an indoor play area. Rooms are big enough and come with a nice balcony, with a table and 2 chairs. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. The area around the hotel looks like a wasteland, but fortunately can reach a 7/11 and 2 other supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel in Pattaya. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for a holiday. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗
