I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues:
•  Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made.
•  Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation.
•  Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls.
•  Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed.
•  Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

It's my 4th time there, the kids love it and me too.
It is never crowded, becuase the pools are very big
The activities guide for the kids and adult did an amazing job! He made it even more fun this time!! Every day new and exciting activity

Spent 4D3N here. Location-wise, not directly in from of Kata beach but they conveniently provide shuttle service to the beach, just 5 mins away. Resort is right in the middle of the main kata street so easy access to the area. 711 available nearby. Room-wise, we relocated on the ground floor in front of the main pool area, direct access from our balcony. As Asian family, we were used to leaving our shoes at the door and bare foot in the room, however floor was dirty. Not used for us to walk around in the room with our shoes. Beds were soft to our delight. Breakfast was good. Didn’t really get to enjoy the pool as we were sick day before departure. Suspect the drinks from previous night dinner we had at one of the restaurant along the street. That just killed the entire mood and we couldn’t enjoy Centara fully.

The rooms are individual bungalows. If you book a sea view room, the ocean is right there as you open your door. (Though I had emailed well in advance to request a room with a good view, unfortunately, many trees still obstructed it.) I also observed that the sea views from rooms assigned to other guests, particularly Westerners, appeared to be better than those given to Chinese visitors.

The breakfast was quite a generic Western-style spread; after four days, I was completely fed up with it.

There were no convenience stores or supermarkets like 7-Eleven nearby, so food delivery was the only option.

On a positive note, the service was excellent. Even arriving at 1 AM, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helpful with the check-in process.

We have a long holiday with a very big room (2 bedrooms, 2 toilets and 1 big living room with a kitchen area) that is good and suitable for a family of 5 like us.
My children love the swimming pool, balcony, sports room and hotel cat. Good location, it is near the beach and food is within a short walking distance.

It is the first time for my children in Phuket. Everything is ok and safe for them. Good service, all reception staff are very friendly especially Khun Bou and a lady with long hair who has a beautiful smile and helped us a lot. We are happy to see the security at the entrance. They smiled and said ”Sawasdee karb” every time we passed by.

We like the sea views from both the bedrooms balcony and mountain view from the living room to have lunch and watch the sunset, no need to find any restaurant because we have everything from our rooms, just need to buy food from outside.

The few things that would be better if they can improve is the bathroom sink is too high for my little daughter, a lot of dried leaves in the pool and noises from the pubs which alerted us a few days but later we got used to it. 
But overall it is ok. Good  😊 😊 😊 😊 😊

Our family (two adults and a three-year-old child) stayed in a villa, and it was wonderful! It's immediately obvious they recently opened it; the room still smells clean and freshly furnished. Everything is beautiful and spacious, and it's convenient that the parents have their own room.
The service is excellent; all the staff are smiling and helpful. They cleaned the room several times a day and brought delicious complimentary gifts.
They offer à la carte breakfasts in the restaurant for villa residents only, but you can also use the entire hotel's facilities, including breakfasts in the main restaurant. We had the à la carte breakfast, and it was plenty. There's a choice of Thai dishes and standard fare like avocado toast, Benedict, pancakes, omelets, and granola. You can also choose small snacks from the buffet.
From 5:30 PM to 7 PM, villa guests are offered complimentary cocktails with delicious snacks. Unlimited coffee and tea are also available. There's a playroom for kids, a large pool with slides, watering cans, buckets, and a playground. My son was thrilled ☺️
Probably the only downside is that they take a 5,000 baht deposit upon check-in. (No one warned us about this, but that wasn't what bothered us. It was the fact that the deposit is refunded upon check-out. We had an early flight, so we simply wouldn't have had the opportunity to spend that much Thai baht, but they accommodated us and returned the deposit the night before.)
Karon Beach is a 10-minute walk away, and there are tons of shops nearby, a 7-11, cafes, massage parlors, and everything else. I didn't want to leave. You're great. I hope you maintain the level of service.

An extremely pleasant stay at Centara Watergate, rooms are very clean and most importantly it’s a highly rated hotel in the middle of all major attractions, and is only 9 mins walking distance from Ratchaprarop Airport Link station. 

Hotel staff were extremely hospitable; front desk, restaurant and entrance staff. Shout out to Mr Wanlop for his assistance with communicating with our Grab driver and helping us with baggage up the veh. 

Very nice spread for the morning breakfast too. 

Thanks to all staff for this pleasant stay. Would highly recommend this hotel, and would return personally. 👍🏼💪🏽

The room is quite elegantly decorated, and it's a treat to behold. We were graciously accommodated at the executive floor, which is home to two bedrooms connected to a spacious living room in the center. The breakfast was quite bustling, and the staff seemed to be somewhat oblivious to the fact, especially the lady from the Philippines.
The swimming pool does not offer access for children. Nonetheless, it is a family-friendly option, although it is not the most suitable. The location is ideal as it is centrally located, providing access to all the activities and attractions you may wish to visit. My husband and my son enjoy a 600-metre walk to Topkart, which has recently opened. This hotel would suit couples in a romantic setting and business travelers with varying needs.

Great location and excellent service. Sraff could speak English. Hotel was next to Grand Central Ladprao mall which was easily accessible on the M level. Breakfast spread was good but most of the food was rather salty! The plus point was although no connecting door behind two rooms for family, there was a latchable external door outside two rooms.

For the location and price this is a pretty nice hotel. It’s not like the other Centara I stayed at. The rooms are “nice.”  Nothing to really get excited about but they are very nice. However, not sure if it’s because I booked on trip.com or if I completely missed something in the booking but my room’s one window to the outside faced a wall. I don’t mean there was a wall a few yards or meters away…I mean the balcony was completely against a wall. Absolutely ZERO sunlight. Perhaps that’s why the deal was so good. They do have rooms that look over the pool so it is an option. The breakfast was great. This is a very nice place to stay in the city center.

Convenient for visa extension as directly connected to Government complex (Immigration) under one roof.  Front desk, housekeeping efficient and friendly.  Parking guard Gf was the opposite.  Told us to turn inside the building though we have informed him we booked into the hotel and made us going around for the first 2 floors only to find out all parking lots have been permanently blocked off.  Upon our distressed   final approach, we were told to go to 4f where bridged directly to the hotel building.  Otherwise, could have been a comfortable stay.

2 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 2. 
This resort was perfect for us. The kids enjoy all the amenities and the staff were amazing. Every single one of the staff made us feel welcomed and were friendly to us and the kids. 
The resort provide free shuttle to Jomtien Beach which was great. 7/11 was about 500 meters from the hotel. Overall it was a great resort, the only downside is that I wish it was closer to 7/11 so there's options for snacks and foods. Eating at the resort everyday can hurt the wallet a bit. 
We ended up going to the 7/11 when we visit jomtien Beach using the free shuttle and bring stuff back to the resort. 
Great resort overall, we will visit again.

Hotel is clean enough , breakfast contain bread, fruit, main dish like porridge, rice noddle , vegetable and meats and  omelettes station and coffee and juices , quite complete breakfast. Can see quite a lot of Indian tourist stay in this hotel and they have occupied the swimming pool all the times, hotel location is strategic and with hotel private car park. Air cond is cold , hotel even look abit old but still functional and I have no complains.

GREAT stay again @ my preffered hotel at Pattaya. 
Closed by Central Pattaya, Soi 6 , Beach-Road, Soi Bhuakao, even Walking Street within 20min walking distance. ENJOY it & PATTAYA 🤗
