The hotel facilities are new and grand, and the location is excellent, directly facing the Canton Tower. It's very convenient to enjoy the night view, and you can even feel the vibrations right outside. Entertainment, shopping, and dining are all very convenient nearby, with a food street right next door – so many options you couldn't try them all. A very good hotel experience.

Warning! After staying here, my hotel standards have secretly gone up! 🤣 I wasn't super picky about accommodation before, but now I subconsciously pay attention to mattresses, blackout curtains, and soundproofing! This place excelled at all of them. The room was clean and fresh with no strange odors, plenty of charging options, smooth Wi-Fi, and well-stocked amenities. Plus, it's close to the World Expo. The butler, ”Six Six Six” (likely a nickname), and the customer service小姐姐 (a polite term for a young female staff member) were very responsive and even delivered breakfast. Now, my first thought when coming to the World Expo is: ”Let me check if this place has any rooms left!”

Our main goal when coming to Guangzhou was to experience the Pearl River night cruise, and choosing the YAZHI Hotel Ersha Island Branch was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is located right next to Dashatou Pier, where the classic Pearl River night cruise departs. The route takes you past Guangzhou Bridge, Ersha Island, Liede Bridge, Canton Tower, and Haixinsha, offering a one-stop tour of all the core night view landmarks of the Pearl River. We booked a package at the hotel that included cruise tickets, which was incredibly good value. It covered a double buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, a late-night bowl of noodles, and a complimentary mini-bar. The cruise tickets were also arranged directly for us. After returning from the cruise, we could continue to enjoy the river view from our room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the sparkling Pearl River at night and the lights of Canton Tower, without having to brave crowded observation decks. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being by the bustling river, it was very quiet once the windows were closed, ensuring a good night's sleep. The butler service was also impeccable; they confirmed our cruise time in advance and reminded us to exchange our tickets 30 minutes prior. Breakfast was served at Yayuexuan on the 8th floor, where we enjoyed authentic Cantonese dim sum while watching the Pearl River during the day, a completely different experience from the night. Both experiences were fantastic. For anyone visiting Guangzhou and wanting to experience the Pearl River night cruise, staying here is definitely the way to go!

Our hotel stay was very satisfying. I specifically arranged it for my friends and their family who were visiting Guangzhou. The hotel has a children's play area on the first floor, and the kids absolutely loved playing with the orange cat and bunny toys there. On the third floor, there's a Hubei restaurant, which was very convenient for us to dine together. We also noticed conference rooms on the fifth floor, making it convenient for business travelers too. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

My stay in the deluxe king room exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport—just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, plus complimentary parking, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise whatsoever. The buffet breakfast offers a huge variety, including Chinese noodles, Western pastries, hot dishes, drinks, and fresh fruit, all of which were delicious. The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious, very clean, with a soft and comfortable mattress and excellent soundproofing. The service was warm and professional. This hotel is fantastic value for money, especially for layovers or transit, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: The hotel and rooms are well-equipped. There's a bookstore, coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, executive lounge... you could easily spend two days here without even leaving the hotel.

Food: The hotel restaurant offers fresh options and good value for money. Breakfast also has a wide selection.

Cleanliness: Generally clean. If you're using the private hot spring at night, remember to close the curtains or light mosquito coils, otherwise, insects might fly in.

Service: There's a butler available online at all times, so no need to worry much about service.

Environment: Baishui Village has a great environment, but it's quite humid this season, making it more suitable for indoor activities.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, especially close to the stadium, making it very easy to get around. The front desk lady's service attitude was superb, warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and the lobby's design was top-notch. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities and equipment.

The room is quite spacious.

Facilities: Complete. The disposable slippers are of good quality. It's a bit of a shame that the body lotion was out of stock. However, they gave a souvenir when checking out, which was nice.

Environment: Very good and convenient. There's a commercial complex downstairs with everything you need.

Service: Very good and enthusiastic ❤️. Breakfast was alright, pretty standard. I personally felt the bathtub water temperature was a bit low.

Minibar: Plenty of Sprite, Coke, and mineral water. A coffee machine was also provided.

Walking on the Clouds · High-Altitude River View Double Afternoon Tea: The view is good, you can see the Xiangjiang River and Orange Isle. The afternoon tea time was a bit short, from 1 PM to 4 PM. I suggest extending the time or offering in-room delivery. Overall, it was very good, and I would choose to stay here again next time I'm in Changsha.

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped as a full-service hotel. The gym has a lot of equipment, including free weights and machines for arm strength, which was a huge blessing for us fitness enthusiasts. The second great blessing, for us lazy folks, is the self-service laundry room, which is free and open 24 hours. Housekeeping staff even collect and wash clothes, making it incredibly convenient. They also dry them, ensuring we always have clean clothes for our daily commute.

Environment: The hotel's vibe is very modern and vibrant. Its location near two subway stations is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere, especially since it's very close to Wuyi Square. The interior is also clean, and the lobby's fragrance is delightful.

Service: The front desk service was perfect, with warm and thoughtful staff. They offered tea, and after check-in, even escorted us to the elevator, explaining the hotel's services and facilities – very considerate!

Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, very thoroughly and tidily. Every time we returned, our laundered clothes were neatly folded at the foot of the bed, which felt incredibly thoughtful!

Traveling with my 80-year-old parents, the hotel provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the city wall. From the open-air restaurant on the 5th floor, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city wall, especially stunning at night.

The hotel's exterior is a sight in itself, and I absolutely loved the ancient Tang-style interior design.

Facilities are well-equipped, convenient to use, clean, and tidy.

Every single staff member offered considerate and meticulous service, high in standard and never stingy.

I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel staff were very welcoming. We checked in during the Mid-Autumn Festival and even received a small gift and mooncakes. The room was great, and the butler was very attentive. The hotel also offers free laundry, which is a big plus! [Strong]
