The overall decor is simple yet luxurious, elegant and grand without being over-the-top. The soothing scent in the lobby and at the front desk immediately made me feel relaxed upon entering. The bedding in the guest room was soft and comfortable against the skin. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff member, housekeeper Season, was polite and professional, responding promptly to any requests. Overall, the stay experience was quite good.

Highly recommend this hotel! The experience exceeded my expectations. The butler service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful, especially Shirley, who called beforehand to arrange the room – truly a nice touch. After checking in, they were always responsive and easy to communicate with whenever I needed anything. The room environment was excellent, and the 55th-floor lobby offers an incredible view. The hotel's decor is aesthetically pleasing, perfect for photos everywhere. Overall, the value for money is outstanding, with both service and facilities being top-notch. My stay was hassle-free and comfortable, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. Definitely worth experiencing!

I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were fully booked, so I couldn't get a free upgrade, but I paid at the front desk for a river view room, and it was totally worth it! This was the most comfortable place I stayed during my entire trip. The front desk staff were quick and efficient with check-in, and their service was attentive and thorough. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the space was comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The amenities were a pleasant surprise: the 24-hour gym was well-equipped, perfect for squeezing in a workout, and the self-service laundry room had both washers and dryers, which was incredibly convenient for a long trip. The breakfast quality was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including hot dishes, pastries, and drinks to satisfy different tastes. The hotel's public areas were elegant and well-managed. The location is convenient, with many dining options nearby. My entire stay was hassle-free and comfortable, balancing excellent hygiene, service, and hardware. The attention to detail truly showed. It's suitable whether you're traveling with company or solo, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This hotel is fantastic! Five stars, highly recommended! ✨ The tabby cat butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel very welcome. The children's play area in the lobby on the first floor is a lifesaver for parents, freeing up their hands. The Hubei restaurant on the third floor offers authentic and delicious cuisine, and the conference hall on the fifth floor is spacious and impressive, perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a perfect experience. We'll definitely be back!

It is about 25 minutes away from the Beiyun airport and It was a lovely hotel and the staff were very nice.I booked the executive Suite and stayed there with my wife and son and it was a lovely experience.The room was very spacious and clean and very cost effective.The location is a bit far from the city center but if you are having a quick layover and aren't planning on traveling outside the hotel then that should t be a problem.Breakfast was okay and there is something for everyone.
There is a large theme park nearby that you could go and visit and have fun for the family. 
I would suggest having a crib for families that travel with Babies.

Facilities: The outdoor pool looked great in pictures, but it's surrounded by private homes, making it hard to get a clear shot. On the second floor of the main building, there are two activity areas – one for crafts and one for movies. For a family stay, the facilities are a bit limited, but luckily, my two kids managed to entertain themselves pretty well without getting bored.

Hygiene: The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Ambiance: I had read reviews and knew it was located among village homes, but seeing it in person was a bit of a letdown.

Service: There seemed to be a shortage of staff. When the milk ran out at breakfast, the staff didn't notice right away, but they refilled it promptly after we called. When checking out, they asked about our stay, and they responded well to our feedback. Overall, not bad~

The hotel provides a complete set of toiletries, and the rooms are equipped with an intelligent assistant (XiaoDu). The facilities are comprehensive, the front desk service is good, and the breakfast is plentiful. They also offer free afternoon tea. It's quite convenient to get to attractions from here, and there's a 50% discount on Didi (ride-sharing) in the area. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station entrance, and you can also access the subway directly from underground. Across the street is Chaozong Street, filled with beautiful architecture and unique cafes, making it super convenient to get anywhere! As it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite modern, and the rooms are spacious, which I really liked. The staff are also very enthusiastic and always help resolve any issues promptly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including some well-prepared local specialties. My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant to have staff seating guests at breakfast, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, it feels a bit chaotic, and having to hunt for a table spoils the experience a bit. That's all! Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!

After comparing many hotels in Changsha, I chose this one for its excellent value for money. First, the hotel's location is very close to the subway station, with both Line 1 and Line 4 accessible. It's a direct ride to Huangxing Square, Yuelu Mountain, and Qia Tongxue Shaonian Square. Exit 7 is the closest to the hotel, and Exit 1 has a Cha Yan Yue Se. I had the hotel breakfast for three days, and it was good—tasty and hygienic. They also offer special freshly ground soy milk and congee. The staff were very friendly and greeted guests warmly. Downstairs, there's a barbecue and crayfish restaurant, and next door is a delicious Xu Ning Xiang. One more stop to Shazitang, and you'll find a whole street of late-night food. The hotel also has foot massage on the 2nd floor. The room included a separate cosmetic bag with basic lotion, facial cleanser, and perfume, which was a pleasant surprise. They also gave a men's gift bag upon check-in. The room's cleanliness was decent, and the clothes rack in the bathroom was very practical. The only slight drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't great, but you can ask for a separate fan. Being on a higher floor, it was quite quiet.

After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city.
As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed.
Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an.
The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, but screen mirroring on the TV was a bit laggy.

Cleanliness: The room was cleaned daily and was very tidy. Anything we requested was promptly provided.

Environment: Not all floors are non-smoking, and the lobby often smelled of smoke.

Service: I arrived at the hotel around 5 PM to check in, only to be told that my room hadn't been cleaned yet because the previous guest had requested a late checkout. I had booked a non-smoking floor a month in advance, and the hotel's standard check-in time is 2 PM. I couldn't understand why the hotel would allow a guest to delay their checkout for so long, knowing there was an arrival the next day.

The front desk then offered to move me to a non-smoking floor, which I immediately declined. When I asked for a specific cleaning time, I only received a vague answer of ”about an hour” and no firm commitment. Even more disappointing, all the front desk staff then started avoiding the issue, pretending to be busy on their computers, and no one actively followed up, leaving us waiting for a long time.

Throughout this entire ordeal, no management personnel came forward to mediate. In such a clear service dispute, it was unacceptable that there was no lobby manager or person in charge to take responsibility.

What was even more laughable was that when we expressed our dissatisfaction, one of the front desk staff suggested, ”We can offer you a late checkout as compensation” – which we didn't need at all. Seeing that we didn't accept, she then directly suggested, ”If it really doesn't work out, you can always cancel your reservation.” This comment completely exposed the hotel's attitude towards problem-solving: instead of trying to retain guests, they seemed more inclined to dismiss them as a nuisance.

Location: Taxis were readily available, and it was about a ten-minute walk to the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, but there weren't many dining options around the hotel.
