I recently took my child on a family trip to Guangzhou, and staying at the Guangzhou Yazhi Hotel made the entire journey wonderfully surprising. From the room with stunning views and thoughtful meal benefits to the meticulous and attentive butler service, our whole family had a perfect experience. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Guangzhou.

The hotel's front desk is on the 28th floor, offering what I can only describe as the hotel's 'ace' highlight – an unobstructed panoramic view of the city. Right in front is the iconic Canton Tower, affectionately known as the 'Little Waist,' with its intricate and unique lines, and the city lights stretching as far as the eye can see. My child was always glued to the floor-to-ceiling window, exclaiming and pointing at the Canton Tower's lights, and excitedly asking questions about the boats on the river and the tall buildings. The room has excellent natural light, filling the entire space during the day. Sitting by the window, sipping tea and enjoying the view, was incredibly relaxing.

During our stay, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks, showcasing their sincerity in culinary details. The afternoon tea set in the afternoon was exquisitely presented and incredibly diverse, featuring soft Western-style cakes, refreshing small pastries, crispy savory snacks, paired with freshly cut seasonal fruits that were sweet, juicy, and fresh, along with drinks. The portions were generous, enough for both adults and children. Our family of three sat by the window, admiring the distant view of the Canton Tower while leisurely enjoying afternoon tea. It was both relaxing and therapeutic, perfectly setting the vacation mood. The atmosphere was simply fantastic, and my child absolutely loved it, insisting on coming back next time. In the evening, warm late-night snacks were also served, with comforting porridge and specialty dishes that were warm and palatable. After exploring nearby attractions, returning to the room and enjoying a hot late-night meal was both warming and comforting. The complimentary meals were not at all perfunctory and the portions were substantial, far exceeding the service standards of hotels in the same category.

Halfway through our stay, a minor issue arose in the room. We immediately contacted Butler Season (number 3), who was the most commendable staff member during our stay. Season responded promptly and came to check the problem within moments. She was gentle and humble, patiently listened to our concerns, and then clearly and efficiently resolved the issue. Her professional ability to resolve problems quickly and satisfactorily was truly impressive. After handling the matter, upon learning that we were traveling with a child, she proactively recommended child-friendly places to visit around the hotel, authentic Cantonese restaurants, and nearby leisure shopping areas. She even meticulously provided walking routes, tips to avoid pitfalls, and activities suitable for children, saving us the trouble of planning everything ourselves.

Following the butler's recommendations, we easily visited Huacheng Square and Haixinsha. We could also walk to Tiande Plaza for food, covering dining, entertainment, and shopping all in one go. Downstairs, at IGC Tianhui Plaza, there's Qingchun Pumen, which offers light and healthy options, perfect for dining with kids. A short walk led us to Dian Dou De at Utopa for dim sum, where the shrimp dumplings, red rice rolls, and children's meals were soft and not spicy, much loved by our child. For authentic home-style Cantonese cuisine, Chang Lai Xiao Ju at Gaode Land offers braised goose and claypot rice that are comforting and good value. For a classic teahouse experience, Tao Tao Ju's roasted goose and milk pineapple buns were a family favorite. In the evening, after strolling through Huacheng Square and Haixinsha to see the Canton Tower's night view, Xing Sheng Road and Tiande Plaza offered a variety of congee, noodles, and sweet soup for late-night snacks, available anytime.

Throughout the trip, my child fell in love with the Canton Tower's night view from the 28th floor and raved about the hotel's afternoon tea and late-night snacks. As we left, he kept looking back at the 'Little Waist' outside the window. The excellent viewing location, thoughtful complimentary meals, and Butler 3's meticulous and high-quality service created an impeccable stay. The Yazhi Hotel will definitely be our first choice for future trips to Guangzhou, ensuring a worry-free and delightful experience.

Booked the Manbo Yachi Hotel last minute, honestly didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised! Special shout-out to Xia Tian for the incredibly detailed room cleaning – no water stains or limescale on the corners, mirrors, or shower. The mattress was just right, ensuring a great night's sleep. The smart curtains and lighting were one-touch controlled, adding a nice touch to the user experience. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, no long queues, and the downstairs commercial area has everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Overall, it's clean and quiet, and Xia Tian's service was enthusiastic and thorough. For the same price point, this hotel's overall value is top-notch.

Elegant Hotel (Guangzhou Ersha Island Pearl River Night Cruise Branch) - A Real Stay Review

Overall, the stay experience was great, offering excellent value for money. It's ideal for those visiting Guangzhou for sightseeing or shopping. Here's a brief recap of my stay.

Convenient Location and Accessibility
The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to major shopping districts. There are bus stops right nearby, making transfers effortless. Downstairs, along the street, you'll find a wide variety of restaurants, offering everything from morning tea to simple meals and local specialties. You won't have to go far to sort out your three meals, making dining and getting around super convenient. It's also a short walk to the Pearl River Night Cruise terminal, so returning to the hotel after enjoying the night view is incredibly easy.

Attentive Service, Pleasant Surprises at Check-in
The front desk staff were gentle and patient, and check-in was very efficient. The receptionist was exceptionally thoughtful and even offered a complimentary upgrade to an Elegant City View Room. The view was expansive, allowing me to overlook the city from the window, which was a significant bonus. The service throughout was meticulous and polite, and any requests were promptly addressed, making the service experience truly outstanding.

Comfortable Rooms with Smart Amenities
The upgraded City View Room was spacious, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, allowing for a very relaxing and undisturbed night's sleep. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which was convenient to use. The TV supported screen mirroring, making it great for watching dramas and variety shows. The room had a full set of basic smart amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Excellent and Varied Meal Offerings
What I appreciated most was the hotel's all-inclusive three-meal benefit, with food available from morning till night. The breakfast buffet offered a mix of Chinese and Western options, with plenty of Cantonese dim sum, noodles, pastries, fruits, and drinks. The afternoon tea had a rich selection of sweets, savories, and teas, and the window seats provided a great ambiance. For supper, there were congee, noodles, and snacks, so there was no need to go out for late-night cravings. All meals were delicious and made with fresh ingredients, a real treat for foodies.

Areas for Improvement
The only minor drawback was that some facilities in the room were damaged, which caused slight inconvenience during use. I hope the hotel will strengthen its room inspections in the future, promptly repair damaged equipment, and improve hardware maintenance. This would make the overall experience even more perfect.

Summary and Recommendation
Considering the location, service, and dining options, this hotel is highly recommended. It offers convenient access, all-inclusive meals, and warm service. Only the room hardware details need optimization. I would definitely consider staying here again and look forward to an even better experience once the hotel's facilities are improved.

Five stars for this elegant hotel! The overall decor is luxurious and tasteful. The lobby has a comfortable ambiance, and the staff are warm and attentive. The bedding in the rooms is soft, and the soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The breakfast selection is rich, and they even had fresh peaches, which were fragrant, sweet, and juicy. The location is also very convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This hotel is a solid choice for business trips. It's only a 15-minute drive from the airport, and their shuttle service is always on time. The mattress is really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and you can even order room service in the evening. My company always picks this place for business travel because it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it for frequent business travelers. The front desk staff, especially the guy who checked us in, was super helpful and upgraded our room. The room was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent – you couldn't hear any plane noise at all. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The outdoor pool looked great in pictures, but it's surrounded by private homes, making it hard to get a clear shot. On the second floor of the main building, there are two activity areas – one for crafts and one for movies. For a family stay, the facilities are a bit limited, but luckily, my two kids managed to entertain themselves pretty well without getting bored.

Hygiene: The room was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable.

Ambiance: I had read reviews and knew it was located among village homes, but seeing it in person was a bit of a letdown.

Service: There seemed to be a shortage of staff. When the milk ran out at breakfast, the staff didn't notice right away, but they refilled it promptly after we called. When checking out, they asked about our stay, and they responded well to our feedback. Overall, not bad~

The room facilities were decent, and I loved the smart voice control feature. It's super close to Helong Stadium, just a 5-8 minute walk away. The amenities were complete, and the room was clean. When we checked in, they even gave us concert merchandise, which was a nice touch. The surrounding area is very convenient, with plenty of places to eat, and the scenery is quite good. The environment is pleasant, the service was excellent, and the location is super convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a subway station entrance, and you can also access the subway directly from underground. Across the street is Chaozong Street, filled with beautiful architecture and unique cafes, making it super convenient to get anywhere! As it's a new hotel, the facilities are quite modern, and the rooms are spacious, which I really liked. The staff are also very enthusiastic and always help resolve any issues promptly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, including some well-prepared local specialties. My only minor suggestion would be for the restaurant to have staff seating guests at breakfast, especially during peak hours. Otherwise, it feels a bit chaotic, and having to hunt for a table spoils the experience a bit. That's all! Thanks to all the staff for their hard work!

The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very friendly. They even had brochures for nearby attractions that you could take. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the small restaurants nearby were also affordable and tasty. In the evening, taking the Line 4 subway next to the hotel to ”Qia Tong Xue Shao Nian Square” for a visit, and then hopping on a double-decker bus to see the night views, was absolutely delightful!

After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city.
As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed.
Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an.
The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!

This is my third time staying at this hotel. I booked the room before I even arrived in Xi'an, as I always prefer to choose hotels that are safe and comfortable. We checked in very early, at 10:30 AM, and they immediately arranged for us to get a room since one was available. The service was truly excellent. I particularly liked the room's facilities and the carpet. The lighting was comfortable and perfect for sleeping, and the mattress and feather topper were also key points for me. This time I only stayed one night, but I had my clothes washed twice, and the staff came to pick them up and then delivered them back to the room after they were washed and dried. Getting around was also very convenient; parking was easy, and taxis were readily available! It's very close to Datang Everbright City, and the neighboring Movie Cultural Park is also great for a stroll. I'll definitely be back next time; I think it offers great value for money and a very comfortable experience.
