This hotel boasts excellent hardware and facilities, fully meeting five-star standards, and the overall environment has a great feel. However, there are quite a few service details that need improvement during the stay. Here's an objective sharing of my experience:

1. Food deliveries and packages are uniformly placed at the entrance on the first floor, requiring guests to go downstairs to pick them up. There's no robot delivery service, making everyday retrieval a bit inconvenient.

2. The hotel has many floors, and staff share guest elevators. During peak hours, elevator wait times are long, which affects travel efficiency.

3. Room cleaning details were not meticulous enough. There were residual oil stains on the dining table and counter from before, which were not wiped clean, and a small amount of hair and debris on the bed. Later, the room manager sincerely apologized in person and offered fruits and small gifts, showing a very genuine attitude. However, even after the rectification, there were still oversights: the bathrobe and large bath towels were taken by the cleaning staff but not promptly replaced with new ones, indicating untimely replenishment of amenities.

4. There was a minor error in the gender notation on the check-in information displayed on the in-room TV system. Such a small oversight inevitably makes one feel that attention to detail is lacking.

5. The Bluetooth speaker rented via the mini-program had glue marks on its body, low battery, and no accompanying instructions. The daily inspection and maintenance of amenities need to be strengthened.

Overall, the hotel has a great foundation in terms of hardware, and the manager's apology and corrective attitude were very sincere. However, there is still significant room for improvement in the service standards and attention to detail of the frontline cleaning staff. I hope that employee training will be enhanced in the future to ensure service details are properly implemented, which I believe will greatly improve the experience.

I was very satisfied with the hotel. It's newly renovated, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food. All the facilities were well-maintained and a pleasure to use. The environment was meticulously cleaned and tidy, and my stay was quiet and comfortable. The surrounding area has a rich commercial district with diverse options for shopping and dining. Mini-bar drinks were complimentary, and the 24-hour room service was efficient. The 'Watermelon Butler' (西瓜管家) was gentle and attentive, proactively noticing guest needs and adding me on WeChat to conveniently resolve any issues during my stay. The unique high-altitude viewing experience also created a fantastic ambiance. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

I chose the Elegant Ersha Island Hotel for my trip to Guangzhou, and my overall stay was fantastic. I highly recommend it to all travelers. The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Pearl River. In the evening, you can witness breathtaking sunsets, and at night, the riverbanks are illuminated with dazzling lights, creating an incredible atmosphere perfect for photos. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with excellent cleanliness. The smart home system is easy to use, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is good, allowing for a peaceful rest after a day of sightseeing. The bathtub by the window offers stunning river views while you soak, and the mini-bar drinks are complimentary. All amenities are well-stocked, showing great attention to detail. I especially want to praise the hotel's dining. The breakfast buffet offers a wide and diverse selection, with authentic Cantonese dim sum, congee, noodles, and a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes, all delicious. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a late-night noodle dish. The afternoon tea desserts are exquisite, and the late-night snack is warm and tasty, so you don't need to go out for food after exploring. The front desk service is warm, efficient, and responsive. Just downstairs is the pier for the Pearl River night cruise, and it's conveniently located for getting to Dongshankou and Beijing Road. It's perfect for both couples and families. The overall experience was top-notch, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

This hotel is fantastic! Five stars, highly recommended! ✨ The tabby cat butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel very welcome. The children's play area in the lobby on the first floor is a lifesaver for parents, freeing up their hands. The Hubei restaurant on the third floor offers authentic and delicious cuisine, and the conference hall on the fifth floor is spacious and impressive, perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a perfect experience. We'll definitely be back!

My stay in the deluxe king room exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport—just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, plus complimentary parking, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise whatsoever. The buffet breakfast offers a huge variety, including Chinese noodles, Western pastries, hot dishes, drinks, and fresh fruit, all of which were delicious. The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious, very clean, with a soft and comfortable mattress and excellent soundproofing. The service was warm and professional. This hotel is fantastic value for money, especially for layovers or transit, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: The hotel and rooms are well-equipped. There's a bookstore, coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, executive lounge... you could easily spend two days here without even leaving the hotel.

Food: The hotel restaurant offers fresh options and good value for money. Breakfast also has a wide selection.

Cleanliness: Generally clean. If you're using the private hot spring at night, remember to close the curtains or light mosquito coils, otherwise, insects might fly in.

Service: There's a butler available online at all times, so no need to worry much about service.

Environment: Baishui Village has a great environment, but it's quite humid this season, making it more suitable for indoor activities.

The environment is beautiful, and the toiletries are complete. The room comes with an AI assistant (XiaoDu). The room facilities and equipment are comprehensive, and the hotel breakfast is rich with a wide variety of options. The front desk service is good; they helped me with a complimentary late check-out. Parking is also very convenient with a ground-level parking lot. It's close to all the attractions. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

A fantastic stay, and a special shout-out to Lulu at the front desk. She was patient and polite with guests, handled check-in efficiently, and thoughtfully reminded us of important details. She also gave us genuine recommendations for local food. The hotel itself is a brilliantly designed boutique hotel with great style. The rooms were spotless, making for a very comfortable stay. Getting around was super convenient, which made sightseeing effortless. Any questions we had, Lulu provided detailed answers. Overall, we weren't disappointed in any aspect. You can book here with confidence if you're visiting the area. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! Originally, I had planned a trip to Xi'an for August 1st, but due to heavy rain, the train service was suspended, and we couldn't go. Since I had already brought the kids out, there was no way we were just going to head back home. So, I quickly planned a trip to Changsha instead. The hotel was the one thing I was most agonizing over, but I finally settled on this one!

Even though it's not in the city center, the hotel is incredibly convenient. The subway Lines 1 and 4 can get you anywhere in about half an hour. It's a direct 4 or 5-stop ride to the train station. To get to Orange Isle, you just transfer from Line 1 to Line 2 and it's 6 stops. To 'Qia Tong Xue' (a popular spot), it's just 1 stop on Line 4. Wuyi Square is 5 stops on Line 1, and Yuelu Mountain is 4 stops on Line 4. Plus, the hotel is only a two-minute walk from the subway station, making it super easy to get around.

I had initially booked a multimedia room, but upon arrival, the front desk upgraded our room. Since my family had plenty of time and wanted to stay a few extra days, I paid extra to upgrade to a family room. The large bathtub and the 270° city view were absolutely amazing! The hotel management and service were also excellent. The laundry service was fantastic; after our clothes were washed, they were delivered straight to our room. The front desk staff, especially a young lady named 'Little Bear' (Xiao Xiong Baobao), was incredibly gentle and lovely. She even sent us breakfast. I honestly didn't want to leave! If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely stay here again, hahaha.

My friends and I booked this hotel to see what Xian has to offer, and to see the Terra Cotta Army! Our flight back home was suddenly canceled due to weather, but extending our stay was super easy! Staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very welcoming to foreigners! Nina was available 24/7 if we needed anything, which I was very grateful for! The bar makes a stout drink if that's what you're after, and the view of nightlife is beautiful from the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean and very luxurious, there's a nearby pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants to try, and the location is basically in the heart of downtown Xian, just inside the south gate! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Xian!

This stay was great. The room was spotless, and the bedding was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange the room in advance. Any requests were handled quickly. The hotel also offers free laundry service, which is a nice touch. The location is excellent, making it easy to find food and get around. Staying here made our trip worry-free.
