This hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport, Disney Metro Station, and the Zoo. If you're driving, there's free parking available. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a great variety of fresh fruits. After a day at Disneyland, they even provide foot bath buckets delivered to your room, and in the evenings, there are complimentary noodles and wontons. The staff are all incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues. They helped with luggage during check-in, escorted me to the room, and explained all the facilities. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time.

The hotel is great for anyone who loves planespotting and does not mind the noise as you can easily view the plane landing at runway 35L or takeoff via runway 17L. There are free bus services provided for anyone that needs to travel to the airport at anytime of the day. Do take note that ******* can only deliver to the front desk. The room is quite dark but reasonably bright enough.

The front desk staff were very welcoming. They called me a day in advance to confirm my reservation and asked if I needed a pick-up from the station. The driver also called to coordinate the pick-up location responsibly. The room was clean, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary bottled water and drinks. The self-service late-night snack bar, though simple, offered tasty options like cherry tomatoes, fermented glutinous rice balls, and noodles, which was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety and was very satisfying. The room was spacious, and the shower had both a rain showerhead and a handheld one, with good water pressure. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing in the room was excellent; despite being next to a road, it was very quiet. The hotel isn't in the main commercial area, but it's close to the subway, making transportation quite convenient. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel is close to the subway and has a Lawson right outside, so it's convenient. 
I just didn't like the room I was put on, because it smelled a bit like cigarettes and I had asked for a smoke free room, because I'm allergic.  
And also, I had asked for quiet rooms and higher floor. I was placed on ground floor in the first room of the corridor, where everyone has to pass by.

Other than that,  it was great, the staff is very helpful

The service was excellent. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a huge convenience. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and we even got a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic. The late-night snacks were also delicious. The drinks and coffee in the lobby were great too, and available for free anytime. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel environment is great, the service is superb, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We booked the jungle animal themed room. My family, who traveled with me, kept telling me how wonderful the hotel was and that it offered excellent value for money.

Here are the specifics:
1. The hotel is very clean and hygienic.
2. We booked late and couldn't get the same room for all nights. Seeing that I was traveling with a child, the hotel upgraded our different rooms for several nights to a single room free of charge, saving us the hassle of switching rooms with a kid.
3. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from Disneyland, the wildlife park, and the airport. After a night at Disneyland, the hotel shuttle even had water and snacks ready, which was a huge relief and very thoughtful for traveling with a child.
4. The breakfast area has a great ambiance, and the variety of food is extensive. Both adults and children enjoyed it immensely.
5. My child absolutely loved the kids' ocean bubble ball pit. Every evening after dinner, my child would go there to play for a while.
6. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team and drivers, everyone's service attitude was thoughtful and thorough. They would proactively greet us with a smile, offer to help with luggage, and were very enthusiastic with children.
7. Our animal-themed room was very playful and had a suitable amount of space. My child was thrilled upon entering, constantly playing with the small sofa and dolls, and loved the cute little kids' slippers.

I hope the hotel continues its excellent work. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The service was excellent, starting from 9 AM, and they provided breakfast. There was a wide variety for breakfast, and they offered shuttle services to and from the ordinary airport, as well as a Disney shuttle. The Disney shuttle ran in the mornings at 6:15 AM, 7:00 AM, and 9:00 AM, and there were also evening services. They even had small snacks on the shuttle ride back!  Beyond the dozens of breakfast options, they also had foot spa tubs. I'll definitely be back! They also offer a shuttle to the Wild Animal Park Metro Station on Line 16 every hour.  Even food deliveries were brought by a robot, which was really convenient. The service was truly, truly excellent. We booked an airport drop-off for 5 AM, and they even packed breakfast for us. I will definitely come back next time. Oh, and the foot spa was particularly great; I highly recommend everyone try it. Booking online now is really affordable. Even compared to nearby hotels, this Yunhe Yebo Hotel offers incredible value for money. The service was top-notch, with so many thoughtful details that added a colorful touch to our trip. It's truly worth every penny and an excellent choice for visiting Disney and nearby attractions. I strongly recommend this hotel for your next trip to Disney or the Animal Park. For airport pick-up, you just need to book one day in advance, and the same goes for airport drop-off. Breakfast is a buffet, available from 6 AM until 4 PM. In the evenings, they also have supper from 9 PM to 10 PM, offering noodles and small wontons. The wontons were freshly made with thin skins, which was really good. For anyone visiting Disney, this hotel is undoubtedly the best choice.

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

As a guest in room 625, my trip to Xi'an was filled with warmth and gratitude, all thanks to the thoughtful service at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff's enthusiasm instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Their patience, meticulousness, and kind demeanor during check-in were truly refreshing, making a fantastic first impression.

My room was spotlessly clean, with soft and comfortable bedding. All amenities were neatly arranged and in perfect working order. The attention to detail in cleanliness made me feel incredibly comfortable. Opening the window allowed me to soak in the city's atmosphere, making my stay exceptionally peaceful and pleasant.

Breakfast every day was a highlight! The variety was astounding, with everything from Chinese pastries, hot congee, and side dishes to Western options. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were outstanding. Whether I was rushing out early or enjoying a leisurely meal, it was always satisfying and heartwarming, energizing me for the day ahead.

What truly touched me was an unexpected fire drill. I hadn't received the notification in my room, and when the hotel staff realized this, they immediately reassured me, apologized multiple times for any fright, and showed genuine concern. Additionally, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the room type on my first night, and without a moment's hesitation, the staff coordinated an upgrade and room change for the next day. Their efficiency and attentiveness throughout, without any pretense or excuses, provided me with a comfortable resting space and completely alleviated the anxiety caused by my changing travel plans. Upon checking out, the staff even thoughtfully presented me with a refrigerator magnet. It was a small gesture, yet full of heartwarming care.

From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless and comfortable room, this hotel truly embodies what 'feeling at home' means through its professional service and thoughtful details. Here, I not only experienced the captivating charm of the ancient capital but was also deeply moved by the hotel's caring service. This warmth will forever remain a cherished memory of my journey. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an.

This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive. 

The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night. 

My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel. 

I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!
