This hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport, Disney Metro Station, and the Zoo. If you're driving, there's free parking available. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a great variety of fresh fruits. After a day at Disneyland, they even provide foot bath buckets delivered to your room, and in the evenings, there are complimentary noodles and wontons. The staff are all incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues. They helped with luggage during check-in, escorted me to the room, and explained all the facilities. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time.

The hotel is great for anyone who loves planespotting and does not mind the noise as you can easily view the plane landing at runway 35L or takeoff via runway 17L. There are free bus services provided for anyone that needs to travel to the airport at anytime of the day. Do take note that ******* can only deliver to the front desk. The room is quite dark but reasonably bright enough.

I will try to keep my review simple and straightforward. 

Location: The location is good even though it is not in the city. I had no problem getting to all the tourist areas. It felt like this hotel was in the middle of everything. The area is clean and quiet and very family friendly. I prefer the slow vibe after a day of loud sightseeing and activity. 

Room: it is amazing. They have many amenities and you can request more. The design of the room is sleek and modern, I have no complaints. 

Cleanliness: The cleaning lady cleaned everyday and provided new towels everyday. She cleaned the toilet and bathroom AND windows. Great cleaning staff very nice. 

Amenities: There is a gym (I did not use it) it looks nice but I do not want to work out for my trip 😔. You can add the hotel on we chat and ask for ANYTHING! There is a robot that will deliver everything to you! 

Staff & service: very kind staff and helpful even to foreigners! They do not complain they just help you and are very attentive. They provided everything I needed and I did not feel like my stay was lacking. Very amazing people. Front desk and cleaners! Xiao Wen is very nice and she did her best to keep our stay luxurious. 

Breakfast: Very bountiful, lots of variety. I think it has more variety than breakfast needs and you should not be disappointed. 

Overall this hotel is worth more money than it costs. I recommend and WILL come back.

We had a great stay at this cozy and friendly hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and our room was nice and clean — they even left us some fruit as a welcome gesture. The breakfast was good, and there was also a coffee machine in the lobby, which was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a huge convenience. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and we even got a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic. The late-night snacks were also delicious. The drinks and coffee in the lobby were great too, and available for free anytime. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Extremely satisfied! The service was excellent, and everything was spotless. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. The staff were proactive and friendly, and the shuttle service was well-equipped. It was a pleasant trip overall! The only minor drawback was that the bathroom's top and bottom openings were a bit too large, compromising privacy slightly. I'd suggest providing two shower curtains for the toilet and shower areas as backup. Other than that, everything was fantastic. I highly recommend staying here, it's really great!

Breakfast: The breakfast spread is fantastic, with dozens of options available from 6 AM to 10 AM on the first floor. The timing is perfect, allowing you to sleep in and still catch it. They offer both Western and Chinese dishes. My favorite was toasting a buttered bread for a sandwich, paired with a bowl of fresh pork wontons. Oh, and they also have a late-night snack, which is simpler, just noodles and small wontons.

Shuttle Service: They have a wide variety of shuttle services, including shuttles to Pudong Airport, Shanghai Wild Animal Park, the subway station, and Disneyland. I heard from the staff that all their shuttles (large buses, minibuses, and business vans) are owned by the hotel. When I went to the airport, I was the only passenger, so I got a Mercedes-Benz business van all to myself! For this price (around 300+ RMB), what more could you ask for? By the way, the Pudong Airport shuttle requires a reservation one day in advance for pick-up and drop-off. The subway station shuttle runs every hour on the hour, which is very convenient. The Disneyland shuttle has three morning departures: 6 AM, 7 AM, and 9 AM. You just need to book it at the front desk.

Service: Regarding service, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. A day before my arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to arrange shuttle pick-up, provide tips for visiting Disneyland, prepare a foot-soaking tub for my return in the evening, pack breakfast for me, offer raincoats at the front desk, and even help with my itinerary after check-out. Every single detail was impressive. They truly make you feel like family. Shanghai's hospitality industry is incredibly competitive, and Yunhe Hotel is definitely a standout. I hope they continue to operate this way.

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

I  like the hotel a lot and have great experience. First of all the hotel is on a very good location. 5 minutes walk to the Wall (城墙 - 文昌门）and 书院门步行街 for shopping. Second, the breakfast is very good - that’s what I was looking for as I travel with two young kids. The breakfast has a lot of choice and also special food of Xi’an (肉夹馍，凉皮 and so on) My kids love the food so much. Third, the service is very warm and friendly  and a special thanks to 秋，丹,梦，丽and I forgot couple of their names). They are very responsible and take action very quickly on all my requests. BTW, they will help the customer for laundry everyday, and serve sweet soup at night. One free cocktail and one free coffee while you stay. 还有伴手礼while we check out. 😊👍 I would definitely want to stay here again next time.

I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee.

Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient.

Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved.
