The root of the problem lies in the hotel's terrible soundproofing. I believe management should strictly control late-night noise disturbances and clearly inform guests upon check-in that the hotel will strictly enforce a late-night noise management policy. If the noise persists after multiple warnings, a fine will be charged and the security deposit will be utilized.

Unfortunately, I've noticed many reviews complaining about soundproofing issues since 2025, but management has consistently failed to address it. If the hotel could emphasize noise regulations at the front desk during check-in and have a clear follow-up mechanism, I believe this long-standing issue could be greatly improved.

Great value for money. Located at a very local area with great food choices. Walking distance to METRO and Sea World. The breakfast was decent and enough to start your day. Front office staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very new, the size of the room is right, the room is wooden floor, very clean and tidy. The lobby is on the second floor, and there is a sky garden outside that is very suitable for walking, and the ambient air is very good. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic. Very pleasant trip.

The front desk staff is professional in the details, the reception service is warm and the service is good. The cleaning of the room is OK. The hotel's facilities and equipment are also praised, and the degree of electrical intelligence is high. In the room, the spacious and bright space design is refreshing, and the comfortable beds and soft bedding ensure the good quality of sleep for guests. Modern bathroom equipment, smooth to use, pleasant stay experience, worth staying!

Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
