Arrived at 2 AM after clearing customs. I specifically chose this hotel because it's only a few kilometers from Huanggang Port, to avoid any hassle. The room was clean, and the service was warm and friendly. It's a great choice.

The only downsides to this room type were its small size and lack of a window; otherwise, everything was perfect. The room was clean and hygienic, hot water was plentiful, the bed was comfortably firm, and the free breakfast was extensive. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and hospitable, providing great emotional value. Plus, the nearby old-school restaurant, Huayang Restaurant, has amazing food! 👍 Next time I'm in Shenzhen, I'll definitely stay here again.

When I plugged in the card at the door, the light in the room kept flashing. It was a loud electric sound. I waited for about a minute and then pulled the card again before the call came. It also flashed for a while before it was fully powered on.

Then the pillow was placed on the chair like this. I called the front desk and she asked me if I was a customer who had just checked in. I said yes. She said the room had been cleaned. If there was any problem, I said I was not sure if you had finished making the pillow. They were all piled on the chair. She said that she would notify the aunt to come and check. In this case, she usually comes immediately. I was afraid that there was something unclear. I took pictures first, opened the door, and stood waiting for the aunt to come. But it didn’t happen until about 2 hours passed. The aunt came. I came and at that time, I had just finished changing my clothes and my aunt knocked on the door. I didn’t open the door immediately. She swiped my card and came in. I was really confused. She didn’t say anything at the time. She said it was too late to put on a pillowcase. I said just put on one. It's a small thing in itself, but the swiping card to enter the door is very poorly done. And shouldn't a hotel as big as yours be trained? Don't give unfinished rooms to guests before it's too late.

There are a lot of fresh fruit, dragon fruit is very sweet, the freshly made snacks are also very good, the small cake entrance is instant. The key is that the ingredients are very fresh, and you can rest assured that whether it is elderly children or young people, you can find your favorite food. My baby refused to leave in the dessert area. I was happy to choose with a small clip. ～
The environment is also clean, the marble countertops in the restaurant are bright, and the tableware is the same as the new one. The seat is very comfortable, especially the big long table, the family or friends have a special atmosphere to eat together. The scenery outside the window is also good, the sun shines in the morning, and the mood of eating breakfast has improved. The waiter was also very caring, and he would come to collect the plate when he saw that the plate was almost full. The whole meal process was particularly smooth.

In short, this time the experience at Ganzhou Grand Skylight Hotel is really amazing, the environment is clean and comfortable, there are many types of food and delicious, friends who come to Ganzhou must recommend it.

The room is generally very good and the service is very good; But it is not a non-smoking room (with an ashtray). The last guest should have smoked. The hotel used no perfume to cover the taste. I didn’t feel it when I first entered the hotel. After a while, I felt that I was not breathing well and dizzy. Because I am sensitive to the smell of smoke, I suspect that someone has smoked. , (or the perfume is suffocating;) But it is not good to change the room if the quilt is messed up. The fan mode of the air conditioner feels better; it is recommended that the hotel divide the non-smoking room, so that passengers who don't want to smoke third-hand smoke have a choice. The corridor is really a smell of smoke when I go out in the morning. The hotel corridor is a sign that prohibits smoking, but it should be strengthened.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
