The hotel was very clean and service was very good. Receptionists were very kind and patient with my requests and I highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Shenzhen.

Always a delight staying here.
Management are very welcoming and speak English. 
Large rooms and comfortable beds; rooms include mini fridge and writing desks.
Love the large shower and strong water pressure.
There’s a huge range of restaurants nearby and it’s a 10 min stroll to SeaWorld Plaza.

Will gladly stay here again.

I booked for a friend. I heard from a friend that I lived very well. The room facilities and equipment were very new. The bath towels and towels were covered. The room is generally very good and the service is very good; But it is not a non-smoking room (with an ashtray). The last guest should have smoked. The hotel used no perfume to cover the taste. I didn’t feel it when I first entered the hotel. After a while, I felt that I was not breathing well and dizzy. Because I am sensitive to the smell of smoke, I suspect that someone has smoked. , (or the perfume is suffocating;) But it is not good to change the room if the quilt is messed up. The fan mode of the air conditioner feels better; it is recommended that the hotel divide the non-smoking room, so that passengers who don't want to smoke third-hand smoke have a choice. The corridor is really a smell of smoke when I go out in the morning. The hotel corridor is a sign that prohibits smoking, but it should be strengthened.

🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
Hygiene is acceptable.

If you want a non-smoking room, the front desk said that the hotel has all non-smoking rooms, but you smell smoke as soon as you enter the room. After changing rooms, you still see the ashtray, but there is no smoke smell.
