The hotel is very good, the surrounding commercial facilities and transportation environment are very good, next to the hotel is a large shopping mall, the front desk lady is very warm, the room arranged for the stay is also very comfortable 👍

The hotel is in a good location, convenient transportation, convenient parking, rich and fresh breakfast, and tastes good. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and comfortable, the decoration is exquisite, the facilities are perfect, the Dongbao mattress is particularly comfortable with Khmer bedding, the bathroom is clean and odorless, and the supplies are complete. The front desk staff was very good at serving. This stuffy weather in Guangdong came to a cup of chrysanthemum tea. It was really good and the breakfast was good! Staying feels good, it is recommended to stay.

The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk lady is warm and polite. The breakfast is rich! Most importantly, it is close to the company and convenient for invoicing! It is a must-have for every business trip! Peace of mind and time-saving!

The room layout was okay, quite spacious, but the soundproofing was terrible (I only found out later). First, the TV volume was extremely low; you could only hear it if you were right in front of it. There was no sound at all from the bed. I asked the front desk to adjust it, and they said they'd come up shortly. I waited a long time, then heard a knock at the door, thinking it was someone coming, but it turned out to be the delivery from next door. They finally came up and told us to be quiet. We were just talking normally. Thinking back, I realized why the TV was so quiet – the soundproofing was terrible. (The front desk staff should have just told me; they made me wait!)

Aside from this drawback, everything else was fine. Consider your own situation before deciding.

Service: The night shift staff were very helpful. During check-in, they even asked about our sleep quality and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us.

Environment: Comfortable, clean, and tidy. The room had no unpleasant odors.

Facilities: There are shopping malls, supermarkets, and many snack shops nearby. Free parking is available. Laundry service needs to be arranged with the front desk in advance. The breakfast was very plentiful, including eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, fried noodles, etc. I especially loved the sweet potatoes 🍠, they were so sweet!

Cleanliness: As shown in the pictures, the room was clean and spacious. It's good value for money.

This hotel specially selected by Heyuan on a business trip, the price is really high, the price is affordable and not expensive, every time I come, I look for this permanent residence. I accidentally dropped my mobile phone in the middle of the way, and I was very anxious. Fortunately, the front desk lady was very caring and responsible. She took the initiative to help keep it properly and send it back. It was really warm, thank you very much! The service is super warm, the room is not bad, and I will continue to buy back and stay in ～.

The room hygiene is particularly good, the bedding is comfortable, the environment is quiet, the front desk service is good, the response is timely, the facilities are also very new, the overall experience is very good! Recommended.

The room was ok, better than expected. But there was no free popcorn and foot bath mentioned on the page when I checked in. And at that time, I asked if there was breakfast. The young lady at the time said that she came to the front desk the next morning to get bread and milk. But when I went to the front desk at 7 o'clock the next morning, a man was still lying down and sleeping. I asked him if he had breakfast. He said no, and then continued to sleep. I booked breakfast included. If you didn't give me breakfast, do you want to refund the part of my breakfast?

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and responsible, always promptly helping with any issues. The room arranged for me was very satisfying, it was an upgraded, spacious room with good ventilation and no strange odors. The toiletries were individually packaged, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The location is also excellent, very convenient for getting around, with a shopping mall and metro station nearby.
