The room layout was okay, quite spacious, but the soundproofing was terrible (I only found out later). First, the TV volume was extremely low; you could only hear it if you were right in front of it. There was no sound at all from the bed. I asked the front desk to adjust it, and they said they'd come up shortly. I waited a long time, then heard a knock at the door, thinking it was someone coming, but it turned out to be the delivery from next door. They finally came up and told us to be quiet. We were just talking normally. Thinking back, I realized why the TV was so quiet – the soundproofing was terrible. (The front desk staff should have just told me; they made me wait!)

Aside from this drawback, everything else was fine. Consider your own situation before deciding.

Very good hotel, a bottle of mineral water was also sent at check-in, the room was large, the lighting was good, bright, the facilities were complete, the front desk Xiao Liu service was very good, the breakfast was simple, but it had the taste of home, and the travel was very convenient. It was highly recommended!

Very good choice, the sanitation, facilities and layout are very reasonable, quiet, and very good for rest at night. There is also breakfast, and the cost performance is very high. The room area should be more than 30 square meters.

Multi-Herbal Medicated Foot Soak: The foot soak service was excellent, the environment was nice, and it was very clean.

Service: The night shift staff were very helpful. During check-in, they even asked about our sleep quality and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us.

Environment: Comfortable, clean, and tidy. The room had no unpleasant odors.

Facilities: There are shopping malls, supermarkets, and many snack shops nearby. Free parking is available. Laundry service needs to be arranged with the front desk in advance. The breakfast was very plentiful, including eggs, corn, sweet potatoes, fried noodles, etc. I especially loved the sweet potatoes 🍠, they were so sweet!

Cleanliness: As shown in the pictures, the room was clean and spacious. It's good value for money.

酒店位置絕佳，緊鄰地鐵與商業區，出行購物極為便利。前台服務專業熱情，辦理入住高效，還貼心提供了免費升級。客房寬敞整潔，視野開闊，床品舒適，隔音效果出色，一夜安眠。早餐品種豐富，味道可口。整體體驗遠超預期，性價比極高，下次必定再次入住，強烈推薦！

The room was comfortable, thoroughly cleaned, and spacious—a great place. They even had a complimentary foot bath area.

The hotel staff had a very good service attitude and recommended the butler service. I ordered a foot bath and the butler filled the water and put it in the room. It was all free!

This hotel specially selected by Heyuan on a business trip, the price is really high, the price is affordable and not expensive, every time I come, I look for this permanent residence. I accidentally dropped my mobile phone in the middle of the way, and I was very anxious. Fortunately, the front desk lady was very caring and responsible. She took the initiative to help keep it properly and send it back. It was really warm, thank you very much! The room was ok, better than expected. But there was no free popcorn and foot bath mentioned on the page when I checked in. And at that time, I asked if there was breakfast. The young lady at the time said that she came to the front desk the next morning to get bread and milk. But when I went to the front desk at 7 o'clock the next morning, a man was still lying down and sleeping. I asked him if he had breakfast. He said no, and then continued to sleep. I booked breakfast included. If you didn't give me breakfast, do you want to refund the part of my breakfast?

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I'm absolutely impressed! Both the facilities and service are top-notch. The WiFi signal is strong, and the toiletries are excellent. The environment is really nice, and it even includes parking and a self-service laundry room. I highly recommend it – great value for money!
