I found this hotel miserable from many aspect. We arrived at midnight from the airport and we’re given the last room left. The room has a distinct smell that almost like a man’s underarm. We asked for a double room but it was two single beds put together. The shower head had a 30s hot water and 5s cold water loop. The bath tub was blocked. 
We asked for a change and were given an upgrade queen bed room the next day, thank you for that. Unfortunately, the new room still has the underarm smell but a bit less, and also a new smell like it’s been a very old room with unventilated smell from some furnitures or the wall. The shower head problems was still there. 
The location is alright, despite quite a distance from the metro station, you can still take the buses.

Location is pretty far, yet metro goes close. Hard to find exact building cuz chekin is on the other building. Even tho is the same hotel line for the pool you have to pay extra. Furniture quite old, but spacy rooms. Love how hotels says its smart tv when it isnt. In general it wasnt bad but nothing special. Free coffe from machine quite nice.

We upselled our room with a balcony facing the alley for €28 everynight. The balcony door cannot be closed properly with the loosened screws, but its safe to stay in 4th floor. 

The room is so small that we needed to set up the second luggage in the bathroom. The space of the bathroom could have been bigger if it was a slide door.

Always have prompt hot water with strong water pressure. 

The hotel has no restaurant but they provide a coffee with a bun for €7. 

The receptionist is nice and helpful provided with luggage storage. 

The room is always thoroughly clean and we love the cleaning soñarita. 

The location is unbeatable only 6 mins walk to port for boarding to Palma/Ibiza. I dont feel the Gothic district is unsafe as other people said on online comments. 

I don’t have anything to complain. Everything is honestly showed on the hotel description.

The hotel is clean and fresh. Around 25mins away from Barcelona airport by taxi, 5 mins walk to tram stop and it also nearby the supermarket, which is easy to get food and supplements. 

Although it is a bit far from city centre for tourists, around 1h by tram and subway, but for the price and convenience is definitely worth for stay. 

Funny thing on our trip, we caught up Spain electricity breakdown 😂, and we went Tibidabo that day, which took us around 5hrs to back to the hotel. Which is very good is that the hotel has it is own electricity generator, so luckily the lift and bar were working normally and the hot water (from tab) was works fine as well.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.
