Close to Westin Resort, 10 minutes to Cruz Bay ferry docks. Sand is a precious natural resource and should be left on the beach. There is a hose provided for your use to wash your beach chairs, feet, and any sandy gear when you return to the suites. We provide 4 large beach towels.Trash removal must be performed prior to check out. There are trash containers close to Cruz Bay on the left when you turn left out of Great Cruz Bay Road and pass the Westin. There is no trash receptacle on the property. Everyone from the Villas are expected to bag their trash and carry them to the containers that are very visible on the road into Cruz Bay from the property. it is easiest if you take your bagged trash into town when you leave the property to go to the beaches, Cruz Bay, and/or restaurants in Cruz Bay. The manager and the housekeepers will not take the garbage out for you.Absolutely nothing in the toilet but waste and toilet paper. No feminine hygiene products or any other paper items or foreign objects. There are no municipal sewage systems on St. John to flush into. Instead, every home has a self-contained sewage treatment system. These systems are ecofriendly, are very sensitive, and do not tolerate anything but waste and toilet paper or they will malfunction and back up. Our condo features hotel quality furnishings and all the amenities expected at a top class resort but with an added sense of privacy. The eat-on deck features stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and islands as well as the mountainside, town, and harbor of the island. We can have a local greeter meet you at the ferry dock, accompany you to the resort, and answer any questions you may have about the beautiful island of St. John. The resort features traditional European and Caribbean architecture and modern amenities including a workout room, swimming pool, hot tub, and extra large pool deck with ocean views. The location of the resort is unparalleled on the island. You will be located only a hundred yards from the quaint Cruz Bay town with its many restaurants and shops. Your immediate vicinity will allow access to many exciting and relaxing activities including fishing, sailing, scuba diving, spas, and day trips to neighboring islands. You can hike to the most beautiful beaches, hire a taxi, or rent a car to explore the island. This rental may have a parking space available on a first come, first serve basis and is only available with the rental of our Jeep Wrangler 4DR, contact us to check availability of the vehicle and a reserved parking space. If you already have a vehicle the property manager will make every attempt to provide a parking space but it is not guaranteed without the rental of our vehicle. There are additional parking options in town close by if you rent a vehicle somewhere else and parking is needed.
