5-Star Hotels in Governorate of Muscat, Oman

We stayed for three nights, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was rich and varied, and we were surprised to have three dozen fish and monkey peaches. The elevator leads to Grand Mall, which has supermarkets and restaurants, clothing, etc. Every waiter is very warm and thoughtful. But the taxi outside the hotel is twice as expensive as the taxi downstairs, which brings us inconvenience. Breakfast number one

Nice place to stay in oman Nice staff and facilities Bad thing is the room windows - a big room with only 2 windows with 1 is fake and blocked by wall while the other 1 is directly with garden and being scared once a staff washing window during sleep

What a hotel,everything 5**** Staff made us feel like vip's,they went extra mile for my bday, gave us complimentary breakfast and decorated my room for my birthday.when u get there always ask for Nancy she is amazing,she will make ur stay very comfortable,and hotel amenities are excellent,massive and spacious and luxurious bathrooms. Definitely going back there soon

Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Despite the location near the airport, absolutely quiet and without any noise from airport or traffic. Swimming pool in excellent condition. 15 minutes drive to center of Muscat. I highly recommend this hotel.

I contacted them regarding my invoice that includes a breakfast that is already paid and still no reply More, still waiting for my deposit refund wherease the desk service told me the refund will be done in the same day than check out

I would give 10 starts to this hotel if I could. So clean, so new, everything is amazing. Workers are so nice and helpful. Steakhouse at the first floor is a cherry on the top. Swimming pool and jacuzzi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What you would expect from a hotel in that class. One negative point is they don't give you credits if you book through trip.com

I had such a lovely stay at Sheraton Oman. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. One of my favorite things in the room was the coffee machine. I used it every day for my coffee break and absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was amazing, with so many options and everything tasting fresh and delicious. It was the perfect start to each day. The pool really stood out too - spacious, clean, and absolutely gorgeous. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!

A beautiful and comfortable hotel on the shore with excellent service, comfortable rooms and picturesque views. The hotel's restaurants and breakfast are of a high standard. The hotel provides a shuttle to the malls and Mutrah Souq. The staff is very friendly and also assists in organizing tours. The location is a little far from the center, as well as malls and attractions, but is excellent for a quiet and comfortable stay.
