Super great location which just located right at the Interlaken station. And opposite there’s a kiosk/supermarket. Room is a bit small and aware to bring your own slippers and brush or vanity if needed, there’s nothing provided by the hotel, not even refill the bottles of water even you stayed for consecutive nights, the staff mentioned it will only provide once when you check-in.

We stayed here in April. The location is very good as it’s just near Wengen train station. The breakfast is good! 😊 The staff are nice. However, as they are doing some renovations, we have to go to a different hotel if we want to use hotel amenities. Apart from that everything is good. Recommended!

The staff were very kind and the service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and I was able to spend a comfortable time from early in the morning. They will store your luggage while you are sightseeing. I would like to use this hotel again when I go to Kandersteg.

The best hotel I stayed in during my self-driving tour in Switzerland. First of all, the hotel is very, very, very beautiful. It has its own large parking lot, free parking, and there is a super large lawn behind the parking lot. Secondly, it takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Interlaken West Station, Chinese restaurants and hot pot restaurants, and the central shopping street. Thirdly, the service is very, very good. The lady at the front desk introduced herself as Italian, so she used Google Translate on the iMac computer at the front desk to explain the check-in instructions to us in detail: there is an elevator to go up and down the stairs 🛗 There is afternoon tea (including coffee, drinks and desserts) from 2pm to 6pm. If you return late at night, you need to use the room card to open the hotel door. Free tourist bus tickets were given, etc. It was very detailed and nice. The room has a pleasant view, the small balcony is very elegant, and the facilities are also very new and modern. There are hair dryers, kettles, disposable mouthwash cups, and enough bath towels. In short, it is a perfect stay experience, recommended!

This hotel location is very close to the train station that is just 1 stop next to the Bern main train station. So, it’s very convenient to go to Bern for a visit. There is a COOP supermarket that’s a few steps from the hotel. Thus, it’s very fast to buy something nearby.

The room look tiny and cute. There was a restaurant in hotel and the food was good and yummy. We love the food here. The service was good and waiter was patient. The cheese fondue was the most delicious as well as we tried.

Amazing location, which is just opposite to the main entrance to central train station, and city public transportation hub. Only 20 minutes walking to reach the eastern end of Bern old town and the bear's pit. Spacious room, with clean and nice amenity. No air-con, which is very normal in Switzerland. Overall a good hotel.

Overall experience was very good with eiger lodge. Eiger lodge provided free parking and breakfast was included. The breakfast was very good with good spread of choices. Location was a little out but it was ok as we are driving.

Hotel is very good and highly recommended for tourist! Hotel is really convenient. It is just next to the train station! Also, hotel decoration is so warm and pretty! The view in my room also is stunning and amazing!

The hotel is in a great location, convenient for going to attractions, close for shopping and quiet. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the price is reasonable. Very satisfied.
