The counter stuffs are very friendly and helpful:))
The location is still okie, take 5 stops to Bern train station.
Just need to be notify, hotel prefer self-check in system, so it’s better to fill up the check-in form online via email before arrived, otherwise will drag long time to do it. ( I saw many people stuck with the check-in machine)

Amazing hotel in an amazing location with an amazing view. The whole place is clean and very well-maintained. They offer a great breakfast (the Brienz butter is super good!). Very accommodating staff. The free parking is a bonus! Highly recommended!

호텔에 들어갈 땐 집으로 들어가는 안락함
아침에 일어나서 들리는 종소리 및 새소리
하나부터 열가지 모든게 완벽했던 숙소
다음번에도 스위스에 온다면 무조건 방문 예정
1) 체크인 부터 친절함으로 집에 온 듯한 느낌
2) 차로 이동해야하지만 조용하고 coop과 멀지 않은 동네
3) 베른/취리히/인터라켄/루체른 왠만한 도시 및 관광지가 한시간 권 정도로 주변 경치 보면서 드라이브 하기 좋은 위치
4) 스위스에 왔다면 사람들에 치이는 것 보다는 자연속에 스위스인 들처럼 살아보는 것도 좋다고 생각함.
5) 방이 크고 테라스 및 소파까지 있어 밤에 별보거나 포장해온 식사 흐기도 편함.
이 숙소 덕에 스위스 여행 처음부터 마지막까지 너무 좋은 경험이었고 바닥났던 인류애가 살아나 다음번에도 꼭 오고싶음.

The hotel is located in the mountains of the Alps and is surrounded by Swiss landscapes. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the city of Tuen. There is a self-driving car to reach the hotel. Don't choose if you don't have a car, the bus can't get there. The hotel is very simple, the room is large, but there is no TV, it is estimated that it is self-cultivation. There are fewer varieties of breakfast.

The room is quite small but there is everything we need. Breakfast is very good. We could leave our baggages after checking out. The only drawback is that the hotel is under construction so that we could hear some noise from construction in our room.

The hotel hardware, facilities, environment, etc. are all okay, but the waiters and hotel management staff are a bit **. The shower room did not have a water retaining strip. After the shower, the bathroom floor was completely wet, causing the door to swell and get stuck on the ground. The waiter said that I had to make compensation for the broken door. Of course, I categorically denied that, the management said that they would complain to Ctrip. joke! I should have complained to the hotel, but now they have turned it around. I really don’t understand that Switzerland has a lot of people who have a lot of brains. How did the country develop?

BBrensonI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Merkur, and I couldn’t be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured my check-in process was quick and seamless. The hotel lobby was inviting and beautifully decorated, setting the tone for the rest of my stay.
My room was absolutely fantastic – spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spotless, and I loved the toiletries provided.
The hotel’s location was perfect, situated close to the interlaken west station and local shops, making it easy to explore the area. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast in the restaurant, and the food exceeded my expectations – delicious, fresh, and served with excellent service.

IIka_EllyWe didn't plan on traveling here at all. It was a last minute decision. But one that we don't regret.
The staff was beyond nice and helpful. We really felt genuinely welcomed. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a big warm smile.
Arriving in our room, we had a Easter gift. Two super delicious chocolate bunnies. It was a welcomed gift. At breakfast we also got chocolate eggs.
The breakfast was rather small, but it had all the necessary things and we always left with a full belly.
The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The beds are comfortable although the pillows were too soft.
The hotel was very calm and a little bit outside of the village in nature.
Dogs are welcome and thanks to the location of the hotel, it was perfect for walking them without leash.
The sauna was perfect. It was very big and had a chill out area where you can lay down. It would have been nice to have some fresh water at hand though.
The location was great. Just a short driving distance from numerous hiking spots.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

GGuest UserGreat experience as the village is quite scenic and beautiful with great views from this hotel and near by , hosts are really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options are good I must say as I like soft boil eggs and had no worries of not having to have scrambled eggs as a lot of people have complained. Parking is free . They also gave us our keys in a nice welcome box with instructions and some chocolates that was very thoughtfully prepared so full marks for that. The only concern I have is that Trip.com suggested a self catered kitchen which wasn’t there for preparing your food/dinner and also there was no microwave in the room which is extremely inconvenient. I think that’s the only negative as not everyone eats out in a restaurant and sometimes you’d get hungry at a later part of night and nothing is available. So next time I’ll definitely consider a hotel/lodge that has a at least a self catering kitchen.

KKevinApparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends.
