The location is very central in Uptown and right next to the block of Uptown mall. There is an underpass which makes it easy and cool to get to the mall. It is already very near Mitsukoshi and right across Grand Hyatt.
The staff are helpful although we had some hiccups about some appliance/things around the house that initially weren’t working. The househelp eventually came over but on our last full day. I still appreciate though all the help and dont mind going back. They have towels and house slippers so it’s very convenient to check in there and the price is fantastic for the length of stay, the location and space.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is right in the city center, which made it very convenient to get around. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the best things is that there’s a shopping mall just across the street — super convenient for dining, shopping, or just spending some time. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

Great location. Wifi was good. There was a bit pf condensation from the air conditioning unit and it was right on top of the dining table. Other than that, it was okay. Will book again.

Lobby cum Reception area was cramped. There were not enough seats for people waiting to check in

Pretty good. In the same block (but on the other side) as Landers, just a block away from Uptown Parade.
Room Amenities
Room was cozy/trendy. It had a light up vanity mirror placed in the bathroom which i moved to the bedside table. Dining table was set, amenities basket (pretty standard: shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste) was placed on the bed. There was a TV but it was not logged in to any of the usual streaming platforms.
Service
They provided an Asian breakfast bento (egg soup, steamed rice, bok choy, tofu) which was nice. But they were annoyingly strict about check out time. 1030am I got a reminder for check out at 11.

my family had a great time staying at the property! they will assist you upon check in at the lobby until you arrive at the unit. The place was clean, and amenities are complete. The only downside was the dryer, our clothes wasn't dried enough despite multiple cycles. The view is also nice!

This is a gem of a find. Big enough for our family (4 adults and 1 child). Walking distance to Mitsukoshi, Landers and Uptown (all less than 200 meters). All apartments comforts we need: tv, ac, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge). Will definitely stay here when in Manila.
