We really enjoyed our stay at the Aurora Suavarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They always helped us get taxis, made sure we had everything we needed, etc. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall it was a great place to stay.

My third time staying at this hotel. Good location, close to the airport. Room is spacious. However, this stay is not so good, there’s no hot water for bath or shower. Called the operator twice and no one came to the room for checking. Before checking out, I finally went to the other room and told a cleaner to my room. I told her the problem. I also went to the front desk and reflected that!! I asked to speak with the manager and she told me that the manager was out of the hotel for the entire day. I told her that the room needs repair with hot water before allocating to the next customer. She also said sorry. Overall, poor service and the amenities needs upgrading. Hot water is basic requirement for any hotel. Other than that, all is as expected.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained — cleanliness was excellent. Service and amenities were also good, with friendly staff and useful facilities. The location isn’t great if you’re planning to explore the city, but it’s very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, which is super convenient for transit stays. Overall, a pleasant experience for families, especially if you value comfort and cleanliness.

A lovely hotel with a nice compact room . It is located quite far away from Sukhumvit main road and BTS station, so you might have to take a motor bike from there. Nice compact room with full amenities in room no matter bathrobe, iron & iron board, kitchen utensile set , hair dryer . Good WIFI with also smart android TV. Comfy bed with excellent clealiness. A beaufiful lobby with warm welcome from helpful front desk staff

This hotel was fine, the cleanliness was fantastic, and the pool was decent. + staff were polite and welcoming mini-fridge in room, small balcony, regular housekeeping service It was easy to have guests here - non-refundable policy locked me and I regretted staying here location is terrible, cabs won't pick you up, and no shuttle service main floor and elevator have no AC, so its hot inside the hotel This hotel was alright, but not as nice as I expected the cafe was overpriced and not so good

Stay one night for connecting flight and it’s great experience for my 4 yrs old who is so excited about spotting the airplane landing and takeoff even we got the room on the 3rd floor. Most comfortable bed ever!! Staffs are nice and friendly. We ordered Room service for breakfast and quiet high price but fairly large amount so, it’s reasonable quality. Will stay there again!

The hotel on the whole is good but some aspects can be improved such as the following: 1. The lounge at the 7th level is not adequately filled with better quality local food and perhaps should also look into providing alcoholic drinks like beer and wine. 2. The shower water pressure in the bathroom is not good and the warm/cold water is not well controlled. 3. We have to remind the housekeeping team to constantly topped up the toilet accessories. 4. The hotel spa is too expensive as it is like almost three times the price just outside the hotel. Makes more sense to have some discount (20% maybe) for hotel guests so that hotel guests need not to go out of hotel in search of spa massages. 5. Other than the above, we are happy with our stay and the added service of free shuttle rides to and from airport is definitely an advantage of the hotel over others.

The reception is friendly with a good service mind. The room is a bit warm but after air conditioner was on fir a bit while.

A nicely decorated hotel. Our room is spotlessly clean and spacious. The sofa is comfortable. It is close to the BTS Bearing station. Just 7 mins walk. I didn't buy the breakfast ticket, but my friends said the breakfast was quite good. Have bread, egg and salad. Limited choice of fruit. Most are Thai style hot dishes. Don't have expectations of the coffee provided. I ordered foodpanda for breakfast, but the restaurant did not allow me to use their dishes. There's a microwave which is a plus. Generally speaking we had a comfortable stay.

The hotel is a closed one with a private entrance and yard, which gives a good sense of security. The big umbrella in the middle of the hotel is very impressive, and the fountain and swimming pool are very beautiful. The room is clean and spacious, and the buffet breakfast tastes good with a lot of dishes. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. The area nearby is also quite lively, with a small market, many supermarkets and restaurants, and street food, making shopping very convenient.
