Arima Onsen Hotspring
The hotel is close to the mountain, but there is a driver who can pick you up. The driver is very nice and can speak a little Chinese, so there is no communication barrier. When you check in, someone will explain to you and arrange a private bath reservation. You can choose two different styles. It is recommended to experience both. The reservation was inclusive of food and accommodation, so dinner and breakfast were solved in the hotel. The food quality was very good, a little amazing, the environment and service were also very good and warm. I hope I can come with my baby next time^_^
Fairfield by Marriott Hyogo Awaji Fukura

When I arrived at the hotel at night, the female staff greeted me politely. It was relatively quiet nearby. There was free parking. The room was large and the wash basin was outside. There was no bathtub in the bathroom. It was clean and tidy. The male staff were also polite in the morning. Good. I hope to come again.

An exceptional stay! The front desk service exceeded expectations with their attentiveness and professionalism. The staff were consistently friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The onsen was spotless and relaxing, and the hotel’s location was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended for a comfortable and memorable stay!
Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel

Kobe Harbor
I recently stayed at the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel during my visit to the Kobe Exhibition, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The location is ideal, just a 15-minute subway ride to the exhibition center, with a direct line making the journey straightforward and hassle-free. The hotel's proximity to the subway is a major plus, offering seamless travel around the city. Notably, there's only one line change required to get to Osaka, making it convenient for day trips or additional business meetings. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a plethora of restaurants catering to all tastes, ensuring you won't go hungry. Additionally, there's a massage center nearby, perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities. For those traveling by night buses, the station is conveniently close, making late-night travel plans easy to manage. While the hotel amenities were generally good, I did miss the availability of free coffee, which would have been a nice touch. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Kobe Sannomiya Tokyu Rei Hotel for its prime location, convenience, and the abundance of nearby facilities. It’s an ideal choice for anyone visiting Kobe, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel is not far from the station and hot spring street, and can be reached by taking a shuttle bus from the station. When we arrived at the hotel because it was not check-in time, we stored our luggage first and the service was good. The food quality of the hotel's hot spring cuisine is excellent, the experience is good, and the room view is also very beautiful. The hotel's own hot spring is also very good. It is a very recommended hotel! (The only flaw is that I submitted the opinion form but forgot to get the small gift 😂😂😂)

The service was impeccable. The staff were very friendly and generally able to communicate in English. Their service is so good that they wipe down all your luggage upon arrival at the hotel, and my bags came out cleaner than when I came! The food also left us speechless. I’ve never tasted such a delicious meal, and I consider myself a foodie. The dishes were prepared fresh right in front of us. Every detail was attended to, from presentation to taste. It deserves a 100% without a doubt. Since I had a food allergy, they were careful to leave out the allergen in all the foods. I was really thankful for that, because it’s not always a given at Asian restaurants. The establishment itself is dated, but that’s why we chose it in the first place- to feel the aura of tradition. Having said that though, it was slightly inconvenient that there was no shower inside our room. However, it wasn’t too much of a problem because the shared shower/onsen room was just a short distance from our room, and it was generally not occupied. When we stayed there, there was a storm going on, so the the rain crashing on the window and the outside blinds gave off a spooky feeling, which added to the sense of adventure.
Sotetsu Fresa Inn Kobe Sannomiya

Great location! It’s about 2-3 minutes walk from JR Sannomiya exit. There’s a 7-11 beside the hotel and  many restaurants nearby. I was given a free upgrade to a double room! The amenities and pyjamas are available at the lobby. There’s also a coin Laundromat and vending machine available at level 2.  Breakfast buffet was more of like Japanese style such as rice, natto, miso soup, veg and fish.

The hotel environment is very good, the front desk is very large, and a triple room with two beds and a sofa bed is booked. The room is more than 20 square meters and is OK. A 28-inch suitcase can be opened. I personally feel that the breakfast is not very rich, but you can eat enough. There are Family Mart and 7/11 convenience stores nearby. If the booked room does not include breakfast, there are no restaurants nearby, and you can buy it in the convenience store. Breakfast ends at 9 o'clock. If you haven't finished eating, the waiter will come to remind you that you can eat at 9:15. For this price, the overall feeling is not bad, but it is a little far from Sannomiya subway station. Today I stayed in a hotel 5 minutes walk from Shinsaibashi subway station. The environment is not as good as Chanrodu Yazhi Hotel. The room size is about the same, the price is half as expensive, and it doesn't have its own restaurant. There is no comparison and no harm😅
Hotel Kinparo

Upon arrival, the hotel gave us 2 free tickets for aquarium next to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful with parking valet and our luggage. The room we were in had an amazing view and it is spacious. It’s a Japanese style room and the staff had to come to put out futon for us around dinner time. Communal bath is big with an outdoor onsen. We noticed that they use salt water in the bath and onsen instead of chlorinated water like many other onsen hotel we have stayed in the past. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel but they open rather late at 7 and 8 pm so we didn’t get to try them. Breakfast were the same the whole we stay but they are pretty decent so there is no complaints. I would consider this to be one of the best hotel we have stayed during our trip there.
Tsuchiya Kinosaki Onsen

Our favourite booking throughout our entire Japan trip! This inn is a family business so you can imagine how hospitable the entire family was to us this 2D1N. Regretted not staying 1 more day as the entire village was very relaxing. Room is super clean, yukata was provided for us to visit the public baths, access to all 7 public baths provided as well. We have everything we need with this inn! There’s also a private onsen in the hotel and the host was very helpful and nice about everything. He even went out of his way to send us to & fro the Kinosakionsen station… thank you so much we had fun and enjoyed it! Will definitely stay here again. <3
