"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower (though Gaode Maps was a bit off, directing me to the Drum Tower roundabout). The hotel's overall design is pleasant. Upon entering the room, it felt like a classic 4-star hotel in terms of layout. The attention to detail was excellent; things like the signs and small amenities were thoughtfully placed and very user-friendly. It gives the impression that the owner has a background in hotel management.
The sole drawback was the strong foot odor emanating from the duvet I used. My friends staying in other rooms didn't encounter this, but the smell in my room was quite pervasive. I suspect the linen might have been contaminated during transport or handling. Additionally, the carpet in the guest room showed signs of age, with some dusty spots in hard-to-reach areas.
The hotel offers a private parking lot, and they were very thoughtful in covering my car with a sunshade, which was a great service.
The half-point deduction is primarily for the duvet's strange smell; otherwise, everything else was excellent."

The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

The entire lobby is designed to be very open and airy, giving you a sense of peace the moment you walk in. What I was most satisfied with was the water pressure; showering felt like a relaxing massage. The bed linens were perfectly smooth and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very responsive to requests and handled issues very efficiently."

"We booked a space-themed room, which was spacious with great natural light from the large windows. The space-themed dolls, tents, and children's items were a hit with the whole family, including an adorable Bduck children's toiletries set. The service was excellent; they were very considerate with breakfast, laundry, and parking. For example, if the children couldn't get up, they could bring breakfast to the room, and they would also help bring the laundry back to the room to hang it up. The hotel's location is also great; it's within walking distance of Jade Emperor Pavilion and Gulou Street Night Market. Highly recommend staying here!"

The first time I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Yinchuan Xingqing, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The hotel is located in the Xingqing business area. It is very convenient to travel to Xixia Wangling Mausoleum and Helan Mountain. Free parking by car is especially worry-free. The lobby is simple and modern and integrates local details, and the environment is clean and atmospheric. The rooms are light and transparent, and the hygiene is meticulous. The standard Four Points comfort mattress (Slin Bailan) is moderately soft and hard, sleeps comfortably, and the blackout curtains have excellent sound insulation.
The buffet breakfast is rich in variety, taking into account the northwest specialty snacks and Western-style light meals, and the taste is online. The 24-hour gym and free self-service laundry room are too friendly to the party on business trips. You can go to the beer restaurant to have a drink in your leisure time. The front desk service is patient and meticulous, and the check-out is delayed until 14:00. The whole process is comfortable and business."
