Saving money is necessary, but after all, it's a four-star hotel; they should at least provide the necessary amenities. There was no ironing machine, and the bar didn't even have a coffee spoon. It felt like I'd walked into a budget chain restaurant. The service attitude was awful, and they even tried to fool guests. When I asked the front desk for a disposable spoon, they said they didn't have any. Then, at breakfast, I discovered that disposable spoons were available for anyone to help themselves. Respect is mutual!"

The room details are very well thought out: a separate wet and dry bathroom, human-centric storage design, and a desk equipped with an eye-care lamp and multiple outlets, making it very convenient for work. Plus, all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and there's even a comforting late-night congee service every evening. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fully equipped with washing, drying, and care facilities, which is particularly great for business travelers. "This was my third visit to Tianmu Hot Spring in Manpu Town. We arrived at Manpu Town around 9:00 AM, booked a room after inquiring, and the staff were incredibly friendly, checking us in immediately. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the hot springs. We played until noon, then had a buffet lunch upstairs. The prices were reasonable: 69 RMB for adults, 49 RMB for children (half price), and free for children under 1.2 meters. After lunch, we spent some time in the children's playroom, children's cinema, and sauna on the third floor. I fell asleep while watching a movie in the children's cinema, and the staff member Gao Binbin was especially kind, bringing us several towels to cover ourselves, worried we might get cold. After waking up, we went back to the hot springs for a while longer. We didn't return to our room until evening. The children were very happy. They didn't even get to see the outside shows. We'll definitely come back next time."
