Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt einen ausgezeichneten Kaffee und eine schöne Terrasse. Vielen Dank für ein paar tolle Tage in Yinchuan.

The mattress is moderately hard and soft, and I wake up naturally when I sleep. The sound insulation effect is also good, and I will not be disturbed by the sound of the corridor. Hygienic: The bathroom is spotless, the towels and bathrobes are disinfected and packaged, the bath products are well-known brands, the fragrance is high-end, and it is very comfortable to use. Service: The front desk is on duty 24 hours a day and the response speed is super fast. I wanted to eat supper at night, and the staff also recommended the nearby late night cafeteria. The room service was also very meticulous. I came back the next day and found that the room was neatly organized, and even the charging cable helped me to get around!

The room is large, tasteless, and there are two small bottles of wine gifts. The downside is that the pillow core is a bit yellow, and the air conditioner host is too noisy at night, and the noise can't sleep at all.

Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup. The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it.

The hotel staff are very warm + friendly. (Ps: Our pets are better, not fierce and not like to call) In Yinchuan City, this is the only hotel I can find that can bring pets and quality services are online, push!
