Due to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners).
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints.
Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc

Ningxia Trade Union Building is at an intersection to the west of the Drum Tower. The location is very good. It is in the city center. It is convenient to travel. The service quality of the hotel is very good. There is a free parking lot. Parking is available in front of and behind the building. The hotel is located in the city center, with a great location. Kyrie at the front desk warmly welcomed us and upgraded the view room considerately. The night view is still good. The museum is about a ten-minute walk from the hotel. Although there were some minor incidents when checking in, the porter Dasen helped us solve it as soon as possible. The overall experience was very satisfactory! If I come again next time, I will choose this place again!

When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

The hotel is very upscale. The receptionist at the front desk is very elegant. They are very friendly and smiling. They not only delayed check-out, but also sent a welcome fruit plate and breakfast for the children.
The beef ramen and bread desserts for breakfast are particularly good. The juices are all freshly squeezed. What makes me most satisfied is that the plates for taking meals are all hot. The room has a good view and a reasonable layout. The two sofas at the entrance solve the embarrassment of putting on shoes and clothes. The bedding is very comfortable. Next time I come to Yinchuan, I will definitely choose to stay at Changxiangyi Hotel

GGuest UserThis is the first time I am willing to give a five-star review without hesitation. The store not only has a good environment and a new building, it is located in the courtyard of a villa, with convenient parking, spacious rooms, complete facilities, well-organized layout, and cleanliness. The main reason is that the owner is attentive to the service, and the service is warm and thoughtful, and he welcomes you with a smile. In addition to picking up and dropping off the airport on time, he also enthusiastically picks up and drop off guests when they request to go to a nearby town to eat or play. Breakfast is also provided in the morning. All the food is made by them, which is hygienic, reliable and safe to eat. There are some small automated facilities in the room, as well as a drinking water filter. The owner said that this will prevent long-term guests from becoming acclimated to the water. When guests ask for service to say thank you, they always say ”you're welcome, this is what we should do”! Impressive. Personally, I think it's a good choice and affordable place to stay. And it's very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. I will definitely stay here again next time I have a chance to go to Yinchuan.

GGuest UserI think it's worth staying there on weekends. The lobby bar said there are activities from Friday to Sunday nights.
Environment: The location is first-rate. The only pity is that when we went there, the sky was not good and it was rainy and we couldn't see the Helan Mountains.
Service: I can only say that the service staff is uneven overall. The best service is breakfast and the lobby bar at Jianshan.
Hygiene: The scale in the kettle is still serious, and the rest is within the normal range.
Hotel activities: You can go to their farm to feed the small animals. Due to the weather and because I was afraid of the strong smell, I didn't go. Later I regretted it a little.
Stargazing experience for two people: I didn't experience it because it rained. It is said that there is an indoor simulation of stargazing. If you bring children, you can participate.

Let me talk about what made me uncomfortable
1. I suggest that the hotel can add emergency vehicles. My husband had abdominal pain in the middle of the night. We tried to take a taxi for half an hour but couldn't get one. I wanted to ask if the hotel could arrange a car to take him to the hospital. I was told that they could only help book a taxi that cooperates with the hotel. However, because it was estimated that there would be no orders in the middle of the night, the final suggestion to me was to call 120
Although I drove by myself, it was a bit rainy at the time. It was nearly 30 kilometers from the hotel to the nearest hospital. There was a section of the rural road outside the hotel that was muddy and stone and had no street lights. I didn't consider driving at the first time because I was afraid of making mistakes in the chaos and I was not familiar with the road conditions. It took me about an hour to drive to the hospital
2. I broke a cup when I was washing it I left a teacup lid and told the hotel to arrange for someone to clean it up. The guy who came in took photos right away, then asked me where the rest of the cup was, and continued taking photos. After a series of times, he finally cleaned up the broken pieces. No one asked me if I was injured. When I checked out, I asked for compensation. The hotel told me that they wanted to compensate for the whole set, which normally costs 298. They just gave me the purchase price of 98. I searched Taobao for the approximate price of this cup before. As long as the compensation is not outrageous, I think it is acceptable. However, the price difference is close to 70. I said I could pay 98, but the hotel needed to show me a compensation certificate and a price composition. Public notice, I guess the lady at the front desk thought I was being unreasonable and said no, because I went back to the hotel to pack up and check out, my husband was still in the hospital, so I chose to leave first. Afterwards, I bought the same tea cup on Taobao and sent it to the hotel, please check it.
3. The hotel advertises that it has its own winery, and there is a lounge in the lobby. I wanted to buy two to drink in the evening. I saw that I could taste it. At that time, the staff at the lounge asked me three times if I was sure I wanted to buy it. I understand that as a business, I am afraid that the guests will be wasted, but I think I can change the words to make people feel more comfortable. When I settled the bill, I said to put it in the room, but I was told that it was not possible. I was given a QR code to transfer to a private WeChat account.

Just report your license plate number to the front desk. The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the service is warm. When the weather was hot, I called the hotel and asked for two bottles of water, which were delivered immediately. From the window, you can see the city view of Yinchuan and the Helan Mountains in the distance. Overall, I am very satisfied!

KKathyZhaoWe arrived around 9:30 pm. The hotel reception is on the 7th floor. There was no one to greet us in the lobby on the first floor. We had five or six boxes in total. The parking attendant pushed them to the elevator. When we got out of the elevator on the 7th floor, there was no one to help us at the front desk. There was only one staff member on the phone at the front desk. The first impression was not very good. We checked in at the end of March. The room was extremely hot. There was no air conditioning. Opening the window did not help. It was so hot that I couldn't sleep well all night. The overall feeling was very average.

Just say a few points:
1. The hotel's parking lot is underground. Be careful to turn right in time and don't park on the ground. The above-ground parking lot is not owned by the hotel and is charged.
2. There is a big projector in the bedroom of the suite, and you can also use your mobile phone to cast the screen, which is super cool.
3. The hotel gym and swimming pool are open to the public, so there are no bath towels and toiletries. If you want to swim, remember to bring them from the room.
4. The breakfast is good. There are freshly cooked ramen. Although the taste is not as good as the ones outside, it is not bad. It is quite delicious.
