"Family room is so spacious and cute with spongebob and soccer theme. It is value for money, with impeccable services provided by the front office ladies. They are so patient in answering our queries and even helped us to book local tour. The location is fantastic with the drum tower shopping area on the left and night market on the right, all within walking distances. I will definitely book this hotel again when I'm back. "Staying at Kempinski was great. The staff are super courteous. They try really hard, though they sometimes fail. They forgot my backup wake-up call at 6 am and called at 6:17, saying that was my 2nd wake-up call. I jokingly asked what happened to the first. Luckily, it was only a backup.
The pool was great! The food at the Chinese restaurant as well. Do recommend it."

"When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying."

Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. "We were upgraded to a suite and the service was very good. The supplies are also great, including L'Occitane shampoo and nespresso capsule machine! It makes me very curious about how the hotel's cost control is done hahaha

"When we travel and book hotels, my wife is used to looking at bad reviews of hotels. This hotel is not as bad as the reviews say. The rooms are old after ten years of renovation. My wife and I don’t feel the oldness of the room. Instead, we feel that the decoration facilities are relatively new! The shower head has a large water flow and is easy to use! I like her hotel. It’s just that the water flow of the wash basin is not smooth."

"the bad things: the room had a horrible durian smell, some guests brought it in maybe, guests should not be allowed to bring that fruit to the hotel. the smell was very very strong and I couldn't sleep because of it, the hotel doesn't provide shampoo or body wash bottles, instead they give you a small amount in a small mineral water bottle, there is little to no amenities, only toothbrush, the electric kettle is also dirty.
The good things: overall clean room, has a big window, good view and is close to the center of the city, bed is comfortable, the lighting is good. fast check in and check out. the room isn't too small, it's an okay size. Has TV, works well.
Recommend for one to two nights stay, no more."

GGuest UserVery satisfied, I came to play and stayed at Aiyi Hotel. The front desk brother was very enthusiastic and poured me hot water for fear that I would be scalded. It was also convenient to eat outside and there were many restaurants. I will come again next time. It was a very satisfactory stay experience.

GGuest UserI have stayed at Atour countless times and never had any problems. This time I came for the brand. From the moment I checked in, they told me how good the late-night porridge road was. There was also a sign at the elevator door. See the picture for the actual situation!
Late Night Congee: I came here for this! It was empty right at the beginning. The midnight snack time starts at 9:30 and the picture was taken at 9:52. The variety of food was limited and it didn't look good at all! Just look at the pictures! The explanation given was that it was raining and there were too many people, so there was no time to do it! Wait for more than ten minutes! I really want to reply (Am I here to beg for food?) If you can't do something well, don't do it!
The picture shows all the midnight snacks! Later I received a phone call to inform me that porridge was available. The next morning I ordered a takeaway breakfast, and when it was delivered I was told that they would give me a breakfast coupon! Is it meaningful to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost? So a good attitude does not mean that things are done well!
There is no doubt that the service attitude is good as always, but if the work is not done well, no matter how good the attitude is, it is nothing!

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

BBeiyiwangdelainuoFood: Breakfast is semi-buffet, and the staple food needs to be determined one night in advance. Freshly squeezed juice, pastries, fruits, etc. will be available for self-service. Although there are not many breakfast varieties, the taste is very good. The B&B also provides meals, but it needs to be booked one day in advance. The portion is full and the taste is also very good.
Service: The butler will add you to WeChat early and answer questions online throughout the whole process. There is also a butler group, which provides a one-to-one saturated service, and most needs can be solved in time. Inform the butler of the arrival time, and the butler will drive the shuttle bus to the door of the winery to receive you.
Room: Free upgrade to the starry sky duplex king bed room A, while retaining the viewing balcony, it is also equipped with a loft directly connected to the rooftop terrace, which is a good place for night stargazing. The room has comfortable bedding, and is equipped with a relatively hard buckwheat pillow and a softer latex pillow. The mini bar is free, and the tea room is equipped with local eight-treasure tea bags.
Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

shortcoming:
1. During the peak summer season, we only booked one or two days in advance, and there were no twin beds in the same price range, so we had to separate and book the ordinary and more expensive high floors. I went to the front desk hoping not to change rooms, so I stayed in a low-priced room for two days. After so many years of free room upgrades, it was the first time I encountered a paid room downgrade, and I didn’t say anything. My emotional intelligence was not very high.
2. When I entered the room, there were biscuit crumbs. I called, but no one came. I went out and asked the aunt who was cleaning the room next door to come and clean it. I asked for an extra quilt. I checked in at 3pm, but it was not delivered. I went out for dinner and told the front desk again. Later, I called to inquire about the check-in status and told the front desk again. I finally saw the quilt when I went back in the evening. This is the first time I encountered someone who gave me quilts for a few hours.
3. For self-driving check-in, you cannot go directly to the parking lot from the elevator. You have to go to the front desk to scan the QR code to exit, and repeat this two or three times a day. You cannot enter the license plate or take a photo of the QR code. If you are worried about using parking spaces in nearby residential buildings, why not just update the QR code every week? To put it bluntly, you are lazy. Rather than inconvenience yourself, it is better to make the guests in trouble.
4. Please contact Ctrip and click on ”dinner included” in the room type when booking. When asked, the porridge and salad pancakes from 20:00 to 22:00 have nothing to do with the half cent for dinner.
5. There is a sofa bar. I see that there are not many yoga fanatics staying here, and they even pick up tour groups. The positioning of Eheng is quite embarrassing. If you want to save money, you will go to Express. If you want to be more comfortable, you will go to K, M, or S.

I really like this hotel. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but also very stylishly decorated, making people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The service attitude of Vera at the hotel front desk and Hu Zongxiang at the restaurant front desk is particularly good, and other staff members always greet people with a smile, which makes people feel particularly warm. The location is excellent and underground parking is convenient. There are many delicious and fun places nearby, and it is super convenient to travel. Moreover, the public areas of the hotel are also suitable for taking pictures. Whether you are gathering with friends or traveling alone, you can leave good memories here. There is free tea and delicious biscuits in the lobby. The hotel breakfast is surprisingly rich, and you can choose Chinese and Western food. I especially like the Lanzhou ramen pulled on the spot. In general, it is a highly cost-effective and recommended accommodation option!

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well at night. Smart facilities are also a plus. The cheaper one is generally decorated, and the main building is more luxurious. Now it is off-season, and there are no activities in the whole scenic area, and there are not many people. I am a little uncomfortable living in Guangdong. But the hot spring area is very good, and there are many children's amusement facilities. You can't find this price in Guangdong. I think this is a must-visit place when traveling to Yinchuan. Next to it is the Zhenbeibao scenic spot. This hot spring hotel must be recommended.
It's a pity that I can't see snow this time, but it's really cool to soak in the hot spring outdoors.
In addition, I like that the hotel sent fruit milk at night, and there are hot water barrels for foot bathing, which is really good.
