JiangmiyeyeI was looking for a hotel that would be comfortable for introverts – a place where I could relax, enjoy the scenery, people-watch, observe the wind, birds, and insects, with minimal interaction but genuine service, and quick responses when needed. serendipitously, I found it this time.
A few days before check-in, the housekeeper set up a WeChat group to inquire about our arrival method and dining reservations. After check-in, we received reminders and activity notifications. Before bed, we got a night reminder and the on-duty staff's phone number. Throughout, there was no unnecessary chatter or disturbance, and face-to-face interactions were warm and sincere.
Upon entering the manor, the May grapevines were still slowly growing, and all I saw was a vast expanse of loess. However, stepping into the lobby, the contrast was striking – an indoor tropical garden! Staghorn ferns, banana trees, vines, orchids, and other plants thrived beautifully; some banana trees even bore fruit. The restaurant on the second floor offered a panoramic view of the Helan Mountains, with the side profile of the Reclining Buddha clearly visible. If the weather was good, we could enjoy the sunset from the restaurant, watching the sun slowly disappear behind the mountains, painting the sky with brilliant hues.
While the accommodation already met my expectations, the restaurant's delicious food was truly a pleasant surprise. Perhaps it's my stereotype, but I've always felt that guesthouse restaurants tend to be a bit pricey and the food generally mediocre. Who would have thought that the dinner was so good that my family and I decided to book lunch for the next day before we even finished eating? For dinner, we ordered stewed lamb from Yanchi, scrambled eggs with sand onion, and 'tangmian youxiang' (half portion). For lunch the next day: 'chuanzui' carp, fragrant goji berry shoots, and lamb buns or dumplings? Oh, I forgot… The taste was on par with, or even surpassed, well-known old restaurants in the city. (Two dishes and one staple were more than enough for two people – I was stuffed! Order moderately, don't be as gluttonous as me!)
Finally, a big thank you to our housekeeper Niu Niu, store manager Li Yang, and the other staff members. Niu Niu was always enthusiastic and polite in all our interactions, always greeting us with a smile. Store manager Li Yang provided detailed explanations during the evening wine tasting, ensuring everyone felt included (even us in the corner, hahaha!). And to the other young people whose names I can't recall but whose brief encounters left an impression: the girl who led us on the cellar tour; the clear-eyed young man who diligently used a lint roller to pick up stray hairs in each room; and the curly-haired guy who effortlessly lifted our luggage when we got out of the car. Also, the sisters in the restaurant – every single person made me feel genuinely welcome, polite, and never intrusive. I'm already looking forward to my next visit with friends for a longer stay!

As a Huazhu Club member, I've been staying at Royalton hotels for business trips to Changchun and Wuhan for the past two months. When I arrived in Yinchuan, I booked this four-star hotel as usual, and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is centrally located in Yinchuan, right next to the city's most famous pedestrian street, making it convenient for shopping, dining, and hailing a taxi is easy, with no traffic jams. The rooms are very new, with incredibly cool air conditioning, a spacious shower, and a brand-new automatic toilet. Those accustomed to flush toilets at home will find this hotel incredibly comfortable. Ms. Su at the front desk was very proactive and helpful, even helping to upgrade my room. Xiaohai, the front desk assistant, was also very friendly and helpful. Overall, the Royalton hotel was a fantastic experience, and anyone visiting Yinchuan for business or pleasure should definitely give it a try.

Traveller70nyWellness themed hotel with spacious rooms and very helpful staff. The surroundings are really nice including the river and several parks.
A few staff spoke good English and really helped this non-mandarin speaking guest a lot, especially to call taxis. The housekeeper on my level was also very sweet and friendly and efficient. Would happily stay there again.

Guest UserI decided to go to Yinchuan on a whim during the May Day holiday. After comparing several hotels along the way, this was the only one in the same price range with the largest room. It had two floor-to-ceiling windows, making it very spacious and comfortable. However, because it's facing the street, there was some noise from passing vehicles. The soundproofing was slightly lacking; the elevator door opening sound was clearly audible. The sofa was very comfortable, suitable for both business and family use. It had a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, and was easy to use. The amenities were complete, but the ”Hisense Xiaoju” (a type of smart toilet seat) was a bit of a letdown; its performance wasn't as good as ”*du” or ”*ai” (another type of smart toilet seat), it was a bit slow to respond, and had fewer functions. The staff were very friendly, enthusiastic, and provided excellent service with a very quick and responsive attitude. The front desk had prepared disposable toilet seat covers and other basic supplies, making it convenient for guests to help themselves. It was very child-friendly; breakfast was served directly to children without tickets. It's very close to the Drum Tower, Jade Emperor Pavilion, a famous local snack shop, and Kemali snack shop, all within walking or cycling distance. There's also a bus stop right outside, which is very convenient. Of course, for family trips, it would be perfect if the hotel provided a couple more bottles of water!

Guest UserVery good hotel, with pick-up and drop-off service, quite punctual 👍
The hotel is large, has many rooms, and is actually full. Business is very good. This is inseparable from the hotel's location, service and price!
The location is perfect: the hotel is located in the city center, 600 to 700 meters away from Wanda Plaza. There is a fruit supermarket next to it. The ”Yisheng Shou” where you can eat hand-made sheep is only 100 meters away... In short, it is very convenient to eat and order takeout.
Attentive service: Call the front desk and the problem can be solved immediately. The room cleaning staff cleaned up the leftovers from our morning meal as soon as they arrived at work at 8:30 in the morning.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Ningxia Museum. The rooms are spacious with a smart layout, and the bathroom is particularly large. This time, I booked an Executive King Room, and the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour was exquisite and delicious. From the high floor, the panoramic view of Yinchuan city was incredible. The hotel breakfast is plentiful, with many Ningxia local specialties, and the service is very attentive. The Baicao Lamb Hotpot on the third floor of the hotel is absolutely delicious and a must-try. All in all, the JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan comes highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the hotel for 19 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service from all staff was fantastic, making our stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
The room was very comfortable and well-maintained throughout our visit . A special highlight was the breakfast—it was very varied and changed every day, which was a real treat during such a long stay.
Every team member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We’d like to extend my particular thanks to:
· The Front Desk team for their always-efficient and cheerful assistance.
· The Housekeeping and Cleaning staff for keeping everything impeccably clean.
· The Breakfast Team for starting each day with great food and a smile.
Thank you for a consistently excellent stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. ThumbsUp 👍

TracyyyyyyyyyyyVery artistic hotel, each room has a different theme, complete facilities, very comfortable to stay, I will book again next time. The boss and service staff are very nice ~ I especially like the lobby is very artistic and warm, the childlike room is the child's request to stay, very satisfied, because I stayed for three days, and tried several other themes and liked them all ~ and the breakfast is nutritious and healthy. The overall experience is very good ~ parking is also convenient.
