Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

Very nice of the front receptionists who helped me for check-in. They also give me a free upgrade for the room from Business Queen Room to Executive Queen Room. The room is clean - dust free, water pressure is great for cold n hot water. The mini fridge is also good. The buttons and hair dryer in the room are all in working condition. The handwash, shampoo, body wash smells great! Many local food are around this location. It’s a great stay at Crystal Orange Hotel 👍

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

The room was nice, bright and comfortable. It was also very convenient for getting around. We originally booked two nights, but because we liked the hotel, we extended it for another night. The breakfast was also quite good. One day at noon, we didn't want to go out for lunch, so we ordered dishes and rice at the hotel restaurant. We had a very satisfying meal, it wasn't expensive, and we didn't have to go out to find a place to eat.

Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Before I went, I looked at the pictures very beautiful. Because of temporary overtime, it was dark at the hotel and missed the sunset, but I was shocked by the warm lights and stars of the hotel. It was really like a fairy tale cabin! ! The toiletries in the room also smelled good lavender! Although I can’t pick grapes in winter, there is no bonfire. The weather is a bit cold, but it’s worthwhile to see this beautiful starry sky. I also met our Dali fellow sister here. It’s really not easy to meet fellows in Yinchuan. I hope I have the opportunity to find you again in the future! My friend also gave a ”northwest is much more fun than the northeast” evaluation. Overall, the experience is very good. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hot red wine is very delicious. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. I look forward to picking grapes in summer and autumn! !

I came to Yinchuan on a business trip and saw that the online ratings were relatively high, so I chose to stay at the Merriho. The hotel is very close to the business district, and there is a bus stop nearby, which is also very convenient. There are various value-added small items at the front desk, all of which are free. The breakfast is very rich, with various pasta snacks, which are delicious and fragrant. The room facilities and equipment are also relatively comprehensive. I especially praise the service here. Every employee I meet will greet me kindly and politely, especially Qi Yongyong at the front desk, who personally provides all kinds of services and takes care of everything. This should be the Haidilao of the hotel industry. The room has wooden floors and a dry and wet separated bathroom. The facilities and equipment are very novel, with LED high-definition makeup mirrors, electric curtains, and projection are also very good. The room is also cleaned very cleanly, and the free and unlimited supply of mineral water is worth everyone's experience. The various tourist attractions in Ningxia are also worth recommending to everyone to check in. In short, I had a lot of fun and will come here to stay next time I have the chance!

The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the cleaning lady has a good service attitude, and it is located in the center of Yinchuan, so it is very convenient to go shopping... Recommended to stay!
