"When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying."

"I have stayed at Atour countless times and never had any problems. This time I came for the brand. From the moment I checked in, they told me how good the late-night porridge road was. There was also a sign at the elevator door. See the picture for the actual situation!
Late Night Congee: I came here for this! It was empty right at the beginning. The midnight snack time starts at 9:30 and the picture was taken at 9:52. The variety of food was limited and it didn't look good at all! Just look at the pictures! The explanation given was that it was raining and there were too many people, so there was no time to do it! Wait for more than ten minutes! I really want to reply (Am I here to beg for food?) If you can't do something well, don't do it!
The picture shows all the midnight snacks! Later I received a phone call to inform me that porridge was available. The next morning I ordered a takeaway breakfast, and when it was delivered I was told that they would give me a breakfast coupon! Is it meaningful to mend the fold after the sheep have been lost? So a good attitude does not mean that things are done well!

Bedside light switches and electric sockets. Shower enclosure, toilet and wash basin all separated. Terrific view of the Yinchuan cityscape from the 18th floor. Stayed on Chinese New Year, so unimpeded view of fireworks (and associated noise). Free breakfast as well as first night 'late night snack' brought to the door vua room service. "Yesterday, I went from Yan'an to Yinchuan and stayed at this Novotel hotel. The hotel is very good in terms of hardware facilities and software services. Yinchuan has been hot these days, and the car has not been placed in the ground parking lot. The underground parking lot has plenty of parking spaces and is tall! The room was very stylish. We didn’t pay attention to the big bed at the beginning. Later, the little brother at the front desk quickly adjusted it to a twin room. The room had two 1.35 meters beds. The mattress was particularly comfortable. It was properly satisfied with our family of three. Check in, the room is floor-to-ceiling windows, You can see the beautiful Helan Mountain and the water view nearby! There is a very beautiful bar in the hotel lobby. My husband ordered a cup at night and sat in the outdoor leisure area on the first floor to drink. He said it tasted good haha! Gym, laundry room, service staff are particularly kind! GGuest UserBefore I went, I looked at the pictures very beautiful. Because of temporary overtime, it was dark at the hotel and missed the sunset, but I was shocked by the warm lights and stars of the hotel. It was really like a fairy tale cabin! ! The toiletries in the room also smelled good lavender! Although I can’t pick grapes in winter, there is no bonfire. The weather is a bit cold, but it’s worthwhile to see this beautiful starry sky. I also met our Dali fellow sister here. It’s really not easy to meet fellows in Yinchuan. I hope I have the opportunity to find you again in the future! My friend also gave a ”northwest is much more fun than the northeast” evaluation. Overall, the experience is very good. The room is very beautiful and warm. The hot red wine is very delicious. The breakfast is exquisite and delicious. I look forward to picking grapes in summer and autumn! !

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

Building: It is both a B&B and a winery. There is a large vineyard between the welcoming gate and the accommodation area. It is summer, and the low grape vines are beginning to sprout and bloom. The -1F of the main building is the wine cellar and brewing workshop of the Chateau de Chadolan. You can contact the housekeeper to make an appointment in advance, and the tour is free. Thanks to Master Zhou of the winery, the explanation is very detailed, and many of the explanations are refreshing. I also tasted the original wine directly from the fermentation tank, which is a rare and special experience. I heard that the B&B will open an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which must be good for watching movies. Unfortunately, the schedule is relatively tight and I didn’t have time to visit it properly.
Location: At the foot of the Helan Mountains, close to Manpu Town and Zhenbeibao Western Film City, both of which are 15 minutes away by car. There are many wineries around, including Liushi Winery, Walfeng, Xiamu, Turandot and other wineries, all within a 30-minute drive. Go north to the Helan Rock Painting Scenic Area, which takes about 30 minutes.

I stayed there for five nights in a row and I was so satisfied! Self-driving parking is convenient, front-end service is excellent, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. I will return to Yinchuan the day after tomorrow and will stay one more night before leaving.

The location is convenient, very close to the pedestrian street business district, and it is very convenient to travel.
