Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

This was the first time I'd encountered such a disappointing hotel experience on my Northwest Loop trip with friends! After driving from Zhongwei to the scenic area, we checked in late. The hotel customer service called beforehand to inform us that there would be renovations during the day and it might be noisy. Considering our early departure time the next day and the hotel's good reviews, we decided to stay without canceling. There were nine of us traveling together, with a lot of luggage. When we arrived at the hotel that evening, there was no reception or guidance at the door. We had to wander around with our suitcases for ages before finally finding the front desk. The lobby was dark and unfinished, which was already unpleasant. Only one staff member slowly processed our check-in. Because we needed to leave very early the next day and the hotel had limited rooms (we were probably a large group), we asked the staff member if they could arrange a simple meal for us before 8 am. They simply said they had regulations and couldn't provide it, without understanding our specific needs or situation. If it weren't so late, we would have canceled and rebooked immediately. Later, we got the manager's phone number, explained the situation, and the manager immediately said they could prepare a simple meal in advance. This wasn't about tourists being picky or the hotel not helping tourists; it was about the front desk not taking our feedback seriously at all. I strongly disagree with this. Check-in for 9 people took 20 minutes. The security guard went to great lengths to guide us to our rooms and carry our luggage. When we asked the front desk to leave our ID cards and issue room keys in advance, they ignored us, simply saying they were short-staffed! Whether your hotel has enough staff is your own problem, not a reason to delay your check-in. Their cold attitude and the dark lobby were truly frustrating. At the hotel I stayed at along the Hanzhong-Tianshui-Shuiwei Road, from entering the lobby to checking out, all the staff were warmly welcoming and proactively helpful. Visiting a carefully selected garden hotel in the provincial capital was a real eye-opener. What time is breakfast? Where do we eat? How do we connect to the Wi-Fi? How do we get to our rooms? The staff didn't offer a single helpful suggestion. Only the security guard repeatedly carried our luggage. When we called the front desk from our room, the phone was always busy. The feedback was that the service I received was not up to par with the hotel's standards. However, the security guard that night, the manager who called me that evening, and the restaurant staff and front desk manager were all proactive in providing service the next morning. Therefore, I hope that this elegant garden hotel can pay attention to the details of service. During my trip to Ningxia, I saw many beautiful sights and delicious foods, and also encountered many hotels with excellent service. I hope to find another hotel like this next time I come to Yinchuan.

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service was warm and responsive and the check-in was efficient. The room hygiene is in place and the toiletries are complete. The overall environment is quiet and the rest experience is very good. Good value for money, satisfactory stay experience, will choose this next time, also recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's overall environment and service were good. The room had a humidifier and a small refrigerator, and late check-out was allowed until 3 PM. The breakfast was simple and standard Chinese style, with a decent lamb offal noodle dish. Freshly ground coffee at the front desk was a plus. However, the double bed was smaller than I expected, probably not 25 square meters. The bathroom and washroom were basically in the same space, barely enough room for one suitcase. The front desk told me this was a limited-edition room, one of only two available, located at the very end of the hotel. Those who mind these two points can upgrade to a larger room for an extra 20 yuan at the front desk. Also, this was the first time I'd encountered a comfort hotel without disposable toilet seat covers; luckily, I brought my own. Disposable toilet seat covers and disposable face towels would have been perfect.

The environment is the same as the picture posted by the hotel. It is clean, tidy and quiet. The high-rise accommodation view is also very good, so I stayed in Yinchuan for three nights at this hotel. Later, a buffet breakfast was added. The breakfast was very rich, the variety was varied and the taste was good. There is also a self-service laundry service, which is very convenient. The front desk responded quickly and the service was good. High cost performance, overall value five-star praise.

Location YYDS, no obstruction around, exclusive of this large area, behind is Helan Mountain, every day to get up and open the curtains, invincible! The whole winery is a wild luxury ceiling with first-class facilities, but it is low-key to the moisturizing and silent. The water wash of Palma, the Gessi bathroom, the whole feeling of being care, all the troubles have disappeared. In the evening, you can also light a brazier in the courtyard, sit next to listen to the sound of wood burning, and have a chat with friends, too pleasant. The Wenzhou characteristics of the restaurant did not step on thunder, and Yinchuan's special hand-grabbing meat was more delicious than what we ate in the city! I highly recommend everyone to try it~ There are 7 rooms, and the public area will enjoy the whole manor after the wine tasting is closed at night ～ The service is also soft and gentle, and the sense of proportion is very strong. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Helan Mountain, where light pollution is minimal, making the night sky incredibly clear. On clear nights, you can simply look up and see a sky full of stars, creating an absolutely magical atmosphere. The hotel offers both indoor and spacious outdoor stargazing areas. Indoors, you can escape the chilly night winds, allowing even those sensitive to the cold to comfortably enjoy the starry sky. Outdoors, the unobstructed views directly face the vast night sky, where the evening breeze combined with the tranquility of the distant mountains provides an immersive experience of the romantic Northwestern stars. What truly deserves praise is the astronomy telescope teaching service. The professional instructor explains complex astronomical knowledge in an easy-to-understand way, patiently guiding you step-by-step through the telescope's operation – from locating stars and focusing to aligning with celestial bodies. Even complete beginners can quickly get the hang of it. Seeing Saturn and the Moon through the telescope with my own eyes was far more breathtaking than any picture. We also learned to identify constellations and gained knowledge about the Milky Way; both adults and children found it incredibly rewarding. The instructor was meticulous in their explanations, addressing everyone's questions without being perfunctory. Afterwards, they even shared stargazing tips, making the whole experience exceptionally good. The hotel's overall environment is elegant, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are thoughtful. You can relax during the day and embark on a starry adventure at night, perfectly blending vacation with educational exploration. I highly recommend this experience for both romantic getaways and family trips. Escaping the city hustle to encounter the brilliant Milky Way at the foot of Helan Mountain is an unforgettable travel memory. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ highly recommended! It's so wise to come to Yinchuan to choose this one! The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect. It takes a few minutes to walk to Huaiyuan Night Market. It is perfect to go shopping at night. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is very convenient to shop and watch movies. The room was cleaned, the bedding was soft and sleepy. Although the night market was lively, the room was soundproofed and could rest quietly. The front desk staff was warm, the check-in efficiency was very high, there was free coffee in the lobby, and the robot was very convenient. The overall price is very high, business trips are suitable, next time you come to Yinchuan will choose here!

We drove from Xi'an to Yinchuan and chose the Hyatt Place for a one-night stay. The underground parking garage connects directly to the elevators, which made it super convenient for carrying luggage. The room was larger than expected, and the sofa could be pulled out into a bed, so it wasn't cramped for three people. YUECAICHENG Plaza is right downstairs; we went there for some hand-grabbed lamb in the evening and walked back to our room in just a few minutes. Although the breakfast didn't have a huge variety, the beef noodles and lamb offal soup were delicious and filling. We also checked out the gym and pool, and the facilities were quite new. The front desk staff helped us with directions to Shahu Lake, which was very helpful. Overall, we're satisfied and will definitely stay here again if we pass through.

I came here four years ago. The conditions were not so good at that time, but the environment was really suitable for escaping from the city. The chicken stewed with mushrooms and mushroom noodles are must-try. There is no extra seasoning and the original taste of the food is restored. The room is very comfortable, with a small courtyard where you can enjoy the view and drink tea. The smart toilet and curtain control are very pleasing. The service staff here are very enthusiastic, and the fruit I bought was specially cut for me. I didn't have time to have breakfast in the morning, so they packed it up for me.
