GGuest UserThis was my first time in Yinchuan, and I saw that this hotel was newly opened, so I decided to check it out. I was immediately drawn to the lobby; the design was beautiful, and my first impression was fantastic. It had a very high-tech feel, and the front desk service was very attentive. The room was great, very smart and convenient – I practically lived in a lazy person's mode! I could turn on the air conditioner and open/close the curtains with Xiaodu (a smart speaker) while lying in bed. I even set an alarm before bed so I wouldn't have to worry about being late anymore! Oh, and the shower water was incredibly comfortable, with strong water pressure!!! I'll definitely come back next time.

GGuest UserA friend recommended this hotel, and it was indeed excellent. The location is very convenient, with Zhongshan Park right across the street, making it especially convenient for taking the kids to play. It's also very convenient to go shopping at Wanda Plaza. The hotel's design is very simple and elegant. The most attractive thing about the hotel lobby is the pleasant aromatherapy and the subtle coffee scent. This stay was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely choose Orange Crystal Hotel again next time.

LLiuEVA Guangdong resident stayed in a Jiangnan courtyard in Northwest China. The environment was beautiful, the service attitude was good, the breakfast was rich, the housekeeper was responsive to every request, and the housekeeper gave the children gifts when they checked out.

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

KKangkanghahaThis hostel offers incredible value for money, with exceptionally affordable prices! The beds are clean and tidy, the common areas have a fantastic atmosphere, and you can even meet fellow travelers from all over the world. Staying here while traveling is definitely worthwhile! It's the best value hostel ever! The price is surprisingly cheap, and while the facilities are simple, they are complete.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very welcoming, and the room was clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had a great ambiance. However, we went down around 9 AM, and many items were already empty. They weren't refilled promptly even after waiting a while. The noodle toppings were very limited, only plain broth, which was too simplistic. Overall, the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, and there wasn't anything that particularly stood out in terms of taste. The experience was just average.

GGuest UserWe had a great stay at the Hyatt. The location is great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and has lots of options. My only complaint is that the room was warm and you are unable to adjust the temperature. Thankfully we had a balcony and could leave the door open and they also provided a fan, but otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable.
