LLiuEVA Guangdong resident stayed in a Jiangnan courtyard in Northwest China. The environment was beautiful, the service attitude was good, the breakfast was rich, the housekeeper was responsive to every request, and the housekeeper gave the children gifts when they checked out.

GGuest UserThe first time I came to Yinchuan, I saw that this hotel was newly opened. I came to experience it. I was attracted as soon as I entered the lobby. The design was beautiful, the first impression was great, very technological, the front desk service was very intimate, the house was very good, very smart and very convenient, I just enjoyed the lazy mode, Lying on the bed with Xiaodu, you can also let Xiaodu open and close the curtains. Before going to bed, let Xiaodu set a wake-up alarm clock. Don't worry about being late! Oh, by the way, the bath water is super comfortable and the water pressure is very strong! ! ! Will come next time.

GGuest UserLovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area.
The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super !
We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity.
We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The toiletries were all upmarket
If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping.
Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

GGuest UserThis is the most unlike-Hyatt hotel I've ever stayed in. The facilities are similar to those of the Grand Hyatt. I don't know how this hotel got a 5-diamond rating from Ctrip. There are two serious flaws with this hotel. First, the air conditioning doesn't cool and is very noisy. Unless the hotel replaces the system air conditioner or installs split units in the rooms, this problem won't be fixed. Second, the toilet design is probably the most bizarre in hotels worldwide. The button is behind the toilet lid, requiring you to stand up, turn around, and lift the lid to flush, or sit with the lid resting on you. To those guests who gave this hotel positive reviews, are you really okay with this?

GGuest UserWe booked a room at Hyatt House. Rebecca enthusiastically checked us in. Seeing that my order only included one breakfast, she sent us another one and also gave the child a small camel doll as a gift. The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. Parking was convenient and travel was stress-free. I was very satisfied with my stay.
