I was very frustrated and speechless. I couldn't carry all the big and small bags. Fortunately, the girl who helped me check in seemed to be called Li something (Xiao Li) and said that she would help me take me up. Then she dragged the cart all the way to help me up, and chatted with me to comfort my depression☹️ Because I arrived very late, I negotiated with the hotel in the morning whether I could check out later. I was really uncomfortable and dizzy (middle-aged women have poor physical strength tot). I went to the front desk to ask. The front desk girl Cheng Cheng heard my situation and immediately said that it was okay and asked me to go upstairs to rest first. When checking out, I asked me how I was and whether I had a good rest. It's not easy to remember every customer. There was also a young man from the concierge who helped me pack the cartons. He took the initiative to lift the boxes and let me pack them. I understand that he felt that the boxes were heavy and asked him to do it. I would tear the tape. He was very careful. I don't know your name, but thank you. Another person I want to thank is the postman who came here to deliver the express. He is from China Post. He said, ”Look, I want to be a porter.” Without saying anything, I will help you. I will do it in a short time! What a kind person! In short, although the trip to Yinchuan was delayed by a heavy rain and the flight could not take off, and I had to wait for three or four hours, I was still healed by other people, things, and scenery. Very good hotel, worthy of the old five-star rating. The front desk guy upgraded the executive lounge room for free, and you can see the city government and the provincial museum opposite. The hotel swimming pool and wet steam room are very good. Swimming and steaming in the sauna make my pores feel full of water. The freshly pulled whistle noodles made by the breakfast chef are delicious

The hotel is excellent in terms of environment and service, and it is definitely worth the money! We were greeted by Sarah, the duty manager for the day, who was very friendly and considerate. We felt at home! The small episode was that we forgot our iPad under the pillow when we checked out, and we didn't find it until we got out of town. What originally was meant to be a one-night stay ended up being four nights because we enjoyed it so much! The hotel is super clean and the rooms are nice. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty, and varied. We were not familiar with the Wanda Realm hotel chain before, but will definitely look at others on future trips around China. The entire staff was so kind and attentive. Would stay here again 100%! The hotel is in a developing part of the city. So, not a lot around it. But that’s the only disadvantage. It is a beautiful and stylish hotel. The service matched the quality. The staff in the restaurant were exceptional. A special mention to Rain. He helped us two times. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room stylishly decorated. We didn’t get to swim but the pool is large. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again.

She called in advance to reserve a room and arranged two rooms on the same floor. When we went there, we had a lot of luggage and helped us carry it. When we got to the room, we were so welcoming. The bed in the room is 1.3 meters, which is just right for a child to sleep on. I was very satisfied with my stay and will come back next time.
